Absolutely loved it! Went to visit kitties with my kiddos and their friends, 6 people total. Staff was so nice, yummy drinks. The cats and kittens were awesome. Playful, loving and super clean. Faculty was spotless. They have adopted out 700 fur-babies. WOW! Go there and support your local felines and cuddle kitties too!

I follow their Instagram and fell in love! I just moved back into town and wanted to check this place out. I remember seeing every Sunday is Happy Meower and had to go!I couldnt book an appointment but I stopped in for drinks and food. I could still admire kittens at a safe distance.The menu was so cute with cat puns and the baristas were really friendly and full of energy.We cant wait to come back and what an amazing concept to help cats!Highly recommend anyone to book a cuddle session or just stop by for drinks and the sights!This place is really modern and clean. We were amazed by the ingenuity and the purrfect idea to help cats find their furever homes!

Such a great fun place. Took my daughter for her birthday. The lady who was on charge of the cats was super knowledgeable and very sweet. My daughter and her friends had a great time loving on the kittens.

Love supporting this local business! The cafe is great and they are quick on their drinks. They always have a lot of specials, and there is super cute merch and opportunities to hang out with the kitties in person. I adopted one of my cats through Kitty Cantina and it was so easy. It was nice to be able to go see her personality before choosing our cat.

I have been wanting to visit this place for a LONG time. I live in Michigan so I just have been watching their Instagram admiring the kitties from afar. The visit was everything of my dreams! Great drinks and definitely book a snuggle session. I love all the good coming from this place! Wish I could visit every week.

Thats second worst of all cities listed. Spokanes violent crime rate is 5.98 per 1,000 residents. At least four cities listed, including Seattle, reported higher violent crime rates than Spokane.

Its a beautiful place you do have to book reservations for now its $10 to see cats you do get a $3 credit for drinks all cats are available for adoption. This is one of my favorite places in spokane! (Try and come on a rainy day)

We only got to visit one before moving out of the area, and it was amazing to cuddle with the kitties and have some great beers! Since then, we love to buy their merch online and keep up with them on Instagram. These guys do so much for so many cats, and run their business with integrity. Cannot recommend enough!!

Passing through Spokane on my way to see a friend in Seattle and I stopped by to check out this spot. My kitty loved it super cool environment and drinks. I had so much fun. This was the best experience Ive ever had. The cats were so cute and affectionate. My fiance had Poppy cuddle him the entire time. The kittens were so playful and had so much fun playing with people. It was AMAZING. 10 out of 10 would go again. Definitely gonna come back. I recommend the heck out of this place

Such a cool concept and the staff is really friendly. Fabulous milkshakes and coffee, and watching the cats is awesome! They help rescue and adopt out cats and kittens, plan ahead if you want to go into the cat room and play as that requires an online reservation.

The beverages are amazing... out of this world! Aside from that, the owners are the most caring people I have met in a long time. They are making a real lasting difference in our community. I do not care how far away I am from their store or how many beverage places I need to pass to get there, 100% of my business is the Kitty Cantinas.

This place is phenomenal in all senses of the word. The concept of a cat cafe is long overdue. The staff and owners are beyond friendly and caring about customers and more importantly cats. The cats are wonderful and adorable. The drinks and food are amazing. This place is like Mary Poppins: practically perfect in every way!

The inside is chic and clean, the employees are friendly, and the love for the cats and their well being is abundantly clear - 10/10, would go again!

You can either grab a latte & watch kittens play through a glass wall or if youre thinking about adopting one, schedule a time to go in & hang out with them to get to know their personalities better. My grandson instantly bonded with an all black one. Shes just the right amount of playful & loves to be held! Shes perfect he said, he named her Livi.Kudos to the owner too! My grandkids were so excited to pick our kitten up that they forgot to shut their car doors. He sat out in the parking lot & watched our car until we came outside. Thank you, well be back!!

I am so impressed with this place! My two kids and I had a kitty date and the facility is so clean, the cats were beyond adorable, and the staff and owners were incredibly kind and helpful. I will go out of my way to come back -- even if just for a coffee or food to help support them and their amazing mission.

I went here with my LB from the Big Brother program. They were super nice and got us in after someone cancelled their appointment and even gave us a discount for being part of Big Brother Big Sister. The staff is super friendly and patient.

Awesome experience every time. They do a great job keeping up with the states ever-changing Covid restrictions, doing what’s best for the kitties, and keeping things transparent with their customers. This is a very nice place with an amazing staff! The owners are super nice and caring! Im allergic to cats and I love this place! You can sit at a table and watch all the kittens playing and not need any allergy medicine! And of course the coffee and sandwiches are amazing as well! Shout out to Alex for being the best!!

Love this place!!! Got two kittens from here and it is such a great business. All kittens were from shelters that would have euthanized them. I swear they adopt at least 2-3 cats a day there! Even if you are not adopting go for the therapeutical relaxation of these cuties. Great food and coffee as well!!!

In terms of the environment, it is top notch kitten fun even with the steep reservation and adoption price. As far as the adoptions go, I cannot say because when our party walked in, not a single cat was available to adopt except one that was quite sickly.That was a big let down, if you pay to reserve a visit time you should be made aware that no cats are actually available. If you are hopeful for an adoption, dont hold your breath.

What a great mix! Staff is amazingly personable and friendly, and they make amazing drinks! The cat room is a great environment for our furry friends with all of their needs met and tons of enrichment. The owners and staff clearly, personally care deeply for the cats. The whole place is spotlessly clean and bright and cheerfully chic.

I havent tried the food/drink and the employee I spoke with was courteous so the one star is not for those reasons.I took my 4 year old son to see the cats at the Kitty Cantina today and when I arrived I saw a sign stating reservations were required. This was disappointing but that wasnt really the problem. I asked the lady at the counter how the process worked so we could plan a future visit. She explained that it cost $50 for an hour long visit of up to 6 people in a group. I was shocked! She said the fee is to cover the care of the cats food/litter etc. I was really disappointed that if just two people want to come enjoy the cats for maybe 15-20 minutes while they have a snack theyd have to pay $50!! I asked if there were any open reservations later in the day and she said there were not. Which means theyre make probably $300+ just in cat viewing fees that day. The website explains that they charge this fee to pay employees to care for the cats because they dont have grants or volunteers. Thats because theyre not a nonprofit like the animal shelter is. There website then goes on to explain that they charge $20 extra on top of the adoption fee the shelter has. For what!? There are so many animal lovers out there who foster animals for the shelter and volunteer for the shelter etc and you dont see them asking for extra adoption fees and money for their time. I feel the Kitty Cantina poses as if theyre doing this business to help cats but it seems that they are using the cats just to make extra profit. I took my son to PetSmart near by and had a wonderful encounter with an adorable adoptable cat for free! I didnt have to make a reservation either. I also have a 1 year old who wouldnt have been allowed at the Kitty Cantina but I could take her to the animal shelter or the PetSmart. Be aware only rich people are allowed to pet cats at the Kitty Cantina. My advice take your $50 to the animal shelter, pet the cats there and donate the money to them.

This cafe has such a cool vibe. Not only is the staff fun and friendly, they are knowledgeable about coffee AND cats! I like to go in here even when I dont have a reservation to just grab a drink and a cake pop to hang out and watch the kittens. When they have openings, the cat room is such a fun experience. I enjoy the fact that they usually have a mix of cats that are all different ages. The happy Meower is a good deal on beverages and always friendly staff. If you have not gone here yet you HAVE TO check it out. Right meow!

What a great idea and business model!! Can’t believe they have already adopted over 200 cat since they’ve open!! We had to wait a little bit to get our reservation due to the COVID restrictions but it was well worth the wait and was so much fun playing with all the kitties!! And the reservation came with a drink discount so it was well worth the price! Highly recommend going there for your cat fix. Either just to hang out and watch through the windows or make a reservation and go into the room! All the of the stuff were so friendly and the coffee deals they had going on were amazing!

Make sure you reserve your spot in the Kitty Lounge early because they fill up fast.The only bummer is that I dont live closer so I can visit more often! Absolutely adorable place that is so worth visiting! Had the most wonderful time cuddling kittens and for $8 (of which $2 goes towards a drink credit) to support sheltering the kittens it is totally worth every penny. The owners are also amazing and provided excellent customer service. Definitely will be a returning patron in the future!

I just read the reviews because I wanted to check this place out to see if it was worth going. Since it’s not on my side of town and the prices seem steep for the experience you get doesn’t sound like it’s worth it.

My wife and I love what this place does and how they do it. There is a lot of work and reward and always an uplifting feeling when youre there for a cup of coffee and a peek in the window or a long-booked-out session hanging with the kitties. Please be respectful of the instructions (basic niceness and cleaning up) and support this effort when you can.

The food and beverage are great with very friendly staff. The cats are all up for adoption and well cared for. They streamline adoption with all included fees and necessary vaccines as well as answer any questions you have for them.

So the coffee is perfect. I ordered my favorite coffee and the purrista knew how to make it so it was the best Ive had in Spokane and weve lived here for almost a year! The only down fall was the hours to visit the cats wasnt known. We have to make a reservation after 1pm. But we will for sure do that in the future. Id say if you love cats stop in here. Im going to buy a mug next time were in.
