Super friendly staff, and prices that are really quite competitive.. love being so close to pool world.

I went into the store to purchase some pool magnet. While there, I asked questions about the condition of my pool water. The young clerk who was assisting me tried to answer my questions; however, he was inexperienced. There were 2 or 3 other more experienced other workers sitting behind the counter who offered no help until asked and then - only monosyllabic and disinterested replies.I realize my purchase was under $50, but there were no other customers in the store, and I left without getting any advice on how to reduce the metal in my pool or even how to use the product I purchased at this store. I felt like an unwelcome intruder interrupting their visiting.

This place gets all steamy windows at night from the running tubs inside. Great staff, the kid there was a great help and honestly did his best to find my parts I needed. Hats of to this place, I will be coming back for all my hot tub needs.

Kyle has been great! He fixed my pool from algae ridden green to clean and clear in time for my sons graduation party in less than a week. I have been extremely satisfied and have been back multiple times and been satisfied time and time again. Kyle has been very knowledgeable helping with old parts and replacing my pool light, along with a multitude of other needed fixes. I will definitely be back!!!

My experience with Lance from Pool World in Spokane Valley has been outstanding! To begin with, Lance has been a great source of information about hot tubs. He is very easy to talk with and has been helpful with all aspects of my buying experience. Communicating with Lance also has been great, he either answers the phone or quickly returns my calls or emails in a short amount of time. My impression of Lance is that he is very friendly, he knows what he is talking about, and he cares, which are some of the most important aspects of customer service. I highly recommend Lance Strasser at Pool World for all your hot tub needs!

Dont shop here. Over priced and sales associates over promise. I was told a small tum was $4000 and I went to put a deposit down and was told its $7000 which is $4000 OFF. Are you kidding me? Fancy showroom and multiple locations but only because they RIP you off.

We shopped around Spokane for a hot tub and decided on Pool World based on the customer service and value. Lance Strasser has been available for our questions - before and after the sale. He made house calls as we selected a site and has been very responsive as we learn the workings of our incredible hot tub. I highly recommend him and Pool World.

I have been very positively impressed with Pool World. They hauled the spa from another residence to mine up a very steep path and then into my back yard. I was surprised to see Kevin Piatt, the store manager, helping with the move, since their other help was gone. They set the spa on PVC pipe which made it very easy to maneuver it on my own once I was ready.Even though I am the spas second owner, Kevin greets me by name when I enter his store as if I had been the original purchaser. I would recommend Pool World to anyone..

I go to this store for all my spa supplies and everyone has always been friendly and eager to help me out. Bryce has always been a great help and has shared a lot of good tips and tricks as to how to keep the spa in great condition. He has also been very helpful when I needed some hard to find parts. Great store to get everything you need.

The summer of 2013 I purchased a hot tub from pool world. Kyle the sales rep was the most awesome help. He gave my husband and I the information that we asked for, and the space when we needed it . They treat you like family, everytime I go in there Kyle knows me by name. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would refer all of my family and friends to visit the Pool World on Sprague. Thanks again Kyle for all you do for us.

My brother-in-law gave me some Butt Rub for Christmas. I love the stuff! It is the tastiest seasoning salt ever. I use it on meat, eggs, cottage cheese. When in doubt I add Butt Rub. I will be stopping in soon to check out more BBQ deliciousness.

Ted is awesome. Hes always got the answer to my questions. He takes the time to understand what I have wrong with chemical or equipment issues and helps me resolve the problem quickly.

We are new homeowners and didn’t realize how soon we’d need a new pool cover, well the snow hit and he still hadn’t gotten one yet of course. I called Pool World and talked to Billy and he thought he didn’t have anything in stock so I called a couple other places who didn’t have anything either. Billy called us back after he noticed he had one that would be pretty close to what we needed so we put it on hold cause they were closing soon. I was then unable to pick it up the day we said because my husband had to go out of town for work and our twins weren’t feeling very well. Billy took our card over the phone and then said he would personally bring it by the house for us so we could have it sooner then shipping one. Billy went above what his job description was and has helped make a Pool World customer out of us. Thank you so much!

Kevin interviewed us as to what we wanted out of a hot tub, and then gave us several options. He was most helpful through out the process, and has been there to answer questions after the sale. I greatly appreciated his shoot from the hip, non-slimey salesman approach. Kevin and Pool World will be my choice for when it comes time to get another tub.

I purchased a Louisiana Grill from Pool World this past summer and have since bought several grill accessory items via special order. The service to date has been outstanding, which is exactly the reason why I will continue to business with Pool World in the future. My initial grill had a defect, but the staff at Pool World went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and received a new grill. As a consumer, I could not be more pleased!

I was in desperate need of a cover for my barbecue so I checked out Pool world by Fancher “GREAT CHOICE “ ! The very lovely Samantha showed me their cover options and was very knowledgeable about every question I had ! Once I’m ready for a HOT TUB I’m going back to see her ! My wife and I purchased a hot tub from Kyle J. during the summer of 2013. We had a great experience working with Kyle and Pool World. Kyle was very patient with us and really went thru all the brands, options, etc. on several occassions. Also, allowed us to come into the store and test several models which really helped with our decision process. The installation went really well and thought the entire team was very professional. Even though we worked with Kyle for most of the process, anytime I go back into the store for supplies the other employees all seem to know who I am, which is really nice to know they take the time and that your not just another sale. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a spa to contact Kyle and allow Pool World to meet your needs.

Never get a service call. Terrible. A simple service where a family member made a simple mistake and didnt flip the right switch on a pool heater. Well a service charge for all of 15 minutes of looking, no work, no parts, and a trainee visiting with a coworker cost us $190. We didnt expect a free service, however, this is above and beyond unreasonable. When a pool service bill acts and looks like an American hospital bill you know its messed up.

I bought a green egg from Pool World a couple years ago. After a couple years of use, I can say that it lived up to the salespersons hype. Everyone there was helpful, and still ask me how Im liking the egg and what Ive tried with it when I go back in for firestarter and charcoal. Special shoutout to Samantha, the person who steered me towards and egg (I was considering a Weber first, which I love, but wasnt sure if a Weber would do everything I wanted. Samantha mentioned that an egg would.) All around great experience buying my egg and going back in for supplies.

Was looking for a smoker tube I even described it 2tube 6 to 12 long that holds pellets and lady kept pointing me towards the cold smoke chamber for treager lol I called falco and they knew asap what I was after and had them in stock- pool world should stick to pools

Worst service ever. Been clients almost 30 years! Left our pool looking like a swamp with no intention of coming back to clean it.Will never use them again!! Dont know what has changed there but its not worth the phone call.
