My experience with Cycrest has been subpar. The tech who installed my equipment was delightful. He was a kind, young man who is probably overworked and underpaid. He was there to do his job and did it with a smile on his face. My experience prior to having the tech in the office shouldve been a clear indication of what was to come. They are a VERY hard sell to the point where it was quite distasteful. They charge WAY too much for the service/equipment they provide. I would highly recommend doing your due diligence and shop around.I recently read another review of someone (A Cycrest client) whose server updates had been turned off.....yikes! Im guessing they are no longer clients.
