Friendly wide selection knowledgeable staff . I was wanting to get some smoke. I rarely smoke but have been craving a calmness from a hybrid so I stopped in and the staff in front greeted me and I told them what I was about and my story then he set me up with 2 half gram prerolles and with my military veterans statis it cost only $6.70 sweet deal . Thank you

A little disappointed. I decided to try them for the first time, since I was in the area, and was sold a cartridge that tasted like dirt at way too high a price. Smokes pretty good but I should be able to taste the cake for the price I paid.

Typically good service and knowledgeable staff. Staff have seem cold and preoccupied the last couple visits of mine, having to walk up and get one of their attention last time I was in, despite me being the only customer in the store and the three employees were clustered behind the counter talking.

It has good products some being well priced others a bit on the pricey side but quality nonetheless. The reason for two stars is I don’t enjoy being pressured into other products when I literally came in for one thing and I’m being shown everything but that. They aggressively up sell and it ruined my experience. Good product not good customer service.

Used to be the only place Id buy from. Not anymore. Ever since Nicole quit doing the buying, inventory has gone down hill. Also the staff thats working there now is arrogant and full of attitude. We spent several hundred dollars a month there, but we wont be after our last experience. Cinders gets our business from now on.

Great store and one of the only places I can find Skörd products in Spokane! These guys are always super friendly and the store atmosphere has always been great. They always let you check out the product youre buying first, which is great. Could use a little more industry love but any discount is better than none.

Some employees are clueless, but most are great. Especially Joey. He can always reccomend the strains and brands that dont make me cough until I puke.

These employees are incredibly rude. Went in to find a decently priced product (which didn’t exist here) and when I left they were pointing and laughing at me through the window. I will never go back here. I recommend the Hidden Joint if you want great service!

Showed up for curbside pickup of an online order, waited 10 minutes before I had to get out and go into the store at which then a lady decided to help me. The lady was very rude and answered my questions with a bad attitude like I was stupid. I will not be returning service back here.

Medical marijuana carrier for sure, as well as top of the line recreational marijuana. Listened to my negative points and my positive and addressed them in a professional matter, as well as kind. To top it off with a great location and store setup just makes this place receive a 5 out of 5 stars. Just one Gingers opinion though ;)

Nice store and friendly staff. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong strain of flower AND prerolls, which I didnt notice until I got home. When I called to tell them, they offered me a discount if I wanted to come back and buy something else tonight. They couldnt even save it to the account I opened when I used to shop at their north shop.As I said, the was friendly, the store was clean and nice looking, and they sell quality herb at reasonable prices, but with as many shops as there are in town Im sure I can find one thats just as good and gives me the correct product. I was excited about the prerolls and super disappointed to see that they had given me a different strain.

Hard to find fresh stains here. Ive spent over $1000.00 here and only twice have I gotten fresh flowers. Every other time has been so dry that it crumbles to powder when pinching off... they care more about having variety than quality

Ok so they used to have labels so you can actually read names on the product but now they just throw it out there in a mess and i dont know what im looking at. Wouldnt be a problem only there staff is TERRIBLE. I havent seen One happy face in there every time i go in. There resentful and almost rude to help especially if you ask any quesions . its like they dont even know there own product. And this is all of them, although one guy with long blond dread locks is especially hostile and obviously hates his job. He need to be fired im so done with this place. EVERYONE GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE VAULT. they are actually nice and you will bond with there staff and never go back screw satori

Great selection and sub par prices. The customer service annoyed me as there seemed to be no real organization to the registers. A budtender intentionally had his buddy cut in front of me and that instantly gets you a lower score. Patients and customers come first, dont make us feels like a tourist as I was visiting for a funeral.
