Over priced and violated my human rights for not wearing a mask. They say they follow the state mandate but they dont. People with medical conditions and mental conditions are exempt from wearing masks. I will just shop elsewhere and I hope the place burns down.

I was saddened to see this business cave to the mask mandate. Was met by an employee, who had extra masks to handout. When I didn’t put one on, she said someone “more scary” than her would come out if I didn’t. I’m only one person, but they lost this one persons business.

I have never been to Spokane hardware and supply however I have dealt with one of their locksmiths. Which I had submitted a ticket to my landlord to have my locks changed on the 10th well, my spaz like tendencies didnt bother to double check as to what day that fell on. Which happened to be a Saturday. Soooo with no notice from my landlord/management company not a call, not a text, not an email, I had assumed per usual my request fell on deaf ears, this is VERY standard behavior with my management company, It takes months on end to get one service request taken care of. So If they hadnt been ignoring or not taking action on my request Id assumed someone would be arriving on the 10th to change the locks but to my surprise at 1:00pmish on the 9th I had a locksmith at my door thankfully I was actually home, otherwise he could have potentially arrived to no one being here, thanks to the inconsiderate actions of my landlord/management company. And as someone who doesnt fall asleep till much later in the evenings 12:30 or 1:00 p.m.. The arrival of the locksmith was extremely inconvenient and I almost sent him away since I was still in my PJs having my coffee, eating a bit of breakfast, meanwhile the roommate was fast asleep in his room since he works nights...... However I needed those locks changed sooner than later, So I sucked it up and I allowed the locksmith in. I have to admit Tom was wonderful. He was quick, quiet, tolerant and efficient. And in the given situation Im sure was most likely coming off as a friendly individual and l even went as far as to express my very clear irritations with the landlord. But Tom was very patient and polite with me. He even went as far as to comp his services which really lightened my upset with the given situation. So I have to say hats off to Spokane hardware supply and more specifically with Tom their locksmith. Hes well deserving of a shout out. Thanks again!

I was refinishing old kitchen cabinets and replacing the hardware was part of the project. Turns out the type needed for my cupboard doors was hard to find. I was referred here by a Lowes employee. I walked in showed the hinge to the man at the counter and he knew immediately the name and style I needed. I spent two days running around trying to find the right hinge! I was in and out of Spokane Hardware with the proper hinges in 5 minutes! LOVE IT!

Jim and all the guys at Spokane Hardware were extremely welcoming and provided outstanding customer service. I went in looking for a replacement knob for my nightstand and everyone behind the counter pitched in to find me exactly what I was looking for. The one they found was more pricey than normal so they went the extra mile to find me one for less. They got it ordered, shipped to my house and I even received a call the following day to update me on the shipping status. I left feeling like a priority and that’s more than I could ever ask for any shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!

Had to wait over a month to receive the pulls. When they arrived they looked cheap and flimsy. had to wait a week to if they would allow us to return. When we got the ok found out they were going to charge a stocking fee of 25%. Also it would take 30 days to appear on my credit card. I would strongly suggest not to purchase from this company.They are not customer orientate.

These guys are great. Really helpful staff and has some hard to find parts. Went to 3 cabinet places and no one could help me. Spokane hardware had what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure it would fit and work properly.

Very knowledgeable and helpful people. I walked in with a broken hinge from European dresser to get a replacement hinge, they were able to tell me why the hinge was unique and why other hinges would not be a viable option as a replacement. They scoured everywhere possible and their whole catalog in an attempt to find a replacement, great people. The only reason why this review received a 4 because they couldnt find the hinge despite all the efforts.

We ordered a custom door from this place for an rv. Spoke with the salesman who looked at our measurements and told us that it wouldn’t work and we needed to go in my 2inches. Spoke back and forth how we didn’t want to do so and we already accounted for the door jam and that wasn’t necessary. Salesman insisted that we were wrong. Well turns out I spent 1500 on a door that is too small because we took it in 2 inches and they don’t allow returns. Will probably do business elsewhere next time, that’s a lot of money to throw away.

Looked everywhere for a 4 1/2 inch drawer pull and finally found one on the Spokane Hardware supply website!!! Delivered quickly and actually looks great. Just what I was hoping. I couldnt recommend any business more highly!

Horrible hours.what business closes Saturdays that caters to the public. Had to wait two weeks to get an item.in because they did not have enough of them in stock.to do 1 residential kitchen and everything was way over priced 400 dollars for some hinges handles and knobs form a kitchen is a lot of money.

Spokane Hardware is the only place you can find old house parts! I have found the exact hinges for closet doors and window pulls that you cant find anywhere else for my home built in the 1940s. They not only have a great selection of old house parts, but have a beautiful showroom of newer hardware to serve anyones needs. Much higher scale than the big box stores.

Dave Gamble was great! Knew just what we needed and answered all our questions. Were already planning to go back when were ready for kitchen hardware.

Great selection, great help, but very expensive. But the only game in spokane if you want something different than the box stores. So go to the box store and pay a reasonable price but lousy selection or pay extortion to the only people with a good selection.

Found what I can as after and gone

The drawer sliders on our dresser (which we bought in the mid 90s) has been worn out over time. The ball bearings were falling out and the sliders only moved 1/2 way so we couldnt open the drawers fully.I went to a local hardware shop and they no longer carried that kind of sliders, but after an internet search, I found SHS, and they had what looked to be an exact match.The sliders arrived in 2 days, and they worked perfectly. Now instead of throwing away the dresser we get to use it for another 15 years.Thank you!
