Damon helped my sister and I find some great products today - very knowledgeable about skincare, hair care, and all of the products available. Loved our experience thanks to such a dedicated, excited associate! Will come back and look for Damon next time we need to shop for new products!

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by an employee with a clipboard on a serious power trip. We were treated like children as this employee explained their mask policy. His mask speech was a few minutes long and completely unnecessary. A “hi, please wear a mask inside” wouldve been sufficient. I was handed a disposable mask and waked ONE STEP into the store and the employee snapped that I needed to put my mask on. I am fully vaxxed. I respect stores’ choices to have guests wear masks, but this was completely ridiculous. I was treated like a child. I will never shop at Lush again because this employee was degrading and rude.

The team is so knowledgeable and kind. Every time I go to this store I leave happier and feeling uplifted. It’s a wonderful atmosphere, and of course it smells beautiful.

The staff is super helpful! Also love that their products are organic and ethically sourced. A serious step up from Bath & Body for those who are looking for delicious-smelling bath bombs, hair products, and face masks.

Just left the store minutes ago and had to leave a positive review immediately. Damon (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Liz made my day with their extreme kindness. Had a rough start to the week and they just put the biggest smile on my face that won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. I didn’t buy anything this time around but their knowledge of the products and covid precautions were all so amazing. Wont be back! Products were subpar compared to the shop we usually patronize. Five employees, two customers....each employee would talk to us about putting our masks on. THEY WERE ON! We only lowered them below our nose when we wanted to smell a fragrance! I felt they were a little demeaning and condescending.

Love their products especially the shampoo bars and ocean salt body scrub! Their customer service is excellent, and offer curbside delivery!!

I was having the worst day ever and was relieving it with some bath bombs- the person who helped me (very long brown hair and glasses) today noticed I was having a bad day and chatted with me about the bath bombs and was so sweet to get my mind off my day. Her kindness and attention honestly brought me to tears. I can’t wait to come back to such a caring and calm atmosphere.

Went on their grand opening. The staff was so sweet and so helpful, even during the craziness. So happy Lush is finally here! Scrubee is my “must have” item.

So happy Lush has come to Spokane! Awesome store, I can now purchase all my favorites in person and see whats new.
