Jordan and Genevieve are rockstars! I went in looking for a screw for my car and Jordan without hesitation was quick to help even though it was right at close. I was kinda in a panic since I don’t know a lot about cars and wasn’t even 100% sure what exactly I needed. Jordan helped me find what I needed and gave me good input on what product he would use for the best result! Genevieve was so friendly while checking me out and was so lovely to talk to! Thank you both of them for making a stressful situation for me such a breeze!

We just bought a house in March and I came into this location to get some gardening tools, lawn fertilizer, and weed killer. We moved from an apt so was completely clueless as to what I need to care for our yard. Corey was super patient and extremely knowledgeable about all things yard care and helped me pick out the best products for my specific yard needs. I will definitely be frequenting this Ace store over the bigger stores, if you visit ask for Corey, hes great!

Always an employee around to help you find exactly what youre looking for.. Unlike the huge box stores. Worth a few more dollars.

Great place to get the things you need

Needed some glass cut and the employee helping us cut his finger on the glass, he didn’t cover his cut and gave us our glass wrapped in paper with his blood smeared on it. One piece of our glass was also cut too small and we asked for 3 pieces and only received 2.

If you need a little tool that home depot or Lowes ran out of and is not in stock this is your go to place. Your immediately helped and asked what they can do to help you. But I feel like they dont want you to browse. Your always followed and they let everyone else know whats going on in there ear peices haha.

Great store! Visited this Ace Hardware to get some household items and some wood cut. Staff treated me right away and helped me find everything I needed. They took care of me and got all the wood I needed cut just right. Great customer service and even though I came in 5 mi8before they closed they were great!

Has just about everything you could possibly need. I went in for paint for my kitchen and also picked up a new locking handle for a slider and tape. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It saves you both time and money to get home with the right things to complete a project. Check it out for yourself!

Employees here are great! An older gentleman helped me find some misc electrical stuff around the store which was extremely helpful rather than pointing at an aisle and saying that way. Saved me probably 15 minutes of wandering around looking for random stuff to finish the wiring on my motorcycle. You rarely get that kind of service anymore! This is my go to for hardware or whatever I may need in the future..

I went back to this store hoping to find more hardware for kitchen cupboards and drawers, that were on clearance over a week ago. The very helpful and thorough gentleman clerk went out of his way to find the hardware in buckets, behind and underneath other items, and I was able to find 4 pieces which I promptly paid for. Mind you, these were clearance items....totalling $4.00 !! I was treated like I was a million dollar customer ! Amazing. Unheard of service. I will be back. Thank you.

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They recently doubled the size of the store, now offering a larger selection. Great healthy plants. They do a great job serving the neighborhood.

It was awesome! So many things. Ace is the place. They ask if I need help when I walk in the store. What a concept. I wonder why other stores dont do that. Maybe they dont care. Special ordered an item. Called the day it was to be in and the man that answered told me then item wont be in til Tuesday of next week. I told him who I talked to and then he said he would call back. Alex called back and said he is going to another location to get my item and will call when he is back with it then I can pick it up. Thanks Alex.....over the top customer service was great.

Ace is the best. Knowledgeable people, great service, on one visit the sales look lady took my part to the shop drilled it tapped new threads in it all for a 6-8$ sale. Try that at lowes or home depot.

The manager helped with a pipe cut/thread issue that I had with a purchase. He was so sweet and helpful. The issue was a machine issue not a service issue. Will definitely go back again for more purchases!

I went in looking for some springs, after no luck I asked an employee and he was incredibly helpful and showed me everything they had on hand.

Best customer service EVER! I bought a house by myself and needed to buy a lawn mower having absolutely no knowledge of them whatsoever. It was a busy Sunday around noon but Bill took the time to walk me through all the types of mowers depending on my needs and even showed me how to start and operate it! Very pleased and will be shopping at this ACE again in the future! ACE really is the helpful place at this location!

This location quickly grew to be a regular stop for me. Shortly after buying our house in the neighborhood I was in constant need of various things only a hardware store could provide. I tend to close off and not interact with other people, even employees of stores, when I am shopping. The staff at this location havent quite let me be my moody self and have countless times saved me when I was stuck on something. This has become the only store that I will openly answer the what can I help you find? question. They are extremely helpful, and I think Ive become a recognizable face in there.

This is an awesome little Hardware store. The customer service is always great. The employees know there store very well and can point you to the right product. They carry most of what you will need for small repairs. If they do not have it they tell you right away. Prices are typically a few cents to a dollar or two more than the big box. The short trip to Ace versus the drive across town and lack of service at those stores makes the prices worth the lil extra. Bottom line is the customer service is excellent, prices are good, and location is convenient. Well worth the trip if you are in need of small hardware items.

Im always amazed at the customer service here. They are knowledgable, attentive right when you walk in and are always super friendly. Their prices really arent too far from Walmart either. Half the times I goto Walmart I walk out with nothing because they run out. Ace keeps stuff in stock!
