I used to go there often but the service and price changes have driven me away. Question.... come look and see. Really, you dont know what you own and sell? Source of last resort.

Ive been there two different times the owner looks up prices on ebay and they charge them items that people buy from there his a rip off

I went there to go buy a transition shift linkeage for a 2008 Ford Focus. The part only cost $10 plus tax new in Oreilys or Auto Zone unfortu ately they didnt have it in stock. So I came to this place that came highly recommended. I get there the guy didnt want to assist me so I sent my husband in and the guy wanted to Charge him 150.00 for a 10 dollar piece. He did not want to get under the car to get it out so my husband was going to do it but he still wanted to charge 150.00 for a 10 piece. He is price gauging is their anything anyone can do about this. Im pretty sure Im not the first or last person hes done this too

Bought a rear diff that was avertised at$148.14 and he charged me$199.00. Both sides The bearings and seals were bad and I had to replace them. Along with a good cleaning that they were supposed to do.

A year ago I was in PA and they said they had my part so I sent the money $350. The part never arrived! The owner said the guys forgot to send it but he was looking right at it and would send it right out, it never came and he refused to talk to me after that.As luck would have it a good friend of mine lived in Spring Hill and she surprised the owner and showed up for my refund....and got it! He said hed send it to me but she insisted he give it to her.

Good selection, but terribly slow service

Dont buy anything expensive from there, you cannot get your money back. Which is not something they specifically tell you when you make the purchase, its in tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. They will only trade it out for another one. You could end up having to go back a dozen times before you get one that actually works. Waste of money, gas, and time.

Overpriced, Hard to get to any of the vehicles no walking room. Really nice inventory (Because they are overpriced).

We drove 50 miles to get there and managed to get there right before they closed. We needed a fuel pump for a Mercury Tracer. They knew we were coming so they had 2 ready. They told my husband if they didnt work to come back tomorrow and they would get him another one. Unfortunately, neither one works. So he will make another trip there tomorrow.

Sell wrong parts for high prices. Not recommended at all.

Could I give this place a zero star report??? I work for a salvage yard in Georgia, and ordered an engine from this business. I verified the engine/vehicle by VIN #, with a dealer. They did not send the correct engine. Promised for three weeks the correct one was on the way. Then claimed it was shipped to the wrong business and we would have it in three days. Professional crooks! They will not answer the phone now. The owner does nothing. Do not do business with these people! Worst experience ever in the automotive industry thus far!

I have been sitting here for an hour waiting on a tire he tells me yesterday when I called $25 today there telling me $25 for the tire $7 to take it off the rim $7 to put it back on the rim and the sign in here says its cheaper they dont have a balancing machine so I have to go else where to get it balanced than there telling us we dont need to get it balanced as long as its in the back and the tires they tried to sell us have chunks missing and there still trying to sell them to us for now on I will be using LQK or steps towing

Unethical business. Buyer beware. I spoke with Bobby about a 1999 Chevy Tahoe engine he said they had still in the vehicle with 142,000 miles on it and it ran. He agreed to hold the engine for me and bring the Tahoe to the front of the yard so it could be started and I could here it run in the vehicle. When I arrived the next day, I had to sit and wait an hour while they supposedly brought the vehicle up front. After an hour of waiting, Mike took me for a ride through the salvage yard looking for the Tahoe and engine. After another 45 minutes of searching, Mike told me there was no Tahoe, and this was not the first time Bobby had misrepresented what they had.So, Bobby just plain lied to me and was hoping I would take a bait and switch for a higher mileage engine.Absolutely dishonest with me.

I puchased a used fuel pump. It turned out to be faulty. When i called and returned to the place. They gave me replacement part. While I was there an elderly woman came after her car was damaged in small wreck. She bought replacement headlights and brackets. They gave her a hood, and installed it . when she saw what they did her face lit up. I was blessed.would not lock down and it was dangerous. aThis act impressed me in these times. Most places would not do a good deed such as this. I will always use them for parts needs.

This place is a joke if I can give it no stars I would they know nothing about they stack vehicles on top of each other and try rip you off by overpricing their parts... No rhyme or reason the way they they put their vehicles everythings mixed

The owner is very nice. They treat business is very well. they give Quality Parts 95% of the time.

Very unprofessional, they do not know what they are doing. The employees are sitting in front of me arguing

1) They sold me a wrong transmission for my truck.Clerk asked me specific questions and swears his computer will give me the correct transmission.I paid and took the transmission to my own mechanic who after installs it realizes a plug (overdrive sensor plug ) is missing and International auto sold me the wrong transmission.2) After sales clerk refuses to take blame for selling me the wrong transmission we then agree on a price for his own mechanics to replace the transmission.3) I drive home and my dash board lights up with an Overdrive warning light.I return my truck second time to them.4) over drive light is off.I drive truck.3 days later truck stall at light due to transmission converter .Everytime truck is shifted into drive engine would stall.5) They replace the transmission a third time because the other 2 were NO good.6) clerk has the nerves to try to charge me an additional $200.And owner said he needs to make up labor cost because transmission labor was done 3 times..I threw him $50. And walked out.They are not very Accurate in selling the correct parts and I appreciate they fixed the issue but am insulted that Owner would up charge and not accept the responsibility for them selling me first the wrong transmission and then a bad transmission.Heads up if you ever buy parts there.amd agree on a price then stick to it.

Not a very wide selection so you must know your part and be able to cross refference. Had a bad ac compressor about six months ago. Used parts so buyer beware

For $42.50 I am able to get back on the road with a decent alternator thanks to International Auto Parts in Spring Hill.

Was questioned alot about inatall via me being a 23y.o. was doubted a bit until fluid was checked. Had to go back and have a transmission replaced that was bought used from them a week ago and lost reverse o.d. and 3rd gear. New selonoids fluids seals etc. Installing trans number 2 from.them today. Stuck with 3 stars via it being a Chrysler transmission.

These guys were great not only where they almost half the price of other yards they were more then ready to assist in finding what I needed I will be returning for sure

I heard that this is a pretty good place but personally when I went there for a part I was told two different times on the telephone that they had the part but after I went there and waited an hour for the part to be pulled I got told that they did not have it

Had a part shipped out. Supposed to arrive Tues. A week later, still waiting for it. Customer is screaming at us. We call every day. They at first gave a lame excuse about they forgot to ship it. Now they say its been shipped 2 day UPS. Five days later were still waiting. Lying Basturds.
