The order was not delivered on the estimated delivery date, we had to reschedule an entire job. Which offset 2 trades, we actually lost an installer because of this. A courtesy correspondence giving us a heads up wouldve eliminated most of the turmoil.The delivery was dropped off while the business was closed and set on our front landing. Our business location is on Appleway, a very busy thoroughfare. Luckily the product was not stolen. But, I was very disappointed when I got to work and saw it sitting there.

Product (~12 stainless steel handrail brackets) from Deltana was a good product, but slightly the wrong size for installation. The customer pays for shipping (in my case, Seattle to Miami for a heavy box) AND a 15% restocking fee. This might be stated somewhere but I think the company could do more to help the customer (ie, I could ship to Spokane and they can consolidate other returns back to the manufacturer…something, anything…it’s 2021). Also, the gal on the phone was a robot. Will def not be buying from this place again for items where I’m not 100% sure. There are other businesses with more customer friendly policies.

Hardware Hut delivered as promised. And so thankful they had the rod ends required. My 25-year old plastic closet rod end hardware in a customized closet configuration had pegs that were weakened and one set had already broken. The newer metal ones will last forever. The peg distance was perfect but the rod diameters were different. Mine had been 1 7/16 - the new metal ends required a 1 5/16 rod diameter. Also discovered that the rods needed to be cut 1/4 longer to accommodate the thinner metal ends. But solved that with 1 1/4 washer shims. All is now strong and secure for years to come. Received goods on a timely basis, material was of good quality. One of the packets contained the screws and the other did not. A manufacturer problem. I called the manufacturer directly and screws were sent in a follow up mail. It is good to know that this kind of hinge is still available.

I ordered some decorative stainless steel hooks for an outdoor project. They were a good price, and I received them exactly when expected.

I was trying to replace cheap no name cabinet hinges on some do it yourself cabinets from our local big box store. The original hinges wobbled and the doors did not stay in place after adjustment. After searching the two big box stores and several local hardware stores, I turned to the internet. I found Spokane Hardware and looked through their catalog, again with no success. Amazing enough, they had a spec sheet you could fill in and their tech people would research what you needed. Well, I was fortunate enough to deal with Cindi, who was able to match up replacement hinges. I had to enlarge the cabinet side hinge screw holes, then they worked perfectly. What a difference. They had in stock the Rev-A-Shelf Soft Close hinges I was looking for at a very competitive (dare I say unbeatable) price. Items shipped fast, too.

The material and installation are good, I had to modify the unit as it did not fit a custom cabinet. the hooks are not well fitted to the pre-cut groove and why I did not rate a 5.Overall, this is a decent unit for the price.

I ordered cabinet handles for my dresser and the handles needed to be 3 1/s inches from center to center, on their website it states 3 1/2 inches and my confirmation order states 3 1/2 and I was sent 3 inches from center to center. VERY disappointing after all the work I put into refinishing a repurposed dresser.

Looking on line, we found the same product through Hardware Hut.
