This company is amazing! They really know their stuff! Brad showed up on time, I told him about 4 different issues we had in different parts of our restaurant, and he knocked it all out in 2 hours! On another occasion, we had a complicated wiring issue involving our hoods, fuse box and ansul system.... nobody could figure it out! Electric Smith did though! They got it all taken care of in a week! I definitely recommend this business!

We hired Electric Smith to install garage shop lights and christmas light plugs in the eaves. Although we had a mishap with one of the installers, Electric Smith made it right. We would recommend this company.

I had another electrician do a project for me, and it that was a pain. He showed up late, if at all, walked in without knocking, and never explained anything. When my service panel started failing I decided to call someone else. I took a shot with companies I found online. My electricity was flashing on and off and the outages were getting longer and longer. I spoke with Dave at Electric Smith and he said he could get somebody out in the morning. Rob showed up the next day (exactly when he said that he would), and looked at my panel. He explained the problem, tried some simple fixes, gave me the options, and did it all openly and honestly (I teach physics and know enough electricity to know that he was not full of it). I asked them to replace the whole panel and Rob came back a couple of days later and took care of the whole thing. I really liked Robs work, his personality, and his openness about what he was doing. Electric Smith is now my first call, and it was refreshing to find a contractor that did what they said they would do when they said that they would do it.

We have used Electric Smith in the past and every experience with them has been fantastic. We used them in May of this year after some remodel work went wrong and all power to my office was cut off. They got my office up and running in no time. They have been quick to respond to service calls and are always kind and cordial over the phone. They do excellent work that we can trust in, well definitely be giving them more business in the future.

Had two jobs done, upgrading a panel and adding full electrical to a small garage. No complaints at all with prices or work until I noticed the proximity lights done on the garage had no switches to control a manual on/off feature. Called the owner and was told that would be an easy 45 minute job and it could be done the next day. When all was said and done, my bill for adding a switch to those lights was over $400. When speaking to the front office manager she asked if anyone had mentioned their small job fee (which I believe was a minimum of 4 hours of labor, and I had not heard about from the owner when he told me it would be a 45 minute job.) Despite my complaint, the labor costs were dropped from 90 to 80 /hour and I still ended up paying $400 dollars. Enough to burn that bridge for me.

I wanted a new outlet in my kitchen. I called Electric Smith and they were out the next day. The electrician was fast and efficient. Excellent work and excellent price.. I recommend this company.

We live in an older home and had a real problem with the electrical wiring. I called Electric Smith and they sent a highly qualified electrician out who had the problem fixed in very short order. I recommend them highly!
