This is my new favorite place to grocery shop. I drive almost an hour to get there. The people are very nice. The store is clean and well stocked.

I truly like this store more that most and for good reasons. Centrally located, lots of simple safe ways to enter and exit the parking lot and it has good quality food, great lotto, convenient gas station and very friendly service. The lot has a lot to offer as well. The tattoo shop next door is one of the best places in town forsure, smoke shop, Harbor Freight, subway and I have heard the nail salon is very good as well. One other big thing I like is the lot, its clean, its safer pulling in and out than others, it looks good and no potholes is a huge plus in Spokane. I should ask about daily lot area rental, if I get a few more things there, no need to go elsewhere.

Seems unnecessary to have cashiers stand to check people out. A stool makes more sense. It makes me uncomfortable to shop at a place that clearly doesnt care about their employees. Simple and cheap stools would look much better.

Love the store because its so close to the house. The prices dont beat some of the other big chain stores, but they are close by for me, they have a great selection and they are open until midnight I think. Oh. And didnt I mention their bakery? Awesome cinnamon rolls!

Always friendly customer service. They have great choices for people with special diets without braking the bank.

No check stands open and had to use self checkout and didnt ask for a rewards #/Card and didnt get the deals on the items I purchased.. They need to open atleast 1 check stand if they are able to open self checkout 😒

Deli staff not wearing mask correctly while talking to customers and dishing up items from the prepared food. Mask was on but covering only the chin. Lips up were all exposed. I told the management staff at customer service desk and the level of their concern was lacking. I get it is a pain and many people dont believe its necessary but this deli staff was serving food. Wont be back anytime soon to give the deli my business and I tell everyone of my experience.

Got some of the most awesome pumpkin pie ringing in the holiday season early friendly service and clean parking lot that says a lot

Great customer service bit the bakery needs to listen to customers better was in there to buy a cake 2 times... 1st time the writing looked like a baby wrote on it and second was a birthday for a boy and they wrote on it with pink, instead of re doing it they re wrote on top of it with different color. Kinda disappointing as I shop here often but will probably not buy a special cake here again.

The floral department is absolutely amazing!!! Candles, gorgeous assortment of cards, flowers, stuffed animals.... everything!.the wine and beer selections are great! I always. Occasionally, they have wagyu beef at great prices. I am super impressed with the choices at this store. All that said, it does get too crowded at the check out lines and the parking lot has sketchy drama sometimes. Luckily there is usually a patrol cruising evenings.

Expensive without club card but fantastic variety. If you use club card its more affordable though and can find some good deals.

Called on Tuesday and ordered a bunch of chicken for Saturday, no problem. I had to come in this morning to get some other things so I asked the lady in the deli if I could pay for it then and pick it up this afternoon and she said yes that’s fine. I paid for it and left. Came back to pick it up this afternoon and the guy comes over to help and me and presides to inform me that it wasn’t paid for so they didn’t make it and I would have to wait… we order chicken from here often for work, call ahead and its ready when we get here, i pay and am on my way.. why is it different today? Why all of a sudden today am I stuck here waiting for it to be made because i paid for it ahead of time? Never happens when I dont pre pay for it..

I was able to find everything I was looking for in a very quick time as I had other appointments to get to so I did real good and I got in and out really quick.

Prices are a little higher than I like, but arent they always . Hands down the best salad deli in town. Deli staff very polite and helpful. 2 thumbs up to them.

Tell the older lady at self checkout to not argue with customers. Its puts other customers in an uncomfortable situation which can cause one to forget their $20 cash back they selected. I hope the thief gets there karma and I hope this business better trains it employees to not argue with customers.

Its an Albertsons in Spokane. It can get busy at times. I remember pre... Vid. There would only be two checkers on an evening shift. Seems better. But grocery stores are sneaky shifty obinations all themselves.

I have ordered 3 cakes in the last month and all have been amazing especially my husbands fathers day cake i asked for big foot or alien what ever was easier and they put both it was amazing almost to cute to eat my hubby wanted to hang it up . He loves sifi alien and bigfoot shows lol

Albertsons is reliably stocked and their cashier staffing has greatly improved over the last couple of years. No floral shop as Safeway has, but for basic necessities, it is my main source.

Came in to buy some things when getting the sun tan lotion there were coupons on them for $2 off. When checking out the cashier said the coupon was expired and I told her someone needed to go and take off the coupons then. I asked if I was getting the $2 off and she said that they wouldnt be paid for coupon because it was expired but she said she woukd do it this time. I said she didnt have to honor it but they needed to go take them off the products on the shelves. She did give me the $2 but as I eas walking away I heard her laugh and say we have to keep them happy, I felt this was very rude and felt like I did something wrong. I was very disappointed by this cashier which I feel they are usually very nice, that was not the way to keep me happy.

I love Albertsons they always have what I want and they have great sales on items.

This particular albertsons is not my favorite place to shop. I hate waiting in the customer service line as they will spend 15 to 20 minutes helping somebody do a Western Union wire transfer while everybody stands around waiting. If you say anything or ask them to bring in another checker,they get offended.

Clean with a lot of choices and great prices. Not in my normal travel area but definitely a great place to go when I have time.

Customer service is the absolute best in the entire northwest; hands down!! Each cashier has a gift in the ability to make you feel as if YOU are THE customer!! They are always willing to help you locate that one particular item youve been hunting for. * All else fails, there are always special requests. They seem eager to join your hunt.We have 4 separate stores close to our home. We absolutely choose to drive that lil but further... We live saying hi to our friends!!

Maybe BEFORE, the fried chicken gets dried out, you could hold it back for the stuff you wrap and sell by the package in the cold case, rather than give it to me at noon! Cannot believe youre serving dried up chicken during the lunch hour.

Meats are pretty good. And the smoke shop a few doors down is real good

I don’t usually come this way, but when I do, I love it. It’s a pretty big store, but it’s always really clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, and it never takes me too long to find what I need, despite the size of the store.

The store is great, its just the short blonde lady in the deli seems so miserable. Always rude, Ive been going here for years, but hate to order anything from the deli if she is there.

Albertsons has the best chicken in Spokane for cheap. Obviously Ezells and Fresh soul are better but Albertsons is the best bang for your buck. Chick Fil A is a weak hype and Popeyes too far away.
