0800 check in as a work in1145 check out with paperworkHats off to this U.S. Foods location. They took me in as a work in after I had broken down in Yakima on my delivery day on the 3rd and took me in on the 10th in February 2021My whole DPF went nuts and fried my wire harness that blew my Regen fuse.Lumpers were fast at this location and nice guys as so are the office ladies.I wouldnt mind coming back here as they are understanding and I consider outstanding on how they treated me.It was their discretion to reject my whole load. Much respect!!

Nothing like being on hold with customer service for 30 minutes to get Will Call. Nothing says customer service like wasting time getting the products needed to run a restaurant. Congrats US Foods...

Hands down worst place to deliver to. They seem to think we have all the time in the world. The lumpers blame the receiver the receivers blame the lumpers If you can avoid delivering to this place unless you have a whole day to kill.

Used to love coming here when we could lump our own freight.Jamie, Chuck and Ben are great people!The lumper service is sh*t! Slow and write bs times on the lumping receipt. Be sure to have the guard shack guy write the actual time you leave, if you need proof of the lumpers lying.

One of their trucks ran me off the road as I was trying to get on the freeway and i almost crashed.. I was so scared. I took a photo of the truck and called the business to make a complaint. I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did.

Lumpur service is slow and way over priced before covid I unloaded same product myself in 30 to 45 minutes now that I have to use the Lumpur service its always 2 plus hours and a 134 dollars for 2 plts

Appointment was for 7 am got there at 6:50. Got a door right away and was unloaded and gone within an hour. Cant complain one bit.

Appointment time was at 10 am to deliver 6 pallets it is now 1400 it took 3hrs to get my paperwork Im not coming back to this place

Not good for truckers, Lazy workers, just waste 6 hours

People here are very nice, even the lumper wich is rare. 3 and a half hrs to unload 15 pallets. Docks are a little tight. Not a bad place to deliver to.

Appt at 0700, checked in at 0610. Got unloaded by 0650. Its 0800 and still no paperwork in hand. I will update the time when they hand me my paperwork so I can leave.

Nicest security guard I’ve met in 5 years on the road. Why can’t more people be this way instead of adding more unnecessary stress on the drivers. God bless him.

Driver checked in at 8 am, got unloaded at 12 00, its 1:40 pm right now AND STILL NO PAPERWORK in hand!! Avoid if possible!

This is another place that doesn’t even deserve one star,but you can’t leave a review without at least one.Showed up at 0630 for a 0700 appointment. At 0900 they still hadn’t started,and all I got were bullsh*t excuses. Was told i’d be done by 1000,but the load broke down to 20 pallets,and that can’t be done in one hour.Missed my next load.Needless to say,this place sucks. They don’t give a damn about wasting a drivers time.

Best FSA Ive been to. Jamie got me in a few hours early since I didnt have much and even the lumper fella was nice which is usually rare.

I was a customer long before I began my career at FSA. I thought highly of FSA then but knowing what I know now about logistics, and all the moving parts it takes to service customers at a high level of excellence, it is truly an honor to work and know all those that make it happen.

OVERNIGHT PARKING ON SIDE STREET OFF FREYA BY LOOMIS. TRAVIS IN RECEIVING SUPER NICE. HE MOVED MY APPT UP 24 HOURS. THANKS MAN !Lumper fee was $170.00. SWIFT TRANSPORTATION HAS LUMPER CHARGE ACCT HERE.

Could not be any slower if they tried. Ive been here over 3 hours to unload 12 lousy pallets, and theyre still not done. They must have Helen Keller doing it.
