I purchased a new pair of ray ban sunglasses from them yesterday at this location and did not happen to notice a small crack in the lens. I’ve owned them for less than 24 hours and after contacting an employee at their store I was told to bring in a receipt and the glasses to help me out. After a visit to 2 different locations where I was told I could have them exchanged I was then told upon arrival the best they could do for me was replace them for a 50% discount after confirming on the phone with them that they would replace them. They said someone would have noticed the crack before selling them to me. I understand the principle of not replacing used merchandise but i could hardly notice the crack myself so a reasonable person would believe an employee could miss it too. There wasn’t a manager available to speak with, i Wasted of a half a day, and still have broken sunglasses. Just buy straight from the manufacturer.I posted the picture of the crack for reference, hardly noticeable unless looking closely from the back of the lens. I would greatly appreciate it if a manager would reach out for more clarification as this is pretty upsetting.

I kind of have a story, but Ill save it.Its Sunglass Hut - they sell expensive sunglasses. You know what it is.What makes this particular Sunglass Hut warrant a 5 star rating is the people who work there. The manager and the employees arent sleazy sales-pusher-type people. In my experience, theyre all decent people who will listen to you and try to get you what you need or want.In the age of internet sales, a couple of good reasons for brick and mortar retail to exist is, among other things, the ability to see, touch, and try something on before buying it. I cant think of something more perfectly fitting the category of things that need to be tried on and looked at before you buy them than sunglasses. Adept, personal, customer service is also needed, perhaps now more than ever. This particular Sunglass Hut delivers and then some in both of those categories, especially the latter. The women there are smart, responsive, helpful, and accommodating.Yes I would recommend this place to other people, and yes I will shop here again.

Sunglass Hut has always been top notch for me and this location was the best one Ive been to so far. They always have the best and latest inventory of most of the highest quality brands. Taylor was quite helpful and very knowledgeable about what sunglasses were best for my needs. I highly recommend this location and if you can go when Taylor is working you absolutely wont regret it. Went in real quick paid 200 bucks for some Holbrooks took them home and they had sold me Holbrook XL so they didnt fit my head. Brought them back the next week I was in Spokane they had remained in the case the ENTIRE time. Lady said there was a scratch on them so she couldnt take them back. I couldnt see the scratch without a magnifying glass. My assumption is that they were scratched when sold to me. Ive spent over 2000 on glasses through them over the past three years, I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND IMPLORE YOU NOT TO AS WELL!

I rarely treat myself. I wanted to invest in some quality sunglasses. My experience with Danielle was wonderful, trying on several pairs then having to narrow it down. I found my sunglasses!

I tried to exchange a pair sunglasses for a less bulky pair but was told they were too many micro scratches on the lenses though I could not see them even under direct light. The weird thing is that I only wore them 2 times for a few minutes because they hurt my ears. I believe they may have been that way when I purchase them but I couldnt see the scratches they were talking about on the lenses. Plus I always kept them in the sleeve and in a hard case.

Went to buy glasses and the place was closed on a holiday at 233 pm. Busy day why would they be closed?

Hey, I love sunglasses and this store has a ton of different styles to chose from!!! I love the Maui Jims lenses, but not the frames, but I have to compromise someplace!!! Love this store!!!

They have nice frames but I think they are a bit over priced.
