I was really impressed by our salesperson. I took my mom in looking for possibly the softest mattress ever made and hoping to get it at our budgeted cost. We quickly went through everything that was in our price range, but everything was too firm for her. He was great about letting us know what the prices were, but we never felt pressured to spend more. We ultimately did go to twice the budget, but were able to finance it very quickly. Mom went in with a price in mind and had no interest in going over, however, after laying on the purple mattress that was suggested, she saw it as more of an investment. Im grateful to our salesperson for taking mom in hand, explaining everything and making her feel good about her purchase. I would absolutely recommend Denver Mattress.

Great experience at Denver! The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and led us to the perfect mattress. They knew everything from sleeping posture to things I never even considered. They literally were so professional it was a nice change from the usual salesman attack people are used to. They spent maybe 30 seconds introducing themselves with a smile and gave us the space to look around and check things out. This is how sales should be. Definitely have made a lifelong customer.

I was shopping for a Queen mattress set for the guest bedroom. I didn’t want a “top of the line” set because it would be used infrequently but wanted quality at a fair price. Jeff was knowledgeable when it came to educating us on the different types of mattresses. He helped us try 4 different types of mattresses. We were able to determine the type of mattress that best suited our needs. We did purchase our new bed. We will wait he stated about 2weeks for it to arrive, be delivered and set up. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as waiting to see how long we actually wait for delivery.

Dagmar Royer in the north Spokane location was one of the most considerate genuine sales lady iv met by far, don’t lose her Denver mattress. We started at tempurpedic and she was really considerate to my specific needs and said theirs a better option and showed me Purple mattress. Then as we kept talking she would change the options that were specific to me and had no care for the price of the mattress but more on what my needs were. I will be sending people to her and be back.
