Please price check your oil. And offer customers some paper funnels. They cost like 3 cents a piece and you’re supposed to be a service station.
Great place with convenience store and clean bathrooms. We stopped there since this is the location of Teslas Supercharger and we were in need of some juice for the car. But they also have gasoline and diesel pumps for small car and big rigs. Its all there.
An oasis for truckers and travelers, very large lot, laundry, plenty of clean showers, barber shop, fully stocked store, good food options and clean throughout. Melton
I used to love this iron skillet and made it a point to stop here on my way threw. After not be able to pass threw here in more then a year this place has changed for the worst. The whole point of a diner is to sit down and have someone take your order. Thats not the case here you have to place your order at a register no menue except what is posted on a billboard like a fast food restaurant. If I wanted fast food I wouldnt stop at a diner to order fast food. I am greatly disappointed and wont ever be stopping here again. Oh yeah they also did away with their buffet.
I stopped to fuel and do my 10. I decided to take a shower and eat. I fuel at TA/Petro. I get a very good discount on my fuel. I enjoyed my shower. I printed off a meal voucher. They are very analytical on the west coast about wearing a mask. I ordered the new york strip, mashed taters and green beans. I got no salad with it. When the boy brought out my food. I started to cut into one end of my steak. I noticed a hair on my steak. A long gray hair. I told the kid about it. He asked me where did that come from. I told him my steak. He took it talked with several women. I noticed one had long gray hair. They didnt offer to make another one. I will be calling corporate.
Took over two hours to do a oil change once they got it back. Got charged $485, and the guy didn’t grease everything he was supposed to. He also put the wrong oil in. The lady at the front desk was awesome and the only reason we didn’t go off. She was apologetic regarding how long it was taking. She explained that the guy just got out of training. We will NEVER USE THIS TA SERVICE CENTER AGAIN! What a rip off! The only reason I gave two stars was for the lady at the front desk. She deserves 5 stars!
The only good thing was a shower. Employees have break room with tv and smoking area but no drivers lounge or chair in laundry room. No ice for 6 days. Restaurant is covid limited even hash brown was patty like Wal-Mart. No grill? Open 7 to 3. Subway closes early. Prices across the street for Mexican are 3.75 each for a street taco one tortilla. I will not be back to Spokane.
Wow Everytime I am here the C store side is always slow and a pain...not once or twice but consistently. Everything else is great. Also why are there always pumps down on the truck side
Food over cooked, was supposed to be hash browns but was actually a potato patty.Pretty sure bacon was fake.Toast was hard a a rock. This whole place is one nasty joke
My favorite Petro in the U.S. Lots of parking, clean, good showers, friendly staff. I always try to stop here for a reset or 10hr whenever Im in the Pacific NW.
Diesel pumps were under construction again which is fine since I never fuel here because they shut off my rewards card every time I don’t use it for 180 days and then make me wait on hold with customer service just to turn it back on again. This drama became a yearly ritual for me but the other 2 major Truck Stops, and AmBest are so much better I gave up on this place for fueling. Their restaurant stops serving breakfast at 11am and the dinner menu is absolutely horrible except for the burgers but if I wanted a burger I wouldn’t be there. Showers are good, and the employees are nice and friendly even though they work for a poorly run company.
Nice and clean, friendly staff but how about letting them post notices on the rewards kiosk. Like restaurant is closed, our drink machine is out of order.
One of the cleanest nicest showers on the interstate.restaurants both skillet and subway closed by 8 pm though.
You need to teach your employees hipaa law in Washington state. As a Healthcare professional it is against the law for a non professional to require someone to show personal health information. It is up to $1,000,000 fine. I am going to follow through with turning your agency in to the proper authorities. I will never show my private health information to any Joe off the street
I was here several months ago and the petro ice machine was broken had to get my ice from subway. Arrived yesterday and here until Tuesday and the ice machine is still broken and now so is subway. Have to go to iron skillet to get ice for drinks, but restaurants is closed on weekends. I want to know is are yall so broke you cant get the ice machine fixed? Ridiculous!!!
A bunch of raciest employees on power trips here. Half the pumps don’t work the ones that do you have to go inside to start. Bathrooms out of order. No food available after 6pm.
Overall, this is a nice Petro. Plenty of parking, even for transporters. My issue was with the showers. Like most TA/Petro showers, these are generally clean and have the two towels, bath mat, hand towels and washcloth. Most TA/Petro locations have really clean toilets in their showers. The first shower I was put in, the toilet was disgusting. It looked like someone had just used the bathroom with an upset stomach and when it was cleaned, they didn’t bother to use a toilet brush. I asked the porter if the shower I was in (# 2) had indeed been cleaned. She asked me if I would like another shower (which I appreciated). I told her “yes please” and she took me to another shower (#8). When she opened it, she said, “this one is pretty clean.” It was definitely better but there was still “evidence” that the toilets are not cleaned regularly with toilet brushes. 🤢 I expect “pretty clean” from Pilot/Flying J but not from TA/Petro. I also am not surprised to see it in public restrooms that everyone is using - but not in private showers that you pay money for that are supposed to be cleaned after each use. These showers can also definitely use some updating.
Stop there yesterday for a oil change the young lady at the counter was great pulled right into a bay 3 HOURS later Im done and running behind stop down the road and something is leaking open the hood no coolant cap....
Youre forced to wear a mask and have several medical reasons I dont wear a mask or even own one. Then Im offer one the clerk proceeded to offer me one shes touched bare handed to be able to sale me a soda. Or then tells me there is a table where I can get one none of them have touch. Just a few people random shoppers who are forced to grab one have touched the pile. Like really how in the world is that safe for me. Never stopping here again. Thanks for keeping me safe Petro.....
Mask policy sucks, wont cash you out with out one. Just creating more waste by making me put it on for 10 seconds.
Restaurant closed, Service Center takes 30 minutes to enter the simplest job into the computer, and cashier wont give change for laundry. I was planning on getting fuel in the morning but Ill take my money elsewhere, this Petro doesnt deserve it.
This place is a disaster! Pumps are half closed because they are working on them again. Tried to buy some drinks for my wife, kids and myself and was told I had to wear a mask. When I refused due to health reasons I was refused service unless I put on a mask that they grabbed with their bare hands from an unprotected pile thats left out in the open. I have stopped here many times in the past but I will never be returning to here again.
On 6/21/21 at 2:36 pm I Went in to get a receipt and a chubby black gal was rude when I said the print receipt button didn’t work. she said don’t care next. I have several service trucks that fuel up and I will not be back to petro #339 wish I would of spent my $82 some where else.
Worst Petro in the entire country!! We are truck drivers traveling through stopped in for some fuel and refreshments. We walked in grabbed our drinks as we proceeded to the checkout counter we were chased down and harassed by a young women with black hair who claimed her name was Erin. She to us she would not allow us to pay for our items because we were not wearing a mask, she then took our items put them back in the cooler without sanatizing them and said Im not worried about the safety of others I just wont sell anything to you for not wearing a mask. Then a very polite young man approached us and said he would take care of is for outside the store, I respected his customer service and manners so I we said okay and did just that. I will never stop at the Petro again and dont advice anyone else to do so either, they need to seriously reaccess their employees and probably teach a customer service class.
CDC does not recommend masks for vaccinated people but these people still do as they are the mask police. wont fuel here again.
“RV” side is a joke. No room for RV or 5th wheel to fuel or park and barely enough room to turn around.
Nicer place then most convenience stores. Of course prices are a little inflated.
I am tired that the ice machine does not work and this is a on going problem. Now Subway is closed not much left at this place. Thanks!
Rude help beware democrats every where hope they go bankrupt
Morning crew excellence in service and mannerly and noticed the great prices for the breakfast options.
Unfortunately their real restaurant, the Iron Skillet, is open only Monday through Friday.
Really great place to stop. Perfect pitstop for me to make when I was working up in spokane away from home and living in my car. Showers are amazing, best showers Ive ever used. Good hot case food, they have washers and dryers and decently priced gas for the area. Skip the pilot and come here
Very bad truck shop. no came here.
Pulled in to get a retorque on ONE position... thatll be at least a 2 hour wait....for a job that literally takes 2 minutes.Update. This tire i had put on was in Missoula MT, there is a TA and a Loves across the street from each other. After basically being told by Petro (same company as TA) to go pound sand, I went to Loves in Ritzville WA for a retorque. NO WAITING AND NO CHARGE. But I did tip the tech $20 for his 2 minutes of work. That will be the last time I use TA to get a tire when there are other options. BTW little known fact, if you buy tires from a TA/Petro any warranty is VOID unless that position is retorqued at a TA/Petro within their recommended distance. Thats probably why they make it such a PITA to get that tiny amount of work done. Scam. Never again
Again! Another Petro/TA that closes their restaurants early! This is why youre hemorrhaging money! Trucking is a 24/7 365 industry, if you dont match it, Loves and Pilot will, and you will loose customers to them! Now excuse me while I go get $400 of diesel at the loves, oh coffee and smokes too, thanks for the free parking thou
Well apparently I will start buying my fuel at the pilot down the street since today they tell me to wear a mask or get out --so it seems even with a medical condition that I have had and been in here a thousand times without a mask--today it isnt allowed--so that will be roughly 500 gallons of fuel that I wont be buying here
So went in without a mask and theyve made a big deal about it, told me they couldnt serve me but later served a guy behind me without a mask. If you go here be prepared to be treated differently based on race. Im a Truck Driver and you guys just lost my business.
1 star for enforcing totalitarian mandates.
Place was nice but was standing in front of the food warmer for 10 min and was just ignored even before the store got busy, but o well lesson learned they just need more staff .
If you spend more than two minutes in their joke of a beer section you will find yourself being approached by employees assuming youre stealing. Not a good look.
Clean store. Has beer. Water pressure for shower was great. The temperature couldve been hotter for my liking. The coffee cups and coffee are behind the counter because of miss Rona. Stupid virus anyway, not a bad stop.
Needed just a price on a certain part and was told to come in person to get it checked and advised. Was then charged almost $70 for getting the numbers in person at their shop when there was no estimate done.
Plenty of parking. Clean store. The staff was friendly. A nice place to take a break. The parking situation was good. We always fuel here.
Very accommodating and love this place has great people and wonderful service they take really good care of there showers and their truckers they are spoiled here. Thats in a good way love you truckers cause you ride for the big bucks and give for that fact city to city town to town delivery and drop go back again or maybe some where knew never having the time to look or see so respectful so nice indeed good trucking healthy travel and overly accommodating you make service possible Thank You!
I just learned of faith that they will no longer be having a restaurant a sit down restaurant with the salad bar or Buffet The one thing a soul tie and truck drivers a 40+ years work for home good cooking I’m very disappointed with TA The only one reason I Patronize you guys Because you had a restaurant and you serve quality food. Believe it or not I sold her truck drivers do not like fast food so I will say goodbye I’m not wasting my time
Terrible staff, constantly rude at the checkout
Excellent people and service. I respectfully request that those in charge of deciding what is offered on the menu at Iron Skillet sincerely consider the addition of real butter as an alternative to the spread provided. The margarine or oleo tastes like a waste product and ruined the quality of the grits and English muffins. I like Iron Skillet but, I will be providing my own true dairy product until butter is offered.
Would give more stars but was refused service this morning cause I didnt have a mask but before people jump on me I got here yesterday afternoon and didnt have a mask and had no problems buying food, if they are going to require masks or no service they need to do that with all shifts not just here and there, its not fair for a business to be this Inconsistent with its policies.
Had the buffet. It was awful. Everything was dry and crusted. Even the desserts were dry. Almost everything was empty. My husband had a piece of chicken that was so dry that there was no edible meat on it. Waste of money. Would have been better to just get a corn dog from the hot case.
Constantly rude, dirty in the soul
This place was highly lacking in customer service we were told repeatedly we were in the way never told were a spot would be where we wouldnt be in the way. I am in wheelchair ok rude cashier was told she had allergic reaction to meds she took. I wanted to fly over the counter and give her a reaction myself. She gave my daughter a panic attack talk about feel unwanted in a convenience store wow
Horrible cashiers very dirty showers and bathroom this place sucks zero out of 10 Stars
Our go to stop when were in Spokane. Easy access to on and off the freeway. You can have a restaurant meal or grab something from the store and go. Clean clean place. They have a little bit of everything. Including western purses!
Great Buffet they had there when I was there. Sure was nice to go to a buffet and have good food. The salad bar was in great shape. They didnt have the same huge selection and variety of different vegetables and fruits but I guess thats just how things go. The server was great in bringing me my water and my bill. I shall return here someday
Cussing cashiers unprofessionalAnd poor service
Clean station, Fuel prices are a bit higher being just outside Spokane. Convenient to highway access (except during overpass construction).
Their Western Union is open later than local locations which is convenient! Food is usually hot and ready or they have a dine in restaurant option. Restrooms are always clean.
Awesome employees! I’m a regular customer and always looking forward to seeing my favorite workers. There’s a porter named Sara, who’s always friendly and helpful. Alex, who i enjoy talking to and friendly. Amber at Subway, who is also very friendly. The others ar Subway and the Iron Skillet. And Mike at the fuel desk is great too. I also want to mention another porter named Daniel, who Isca great person too. Petro is my go to for snacks and other things.
One of my favorite truck stops. Good selection of products, easy diesel fueling, super friendly and professional staff, plus a great TA truck service shop (whose staff is also amazing).
Shop is really slow.
All around, I had a good experience at this facility. Although Washington is in a toilet paper crisis, the bathroom was stalked with ample supply. The staff at the restuarant were quick, and friendly, continuously making sure everything was okay. If you got here early enough, there were plenty of parking options.
2 stars because they had coffee and were mopping floors. Card readers not working on fuel island had to stand in line twice with one cashier working to get fuel. Toilet stopped up in mens bathroom . Wanted to fill up and eat but if they arent concerned enough to make fueling convenient i just get enough to make it to Montana and fill up and eat there.
Cool place..plenty of Parking but you have to paid which really Sucks
2 places to choose from to eat & also get fuel. You just dont know what you will find. Nice place for a stop & get back on the road
No sense stopping here any more...the Iron Skillet is closed. Just fast food garbage...going to have to go to the Flying j for food.
This has to be the best truck stop/travel plaza in the Spokane area. Theres an Iron Skillet if youre really hungry, a Subway if youre really in a hurry and even a Starbucks if you really REALLY need caffeine. Thats not to mention the big clean bathrooms, showers for truckers and travelers, massage chairs, a drivers lounge, mechanics, truck wash, plenty of parking and a grassy area for pets, pickup bags included.Oh yeah, they also have gas.
July 30th in the the midst of Covid-19, Elixir coffee shop Unacceptable service! No employees wear wearing masks at all! Also while we were waiting for our drinks (which we should not had accepted & just drive off) a group of people with kids walked up & went inside with the employees. And of course none of these people were wearing masks either. The lady making our drinks was patting and rubbing a little boys head, then she grabbed unwrapped straws with her bare hands, and put the straws into our drinks! I was like NO WAY! We’re out of here & they can keep thier coffee! Don’t Go!
It doesn’t make any sense to not let customers get there own coffee they touch everything in the store as is doors, merchandise and the damn card reader at the register. Nothing gets wiped down or sanitized no body is wearing masks or gloves just put the coffee out for customers it’s ridiculous.
Great local shopping center. Do a lot of shopping here. Recommend to driver that to acquire their needs.
Really petro close subway and keep iron skillet open we want better food than fast food and probably the last time I stop at a Petro because of this president ordered all restaurants to be open to drivers during this time
Shower great, parking pretty full, no gallons water, got their last carton of milk, someone else was wanting green tea, sold out. Well got fuel, price higher than anywhere . But rolling again. Would like to see them keep store stocked better, lower fuel price.
Overpriced food for the quality you get. Must say great employees and very clean bathrooms, showers and laundry was up to date and clean. One of the better Petros in the country.
Very clean. Very friendly and helpful employees. Diligent on working on my semi truck getting it fixed in a timely manner. Lots of parking.
Great truck stop. Anna was my waitress. She was witty, and big personality. She laughed and joked around and wasnt a Stick in the mud, so-to-speak. The food was good as well. The people make the place, as much as the food.
Everything you need but fuel us much cheaper in Idaho
Very nice and clean showers that are cheap at $14/per shower.
Dont waste Ur money eating here
Everyone working here are all so helpful. From the fuel desk to the porters, wait staff, kitchen technicians and shop staff, everyone trys to answer, take time to listen, and find solutions. The restaurant has a great buffet, and the strawberry shortcake is a huge piece topped with strawberries and whipped cream. Also try the salad bar, its always kept fresh, so your not going to get any wilted lettuce or spinach, and theres fruits to eat along with all the good toppings and dressing. I look forward to even have the barbershop cut my beard and hair when Im at this stop. I have never had a complaint about this travel plaza. Clean excellent modern showers, always stocked with towels.Enjoy your stay or stop here!
Im pretty sure if you travel outside this side of the country you will agree that you will NOT see another TA or Petro this nice.Bathrooms super clean! Laundry room clean! Iron Skillet clean and I must say, the food was actually good. The soup wasnt dried out like the others out east. They should all come to this Petro to train and see how it should be done.Great job! After long days on the road, a good meal and clean facility means so much.So thank you for putting forth the effort.I really appreciate it!! :)
Great place, very well kept. I love coming to this Petro. The buffet was perfectly fresh, and there was a good stock of our favorite drinks
The young Lady at the Front desk of the Petro Fix it shop was the best! She was polite, fast and funny! Over all a little wait, but great service!!!!
Gets busy a lot but staff is great. Not a very good place for a get in get out. Can be difficult to access during rushes
I really like this place all kinds of truck parking the restaurant is great the little shop has everything you need when you are traveling. Every body that I have had the pleasure to meet very nice and friendly. The young lady who takes care of the showers Tammy very awesome to talk with and all shower areas spotless. Thank you Keith
This place is one of the cleanest perros I been to the iron skillet is pretty good the staff is nice... my only complaint I got about this place is the restrooms.. no they aren’t dirty they are always clean it’s just the gap in between the stall doors.. when someone is washing their hands they can see you through the mirror or when someone just passes by you can see inside the stall.. a little more privacy would be nice
It seems too much to ask to have fuel pumps that can print a receipt. I had to go park and go inside for a receipt. Not fun with a big camper. Explain to the cashier that the pump wont print and all I got in return is a dumb look and handed a receipt. How about well have someone fix that or some response- nope. The big lady with the face jewelry has no business in a customer facing position. Go stock a shelf. I will not purchase anything from this place- except the Iron Skillet- they rock.
One of the few truck stops that the parking lot doesnt smell like a piss bomb went off, so theres that. Expect to leave broke though if you have to buy anything. Especially a shower. The womens bathroom is pretty nice but I prefer solo bathrooms to do my pooping.
Was there last week and was very disappointed. There’s a woman named Tammy that needs to learn better customer service skills. She sticks her nose in where it doesn’t belong and seems a little schizophrenia cause she thinks someone is talking about her.
Shop manager Jon is a joke, cant even figure out how to be productive. Mechanics make fool of him everytime.
Good truck parking, lot is clean and plenty of garbage cans. Bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. Very pleasant. Store has a deli and Iron Skillet restaurant with is always a good choice.
Was there the morning of 7/7. My husband went to buy cigarettes after realizing he left his ID at home. He attempted to use his old ID and the cashier flipped out on him. She asked if I had mine and I said I could go out to the truck to get mine and be back. She continued flipping out and playing detective about how someone needed a valid ID. NO PROBLEM, I was going to get it. My husband finally said Never mind. I said Well go elsewhere and we began walking out. She yelled over all the customers I wont get fired for this so whatever making everyone turn their heads. Customers outside the building were saying how rude that was of her. How extremely unprofessional. If she were my employee I would have sent her butt packing home right away. We are business owners as well and I wanted to point out how inconsiderate and unprofessional your employee was because we know how important that is to an owner. We are disgusted with the disrespect we received out of her for no reason.
