The drink was okay but not good! If you prefer caramel sauce over syrup, Thais is not a place for you. They do not even have caramel sauce. The straws were dusty! Tables were dirty and had food/coffee stains on them which was not cleaned from the previous customer. It’s Covid Time! So you would think, there would be some sort of a sanitizing system in between each customer, but none was observed in the few hours we were there! I don’t recommend this branch of Ladder and probably will not go back myself.

Great coffee, try some of the monthly specials. They are unique and tasty. I also love their avocado toast

Cute, cozy atmosphere with excellent service. Their breakfast toast and lattes are delightful. I love that they offer a different menu than a typical coffee shop. It does take a few extra minutes to get your order, but its because they make it fresh. Well worth the wait!

This is my favorite Ladder location! I came across this spot while driving by and decided to give it a try. I was immediately greeted warmly by Mackenzie and she made sure the drink I wanted was just to my liking. Since then, she has become my favorite barista in all of Spokane and my friend and I specifically go on the weekends just to see her. She always takes the time to catch up and genuinely makes you feel like your business matters. She also remembers her regulars drinks, and that shows she actually cares and pays attention to her customers. Ive tried other Ladder locations and while theyre good, Mackenzies kindness, good conversation, and consistency with killer drinks keeps me going back to this location. Go see her at this location!

Could very well be my new favorite coffee stop. So glad to have a place with high quality coffee nearby and not just another “cheap bulk beans” drive thru.They have a unique food menu too with some fun options! Avocado toast 👍🏼, fancy homemade pop tarts 👍🏼, tacos 👍🏼.But again, the coffee is just fantastic. Service has always been great too.

Wow. So bitter and expensive, tried to go here twice. Will not return. Dutch bros has so much better quality and price.

Ive been here four times now. Its all good stuff and a nice interior. However, twice Ive found that the espresso beverage wasnt very hot. And Im not a picky person, this was barely warm. Once in the store, once in the drive-through. You might want to specify that you want it hot if youre not going to be satisfied with warm. Other than that though, enjoyed it.

Loved my coffee! My barista was incredibly kind and so chill. The ambience is impressive and is catered for student life. They even have a private meeting room for students.Needless to say: new favorite spokane coffee shop. Cant wait to try the other locations!

Drive thru is not staffed and I have had to wait multiple times for 5-10mins with no service before I drive away. Coffee is great the one time I was served.

Absolutely terrible. Worst caramel latte Ive ever had and I have coffee daily. They didnt offer whipped cream or caramel sauce, so I wasnt very excited about my drink anyways. When I got my coffee, the barista insisted it was a double shot, but it was as nearly white as milk, and tasted like milk. I couldnt taste the flavor of coffee or caramel whatsoever. I had several people taste my coffee to see what they thought and they completely agreed. I dont recommend ladder coffee, I wont be going there again.
