The older gentlemen who works here BY HIMSELF is so helpful and hardworking his name is Jim, hes very kind, works so very hard. We had a dangerous tire that we went to put air in, but instead we saw a tire outside of his shop that was the perfect size he charged us a very low price for the tire and to mount and balance it while at the same time helping other customers. I am very satisfied with the stop I made at this location. Also if you are there for gas they accept safeway rewards. I recommend going to this store for gas or urgent car services.

They broke my oil filter spring, and where the filter goes on and repairs cost thousands. Never go here

Id give them negative stars if I could. Feb. 21st, before noon. The employee (using the term loosely) inside was extremely rude, unhelpful, insulting and demeaning.... All in one instance! If you dont want a job, quit! Others are desperately looking. If you do need the job, help the customer and dont act put out, because someone had to come in, instead of staying at the pumps, while you watch your shows, or check your Facebook.... D.A.!

Extremely rude employee. Went in to use my points and he told me I had 90cents off per gallon. I go out to the pump and it only took off 80 cents. So I went back inside and asked if maybe the pump wasn’t calculating it correctly. He starts getting an attitude and says I can’t see it could have been 80 cents. So I asked how do we find out which one it is. He never says sorry for the mistake and throws his hands up and says it’s seriosuly only 10 cents. That’s when I got upset because he was so rude and condenseding towards me. I walked out and pumped my gas. I had to go back in and get change since I didn’t use all 40.00 to fill up. He starts back up with me. And I told him I don’t care because I had had it with how I was treated. He then tells me to basically be quiet and he wanted to say his 2 cents and how it wasn’t his fault. Yes it was your fault because you should have told me the correct amount. He rolled his eyes at me and threw his hands up like he could care less. This was HIS. Mistake. I have been a loyal customer but I will never go back and be treated this way again.

We have came here maybe 3 times, and every time (Terre) looks like he despises anyone whom comes to the pump, just customers in general !!! If you hate what youre doing, leave!! Gonna go out of business at this rate!! Good luck!

Took my car to get some repairs done the two bigger gentle men were very noligable.the repairs were doneRight at a fair price.I want to Thank them both and I will pass it on....

*ZERO STARS* The big guy running the cash register was too busy looking at his phone to acknowledge me standing at the counter. Finally, after my purchase, I asked for a book of matches, which he rudely tossed at me. I noticed it was half empty and dirty so I nicely asked for a new one. He rudely asked me what the problem was. When I explained it to him he rolled his eyes and grabbed another book and even more rudely tossed it to me. A book of matches may seem petty but its really about this guys blatant disregard for customer care. As I left I said thank you, have a nice day (albeit a little incincerely) and he just snorted. Its obvious this guy does not care and after reading other the reviews, I will drive on by and give someone else my business. Why this guy still works there is beyond me.

Do not go there. Rude and portly man working there didnt seem to care to help in any way. I went there for a minor issue and when I asked for help, he accused me of being ignorant. A little racist attitude as well...

Terrible experience. Extremely rude manager who seemed angry at the world. They replaced my front blinker light with a bulb that burnt out the very next day after I double checked with them multiple times. When I called to explain situation, the manager said he couldnt do anything for several hours and that he would need to hoist my car up to look under car simply to replace a front blinker bulb which would be an additional fee. Frustrated and thinking this was completely absurd, I went to jiffy lube at a conoco near my apt. They fixed it in two minutes with brand new bulb and for a total of $12. Clearly this Texaco lacks not only the fundamentals of customer service but in car service too, as they couldnt even replace my blinker bulb with a new one which the sole purpose of my trip here. I never write reviews other than positive ones but here I felt compelled to write this negative one so prevent you from going through this horrible experience as I did. Never again.
