The store is clean and well organized and someone was able to easily direct me to where I needed to go to find what I was looking for. I used self check out and the person supervising the area was kind enough to watch my basket for me while I ran out to the car to grab my reusable bag for my groceries.

I find the layout of this store challenging. Im not sure, perhaps its the pharmacy stuff right on the middle of food shopping. It would help if they would clearly label all the aisles. Mixed bag on pricing, both for food and prescription drugs.

I just moved to the area and love the vibe at this store and have been back 4 tines since. Its big enough to have everything I need but small enough that you feel yourrat a country store.

Used the contactless drive up and go service. Had a big order but it went super smoothly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, aven though the store looked busy inside. Order was accurate and in good shape. All paper bags, as well. Top notch experience. Will be using again in the future!

Love the layout of your store, amazing selection. I would give a higher rating, but there was a female employee who was constantly on her phone and trying to hide it. I don’t recall her name, I believe it started with an “N”, she was short, skinny and had really long blondish hair. Not good customer service, and not a great way to run a business. Will not be back.

The pharmacy at this Albertsons was our problem. Long and short of the story is we went in to fill my friends prescription right after her surgery and they were VERY rude the entire time. Everyone was rude especially the student that was working. (Bleach blonde hair) His customer service skills are severely lacking. I wont be using this pharmacy again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I went in about 10 oclock at night and I had the most wonderful employee help me he said he was 63 and he was an absolute asset to your team. He was courteous and provided everything I needed this young man deserves a raise.

Local grocer. Always a good selection, and generally have what youll need. Food is fresh and rarely do we have a problem with something not being stocked.

Absolutely amazing store! The customer service is beyond any expectation. They had a patio set on display in the front of the store that caught my eye. Upon inquiring about it the gm manager informed me the display was the last one. Being assembled I couldnt fit it in my suv, so the gm manager offered to deliver it to my house. After politely declining she assured me it was no bother as she was driving that way home. Reluctantly I accepted, as I myself work as a vendor and know the long hours we all put in to make sue the community we live in has what they need. True to her word she brought the patio set to my house when she got off work. Never asked anything from me in return, just a kind gesture that I will never forget. We need more people like her in this world, albertsons....you have a great employee and I hope you see this and recognize her for the great person that she is.

Disappointed in the deli regarding $5 Friday deals. Went at 11:15 am and planned on getting meatloaf. The workers didn’t even know if they had any. They went and checked the back and told us to come back later as it would take time to cook. I really feel if it’s a Friday special they should have it ready to go by that time or don’t advertise it.

Most Albertsons on the west coast I have been to are a bit sketchy, but this one was quite the surprise. It was extremely well organized and the prices were good too. Good job to whoever set this store up.

New beautiful store with incredibly helpful clerks. We were asked by 4 people if they could help. Impressive!

I received my flu shot and told the people behind the counter I needed my prescription which was ready and they said take a seat. 30 people went to the counter as I sat there so I mentioned it to the pharmacist who said take it up with the people on the other end so I just got in line and waited another 20 minutes to pick up my prescription.

Friendly and helpful employees. Better products after Safeway merger. Very large store that is laid out very weird! Its like they had all the space and didnt know what to do with it.

Prices are always higher but convenience is undeniable.

I believe in supporting my local stores. The Albertsons on Indian Trail has an incredible deli selection of side dishes, as well as meats and cheeses, sliced to order. Well stocked and diverse produce department. Excellent bakery staff and selections. My go to destination for all of my grocery needs and when my local drug store didnt have the high dose flu vaccine, I went to Albertsons to get my high dose flu shot!

This Albertsons has thus far always been relatively calm, theres always parking, no big crowds, an easy in and out, and everything is always stocked.

Its a good store with a Great location. The employees are friendly. The store is a little pricey but other then that its good.

The prices here are higher than other grocery stores. I shop here for one or 2 items or sale stuff. Even with the rewards card prices at Yolks are still cheaper.Pop is a big one. Buy 2 get one free, but if you do the math, you are paying close to full price. So I go here rarely. Except when I want hot french bread.

Store manager ignoring State Covid19 safety requirements during last visit. Two different customers roaming store without face coverings and when manager notified NOTHING was done. Due to stores lack of customer health concerns, taking my business elsewhere.

This is a great store. The butcher went way beyond getting me what I wanted and called me when my roast came in ..I was so impressed I will never shop any where else.

Went to get donuts from the bakery, but the baker never showed up. I waited quite a while and nothing. Some crew walked by the area and looked at us but quickly left like they didn’t want to deal with it.

This store is always nice and clean and well stocked. Theyre a tad bit expensive but I always feel safe shopping there, no matter the time of day (or night), so its worth it.

I suppose it centers around the Managements complete indifference towards requiring a mask for anyone who shops there. I suppose they are afraid of alienating the no maskers; however, for every one of those there are 4-5 of us who try to do the right thing and comply and we can also reevaluate our choices of where we shop.Its all about leadership and the local management of this store has taken a page out of the White House playbook.

Pharmacy staff are very helpful

I used to live in west WA and after seven years, I moved back to Spokane in June. For more than 2 years I asked numerous Albertsons & Safeway managers to keep a certain frozen product in stock for me (I buy it by the case). All of my requests were ignored until I found Michael Chavez at Indian Trail Albertsons. Ever since I made my first request, Michael has ensured that it was fulfilled. Thats what I call OUTSTANDING customer service! Also, Karen in the bakery is friendly, professional, and ALWAYS very helpful. Love the staff at this store!!!

Probably the most friendly supermarket staff in Spokane. You can tell they go out of their way to be attentive to the customers.I do wish they stocked more natural and healthy packaged foods. The selection is very middle of the road.Which leads me to my biggest complaint about the chain. All healthy foods are usually very high priced. For example, a no salt added canned good is so much more expensive than its salty brother of the same item, type, brand etc. Frozen healthy foods are the highest priced in town.

Coffee and cookies I bought were great. Going on a rod run and needed snacks. Had to wait for coffee to brew, it was worth the wait.

As with any Albertsons or Safeway stores they are well stocked. Howevr t I find their products inferior. Their meat is not the best. I would suggest a butcher shop. The quarter inch trim at Albertsons is usually much more than a quarter inch. The quality is not the best.

Great people, good inventory convenient

I used to come down here to fill up gallons of water. However, Winco is much better and doesnt have their water machine outside in dangerous conditions. Not a friendly or inviting atmosphere like it used to be anymore. Ive had more than one instance of being around here where I was made to not feel welcome. I was racially profiled being a person of color around here for minding my own business despite being a good Samaritan and picking up trash. Clearly this neighborhood isnt meant for people of color and is just for a bunch of old white people who have nothing better than to drive their vehicles around because they dont have lives. Neighbors around there are clearly up to no good and in the process come off as an aggressive mob of racists. Wont be coming back here to fill up water. It just didnt work out in the end.
