Not only are their products amazing, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers! I made a purchase in store this weekend and told them that I wanted to send the bath bombs, at which point they offered to vacuum seal the products for me to keep them safe during shipping. Further along in the conversation, the sales clerk let me know that they regularly ship products, and I asked if it would be possible for them to ship my order from the store, saving me a trip to post office. Not only did they oblige and offer to ship my products (waiving me off when I offered to pay a shipping fee) they included custom card in the package and texted me photos of the package and the tracking number when they sent it. Will definitely be returning here for all of my bath bomb and goodie needs. Thanks so much BeYoutiful team!

I went in for the first time a few days ago, and I walked out with so many wonderful things. There are different sections for different types of scents and there are bath bombs, bath salts, bubble bath in most scents it seemed like. I used to be a big Lush fan but lately I just havent enjoyed them as much so started looking around which is how I found this place. Im so glad I did. After I got home the next day I went online to buy even more things. I think this will be my go to bath shop.My favorite scents are hypnotic, desert sun, and f bomb.

Walking up to this stores just feels like your at home! The whole staff is always so down to Earth and so welcoming! Not sure where to start with this store... But the bath bombs are my FAVORITE😍💕 THE SIZE OF THEM ARE AMAZING, cant beat the prices, the smells and scents stay and make your skin and myself feel BEAUTIFUL!!! Watching the colors fizzle our and change the color of the water is a site to bebehold!!!Gotta try them your self!

I’m in law school and my mom called to put together a “care package” of bath bombs. The ladies were so sweet and made a cute note to go along with it along with a bunch of the cutest Halloween bath bombs. The whole box smells amazing. And the ladies at the store were so nice. Amazing!

Love this place. Excellent customer service and a great selection of luxury but affordable bath supplies. Everything smells so good and works even better. Definitely worth checking out if your in the mall.

The Yule Log candle is such a good smell. I have also bought bubble bath from them in the scent ‘love spell.’ I really love that this place is local and I was happy to see them move into the Northtown mall where the Yankee candle store used to be.

Im not a big reviewer but I felt this was in order. I cant event tell you how rude the staff were. After all the reviews I read I thought this would be a great place to shop. Once I walked in the door I was greeted with a very weak welcome and then wondered the store. There was no help what so ever with the staff. I was very disappointed in the products I saw. They seemed very cheap. I left with 2 bath bombs, but upon use I was very disappointed with them. They were very big bath bombs but I did not feel they were up to par with other bombs I use on a regular basis. Quite disappointment in the customer service and quality of product and experience.

Zoee has very great customer service and also has a sparkling smile to greet everyone!! I tried my first bath bomb and they are incredible 😍!! I hope more men try bath bombs because they are relaxing!! I will be coming here more often to smell the aromatherapy bath bombs and other awesome scented goodies!! I think this store out smells bath and body works even though I do like both stores!!

You can’t beat local, handmade, cruelty free bath and beauty products. That’s not even the best part about beyoutiful - the owner is a lovely, hardworking, beyoutiful woman with an amazing heart who gives back to the community in so many different ways! Truly some of the best bath products around and the BEST customer service.

I love this place! Theyre always super nice and theor products never fail to blow me away! I try to live as zero waste as possible and their laundry frosting is the best way to go. Its about 12 bucks and it lasts ages! I barely put any into my loads and my clothes come out soft and smelling fresh (but not overwhelming!) The sweet girl checking me out even told me if I brought back the container they would cut me a deal when I bought some more! Absolutely L O V E this place!

Amazing products at amazing prices, plus the best part is everything is local. Every time I stop in workers are super sweet and friendly and makes each experience a great one. I’ve bought a little bit of everything and definitely recommend their bath bombs, muscle jelly, whipped lotion, and soy wax melts!

Girl working alone on a Monday was extremely rude and confrontational while I was trying to understand the stamp card. It says buy 10 get one free and I had 3 left to buy so I planned to buy 3 and get my free one. Since thats what the card says and how stamp cards usually work. She acted like it was some sort of demand and said its on next visit/purchase which the card doesnt say (and would technically make that a free one on 11 or more purchases). I tell her the card doesnt say that so maybe they just need to print some new ones with better wording. She had zero people skills, or more like Im not even a person. I wasnt asking for anything, just pointing it out. Man I hope theres video...her reaction is so confrontational that I even try to clarify that Im not being aggressive, so Im sorry if it seems that way. Im about ready to check out and I try to diffuse her with idle conversation to break tension I wasnt planning on coming back [to Spokane] for a while so I had hoped to finish up the stamp card in an ah shucks kind of way, and that apparently pushes her over an invisible edge. She could have said yeah, sorry, thats my managers policy, Ill tell her about the wording on the card or ignored it, but no, apparently that was rude of me to say even though it had nothing to do with her or the shop. If your not planning on coming back then Im not doing you a favor. I never asked for a favor lady. So what are you buying? She says. Nothing and I just leave. So ridiculous. I imagine this isnt her first time and no one had bothered writing a review, just left crying.Learn how to treat people and some basic listening skills rather than shutting down and preparing for war at the first sign of problem solving? What the literal hell. Nice when a business can make you feel like you wish youd never left the house.

I am from out of town and was stoked to find a local store that sells bath and shower bombs. I ended up getting sick and thought a eucalyptus shower bomb would help. Unfortunately, I tried two of the shower bombs and smelt absolutely nothing both times. I even tried it two different ways to see if maybe my placement was wrong, but it was just the bomb had lack of scent it needed to fill the shower with its aroma goodness.

I bought the pokéball toy bomb and the bomb itself was nice and smelled good but there wasn’t a toy in it and that’s the only reason I really bought it for.

These bath bombs are amazing! They are so fragrant, yet gentle and non-irritating on the skin. Each time I have went into the store, I receive great service. I love the Northtown mall one the most as I feel they have the best selection, but I am looking forward to starting to shop more at River Park Square as it is closer to me. I hope this store is around for a really long time. They have the best products and love that they are local. I also love that they continue to come up with new ideas for bath bombs as well. My favorites though are the Lavender, Milk and Honey, Berrylicious, and Cucumber Melon. I have smelled the Vanilla Chai and it smells divine, though I havent tried it yet, I hope to soon!

Love this place! I have extremely sensitive skin and a biological skin condition called Hidradenitis suppurativa or HS that is like cysts most deorderants will make the condition worse but the deorderants here actually helps get rid of them, another item that helps is the bye bye cream for ance! Everyone is extremely sweet and excited to be there! The bath bombs are addicting!
