KEELAN was amazing today! First time being with Verizon and it was an amazing decision. Compared to being with sprint for years I’ve already had amazing service and nothing has gone wrong yet. Clayton is terrible. He doesn’t listen to you, just wants to make a sale and put you on a promotion plan. Went to the Verizon on division, everything Clayton said he couldn’t do, Jose did. Clayton just didn’t want to take the time to do it. All we needed to do was transfer a phone number and get new phones. We will never go back to the Verizon store on Regal again.
Bought two new phones and upgrade services today. Our customer service specialist was Michael, who did an exemplary job working with us. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Great staff that is willing to work with you to resolve any conflicts. Knows what they are doing and doesn’t hesitate to call supervisors and other customer service departments to figure things out.The reasons for 4 stars is because there was a miscommunication when I transferred and bought phones at the same time. The way promotions and rebates work wasn’t explained well. It is way different from other stores, however I guess they just assumed I knew it all beforehand, which wasn’t the case. Caused some expectations to fail, but in the end, it was all figured out.Therefore, Verizon is totally worth it but make sure you understand very well what you are getting into if it is your first time.
I went to buy a new phone. I had no idea what I wanted. My son was suggesting I get the pixel 4a. So when I went to look at it they quoted me a price of $450. I called my son and he said that Best Buy had them had the phone for $340. Be wary because their prices are way too high.

Very knowledgeable and honest, super helpful worth all of my questions. They greeted me right when I arrived even though they were busy. I was adding 2 lines to my Verizon acct, they made sure I understood all of my options, limitations, and deals available. They werent pushy at all and got everything taken care of and out the door quick and easy. I will definitely use them again!

My girlfriend and I bought one of their screen protector plans from them, Her when she got her phone from them and I about a year later. The plans were each for 2 years. All we had to do was pay $10 for a new tempered glass screen protector. We went in not even a month ago to each get new protectors put on. The person that initially put on our screen protectors that day messed them up so bad that there were permanent bubbles under the protectors, even slightly cracking 1. We had never had this issue before and personally was my 3 time using this plan. We were told that new screen protectors would be ordered and we could come in in a few days to get them swapped out. So, we did just that only to find out that they hadnt been ordered and they would have to figure out where they would be able to find a replacement from and were told we would get a phone call in a few days to come back in. We waited a week without hearing anything and decided to go in and check. We were told that the manager needed a few days. We gave them yet another week and heard the same thing when we went into check. We gave them 2 more weeks, a month total at that point. When we went in they had some screen protectors waiting with my name and number on them but hadnt received any phone call. So, who knows how long they were sitting there before we ventured in or how much longer they would have sat there before actually calling me. The ones they gave us are well under the quality we had gotten before. Here we are now, barely a week later and without any trauma to my phone or screen the protector is peeling off by itself. We will never show there again and will encourage everyone to do the same.

Lilian was really amazing! My family and I had a really hard couple of months phone wise with another carrier. Even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing, Lilian helped us transfer over to Verizon quickly and with a big smile! She had to stay late but she stayed positive. We all exchanged stories and laughed. Great experience (after months of troubles with the other carrier)!
Verizon cell coverage has gotten worse and worse over the last year. So many dropped calls between Spokane and Priest River...and beyond. Very poor coverage South of 57th down Hatch Road and no motivation to change. They will sell you a Verizon wireless booster but forget to tell you it has to be able to connect with verizon cell coverage in order to boost it. Verizon seems to be taking its customers for granted.
I went to verizon to start my first plan of my own and Lilian helped me. She was very friendly and personable. She helped me pick out a great phone and the best plan for my lifestyle. Im very satisfied with the help I received.
Hunter and Mary are Awesome!! It is so painful for me to update phones so I try to avoid for as long as possible. Mary and Hunter were so welcoming and were very knowledgeable. They took the needed time to help us update and choose 4 new phones, pick out cases, update our family plan and make sure all data was transferred. The one contact I had was a young man named Austin. He seemed to really know his stuff and was courteous and attentive. I watched him with an older lady and he was very respectful and patient. I’d buy a phone here. Unfortunately there was an emergency and My appointment was cancelled so I had to buy at another location.

I had the most helpful and amazing customer service today from Hunter and her crew. I was staying in a nearby hospital after a bad rollover accident where most of my belongings were lost or broken (including my Verizon phone) and a family member hurt badly. Getting my phone back super quick helped me get in touch with people I needed further help from. This crew went above and beyond... I chose this location based on the reviews here..and I can attest they are worth more than 5 stars today...keep it up team Hunter!

Great store, great people. Very patient. Would recommend. Im not sure why people always say dont go to retailers... This one had no wait, took their time, made sure everything was set up and ready for when I walked out the door. Last time I went to a real location, I was pushed out the door with my new phone and didnt even have my contacts on it. The manager, I think Judah was his name, was super knowledgeable.. Said hes been doing this for years. The staff, Ryan and a new girl who I didnt get the name of, were very nice and attentive as well. Go here for your phone needs!!!

Mikalah Travis was my consultant and did an excellent job of handling the current customer (with a lengthy transaction) as I and another customer waited. She was very courteous, apologized for the wait time and did an excellent job of resolving my issue. She was great!!

Complete and total trash. It was painfully obvious how much they didnt want to be there. I wanted to know if tjere was some way to lower my bill. Without looking, she casually said no. I asked upgrades. She waved at the general direction of the phones... Would not recommend
Worst experience upgrading my phone ever! After six trips to the store and 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service, the reseller finally resolved the issue and exchanged a defective phone. They cut some corners setting up the new phone so things aren’t perfect, but I am just happy to be done with them. My advice ... don’t use a reseller (especially not this location). If you are with Verizon, use one of their stores (the customer service representative I worked with over the phone totally rocked).
