Called to ask about warranty work for ampeg (they are listed as an authorized repair shop on ampegs website still). Told me they had to drop them because Ampeg is too much of a hassle. Fine, but I had other questions and this guy just hung up on me. I was in the middle of asking a second question. Rude and unprofessional.

The service that our business received was top notch. The staff at Northwest Organ is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a piece of digital equipment that required a difficult repair and it only ended up taking 2 hours. As for the first review on this page, there is an electric guitar hanging right in plain site within the shop. Their service was excellent.

They do not service synthesizers (analog or digital) as stated on their web site. They could not make a recomedation for another tech or repair specialist. Total lack of hospitality or respect. Polite manners but rude people. Seems to be a totally different experience here if you are affiliated with a church.

Asked a simple question on a part he said look it up online and hung up didn’t even get to ask my second question. I am surprised these guys are still in business!!

I have used this repair shop twice and both times were the worst experiences I have ever had with a business.Northwest Organ repairs guitar and bass amps, but they dont even have a guitar or bass to diagnose the problems. They repeatedly told me my amp was not broken, until I drove down and proved it.The repair took several months, I had to deal with the amp company directly, because the shop was unreliable, they tried to charge me several times for warranty work, and the service was absolutely horrible.Beware! I wish I was smart enough to do a simple google search and see all the negative reviews.

Northwest Organ repaired two of my different keyboards on two different occasions - each time perfect services and repair. Highly recommended.

Northwest Organ does incredible work! Our church has had multiple pieces of equipment repaired by Northwest Organ. Their main engineer Wyatt is very knowledgeable about a vast array of musical equipment. He has been able to answer all of my questions that I have had and is very helpful. I would highly recommend this company!!

Takes a little time yes because they have lots of customers but its the only place here in Spokane I take my 1967 Plexi Marshall or my 1970 Marshall Superbass or my 1969 Laney or my 1965 Vox or my 1979 Hiwatt I will stop there as its a long list but these are just cheap amps right? So whats to worry about? *sarcasm* for the uninitiated.

Had a good experience back in 2008 so i went back hoping for the same thing, and did not happen, Told me my amp would be ready in to weeks (nope) Called to check up on it gave me run around on the phone. I call them they say I very busy give me your number and Ill call you right back no call back. Happened twice, called again got chewed out by some really rude lady for calling, After four weeks went in got my amp witch was never touched, Took it to another shop will never go back. Ill buy a new one before I have them try to repair one of mine.

WOW!!!!!! The Lady on the phone wasnt listening and couldnt understand the question so she hung up on me,, real class act!!!!! Thats why I asked to talk to a tech!!!!!! Thank god there are other intelligent repairmen in this area, ask me, Ill let you know who they are!!!!
