I visited the North store in August to get pool supplies for our community pool. While there I inquired about a small hot tub for my townhouse patio. Mike Rust took the time to review the products with me. Great customer service at Pool World as when I left there I stopped at another spa store around the corner and they wouldnt give me the time of day. Was told by the gal they had NO hot tubs that small. They lost a sale. I bought a hot tub the next day from Mike Rust and his follow-up to help me was top notch. Poor service. Requested a call back and did not receive one. Came to the store in person, was not acknowledged by any of the four employees present. One was eating lunch in the middle of the floor. Finally had a salesmen approach us and he was rude and not wearing a mask. I will not be purchasing from them. I’ll go to Jeff’s Quality Spas where the sales person was happy to see us.

Needed a new part and Ben was very helpful and contacted us when the part was available. Ben was great to work with and we have always had a good experience at Pool World.

I went to Pool World needing a quote for a new liner for my pool. Lance helped me out and walked me through all the options and was awesome. When it came time to schedule for my liner Lance was still on top of things and offering great customer service. Everyone from Lance to Devlin who measured my pool to even the install guys Mark and Shane they all have been very professional and very nice. Its hard to find great customer service anymore and they have nailed it. I admit I wanted my pool completely finished within a few weeks and they did it! This was my first liner replacement so I wasnt used to waiting especially since I wanted it done before my birthday. They said well we cant guarantee it will be done due to installing other liners, but they got it done before then and any questions I have they have answered them along the way. I now know how to properly care for my new liner thanks to Mark and will be getting many more years out of it. I highly recommend Pool World. I had previously used a different pool company and had a very bad experience, but due to the great customer service at Pool World they now have a customer for life!

They are very helpful. Three people available to talk to customers. Good selection of hot tubs, but are backed up like everyone else because of factories closed. Lots of pool and hot tub supplies and equipment. Also bar-b-qs like green egg and trager.

I have dealt with other pool companies over the past several years. Pool World has, by far, been the best to work with. Kyle Jefferson is very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. last year, I had to replace my line,r which was put in by another pool company. Kyle was exceptional throughout the entire process. This year, he helped turn my pool from an algae-ridden swamp to crystal clear within a week. His knowledge on what to do with any pool needs is exceptional. His constant communication, willingness to go above and beyond to help and customer service are wonderful. I would highly recommend Pool World and Kyle to anyone looking to have an outstanding experience.

Lance went out of his way to make our hot tub buying experience a great one. He prepped multiple tubs for us to try out, was knowledgeable about the benefits of each tub, and didn’t mince words when it came to some of the negatives of each model we tried out. Ultimately, we got to pick a tub perfect for us with Lance guiding the way. Lance also offered to help come in (on his off-days) to take down fence panels to ensure the delivery went off without a hitch. I couldn’t recommend a more knowledgeable, personable, or professional guy than Lance. Shop at Pool World, you won’t be disappointed!

When it was time to purchase our first hot tub, we knew right where to go. Pool World has such a great reputation, that we went directly to their North side store and didnt go anywhere else. It was the right decision. Dan has been amazing! We were hot tub novices and needed step by step help to make sure we were doing things right. Pool World has gone above and beyond to help us gain the confidence that we are adequately caring for our wonderful Hot Spring tub. I highly recommend Pool World. Go see Dan on the North side. MIKE delivered our new cover and was thoughtful enough to carry it up the stairs and unwrap and carry the cardboard away. He also took the old cover without even an after thought.A new pump was also needed and he went far and beyond the requirements to get us what we needed.In this day and age the customer usually does not always come first but only the store sale but in these two incidents of needed purchases from Pool World Mike put us first and we sincerely appreciate how we weretreated. Recently I decided to put together a pond-cleaning system. Since I didnt know exactly what to buy I sent an email with questions to Pool Worlds website. A short time later, I received a call from Kyle Jefferson at Pool Worlds Country Homes (Spokane) location. Kyle patiently walked me through the products they offer. He then put the system I decided on together for me and had it ready for pick-up the next day (I live around 100 miles away). This time-saving service meant a great deal to me. Then, after the sale, when I had a chance to use the system, Kyle followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He again answered some questions I had about the optimum process for cleaning my pond. This type of service is rare anymore, but means a great deal to me.

I bought a salt water hot tub from pool world in june of 2019. Unfortunately there was a 1 off manufacture defect with the salt system. I am really particular about receiving good customer service and I was very impressed with the amount of effort lance put it to take care of us.. he diagnosed the problem then he completely drained and refilled the hot tub, added all necessary salt and components and came by a few times in the following weeks to get the levels just right. He gave us alot of extra supplies and his personal number to contact him for any questions.. I very much recommend pool world.

Went to this store for some hot tub help. Met with a guy name Lance that was so knowledgeable and kind. It really makes me happy that a local company has customer service like this. He answered all my questions and more and was willing to educate and teach me about water chemistry. I would recommend them for any pool or hot tub needs.

After shopping around at several places, I stopped in at Pool World to see what they had to offer. After talking with Kyle Jefferson, I was sold on purchasing my hot tub from Pool World. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with us through the whole process, from helping us choose the one for us to setting up the delivery. As this was our first experience with owning a hot tub, we had many questions and concerns along the way. I called and emailed many a time and Kyle was always there to help. When it was time to replace my old hot tub that had been here when I bought the place I was dreading going shopping for a new one. I have not had great experiences with salespeople on purchases like this. I was so surprised and happy to find Michael Rust at Pool World. He walked me through asking me great questions and finding me some great options. He was not pushy or trying to sell me more than i needed and was really keeping my budget and needs in mind. They did not have one of the tubs I was looking at in the north store so I stopped out at the valley and they were out too. So they kept in touch with me and let me know when that one was in so I could see it and then make my decision. Still honoring my prices we had discussed even when it was over a month later when they got it in. I did not decide on that one but another I had already looked at and Michael made the process a dream. We got the financing in place and then scheduled delivery. They called to confirm the date and Michael came out and did a precheck for the delivery so there would not be any surprises. The day of the delivery arrived and Austin, Mark and Michael all came for the delivery. Austin and Mark were great! They were professional and personable. They got the tub in and explained all the ins and outs to me. They went above and beyond to make sure it was all as I wanted and exactly as i needed. They were so fun to work with and I would really recommend if you are looking for a Hot Tub or Pool go see Michael at the North Store for great service and sales. If you are lucky you will get Austin and Mark for your delivery and they will show you how special the service is at Pool World.

Our search for a high quality hot tub in Spokane took us all over, but we landed at Pool World, working with Lance. He was professional, gave great information (both good things we wanted to hear and the truth about owning one). He encouraged us to come in and “try out” a couple of tubs to make sure they would be the right fit for us - and we are glad that we did, rather than buying online without knowing real dimensions. My husband and I went to Pool World to shop for a hot tub for our new patio and backyard area. We were met immediately by Dan Meacham, who made us feel welcome from the start. After asking us what we were looking for in a spa, he showed us a couple of different models that he felt were what we might be interested in, as well as explaining the many options that were available in the Hot Springs spas. We initially thought that we would check out the spas at 2 or 3 stores before deciding if and when to purchase a spa; however, after visiting with Dan, there was no decision left to make! We purchased a spa that day!Dan couldnt have been more informative and helpful ~ he made our decision very easy and without any high pressure sales tactics.Dan personally did the site survey at our home to make sure the spa had adequate space, as well as the best way for the delivery team to access and install the spa. The delivery and set up team did not disappoint either! The team was very careful in the installation process so as not to damage either the spa nor the property. They provided us with instruction on usage of chemicals for spa maintenance and walked us through the operation of the touch screen panel and spa lift cover as well.Dan also made a special visit to our home a week after the spa was up and running to check on the audio system that we were not able to get operational. It was not a problem with the audio system itself at all, but a simple step that I did not complete when linking the system to my smart phone. (Smart phone, but not a smart operator, huh?) I purchased my hot tub from Pool World about a year ago. Kyle Jeffersonhelped me find the perfect tub for my needs. I lost my owners manual, they answered all the questions I had and e-mailed me a new manual. I have recommended Pool World to all my friends.

If you are like me and dont know a thing about hot tubs, this is the place to go. Not only will they take the time to find out what is important to you but they will educate you in the process. And, if the chance to buy one on sale is approaching, they will let you know about it. I inquired about a new tub in the fall of 2015, picked one out, and was told that I could most likely but it at a significant discount if I waited until their annual sale a few months later. That is what I did and their service has been terrific ever since. I cant recommend them strongly enough!

They would not sell me a safety pool cover. They wanted to charge me for them to come out measure my pool and install it! I dont need all that. I just needed the pool cover, I gave them the measurements. I would not recommend them to anybody . I bought my safety pool cover online from ebay, less hassle.

We recently bought a home that had a pool and a hot tub. Never owning either one I strolled into Pool World for some advice and they couldnt have been more helpful or friendly. I have been in there three times since with the same experience every time. Last time I bought a pool robot cleaner but they didnt have it in store. The guy said we could have it Friday. His partner piped up and said Im off tomorrow and live out by the Valley store. Ill just pick it up and bring it to work Wednesday. Way to go above and beyond guys. Customer for life!!!

Terrible. Never get service done from this company. A simple service where a family member made a simple mistake and didnt flip the right switch on a pool heater. Well a service charge for all of 15 minutes of looking, no work, no parts, and a trainee visiting with a coworker cost us $190. We didnt expect a free service, however, this is above and beyond unreasonable. When a pool service bill acts and looks like an American hospital bill you know its messed up.

We had a pool party yesterday and, thanks to the assistance we received from Kyle Jefferson at Pool World, the water was sparkling clear! He helped us convert from chlorine to soft swim. :)

I dropped in to Pool World North Country Homes over the weekend in complete crisis. Due to an unexpected weather change, I needed an outdoor heater--badly. I was hosting an event and it was about 3 hours from the start when I realized that I had to have a deck heater in order to put people outside.After going to Costco, Home Depot and Lowes (all were sold out) I happened to stop by Pool World on the remote chance that they would even carry a heater. Fortunately, Dan Meacham came through and they had one in a box. Realizing that I didnt have much time, he told me that he would assemble the entire thing himself while I went back to prepare the event. He called me when it was done just 2 hours later and loaded in my truck... It was perfect! He saved the day with the ultimate in customer service. It doesnt really get ANY better. I went in to the north division store yesterday to look at Traegers. I made my intentions known that I wasn’t buying anything today, but was doing my research and wanting to learn more before purchasing. That didn’t dissuade Lance from taking the time to show me different models and confirm what I needed based on my projected use. He even went as far as to show me different add ons for the grills and even show me the varieties of woods and spices that Pool World carries. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product. You can tell he uses and loves Traegers. If I end up buying the Traegers, it will definitely be from Pool World and definitely be from Lance.
