Absolutely wonderful staff. They were very helpful. I have been trying to get the lug nut locks taken off my truck so I could get new tires and drive safely for two months. They made is so simple. In and out. They could put tires on due to my tire size but gave great advice on what to shop for at another shop so that I dont get taken advantage of. Really great people. I called and Dee Dee answered the phone and said, she could get me right in! I was happy to hear this because another company close by said they were booked out for a week. I needed to get a couple tires mounted, and my rims were bent. I went home and changed them out for other rims and Marcus and Felix jumped on it and changed them again for me. I just have to say, I was really having a rough day, 3 trips to my house to change out tires to get it right. I just found the best place to have my vehicle worked on. Courteous, professional, affordable, just an all around good experience. They will get my business from now on. The waiting room is spacious which matters during this pandemic crisis period. The staff were the nicest folks and they seemed to really like interacting with the customers. That matters when you absolutely need your car fixed and are relying on an establishment that you don’t know. Everything was explained clearly before and after the work was done. Other local businesses could learn something about providing excellent customer care from them.

Kind, professional, and clean.I needed new brakes, called ahead of time got a quote and estimate wait time. It was a busy Sunday and my estimated wait was about 2.5 hours, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and fast and friendly neighborly service. They were honest about what I needed and didnt need done. The lobby was bright, clean, and had plenty of room for over 5 groups of us waiting to spread out comfortably.While waiting for quite some time I got to observe the team interacting with a few customers. What really showed me how great they were was when a not so pleasant couple started getting loud with them a couple of times then lastly complained about state taxes (clearly not set or charged by the store). Listening to the whole situation play out it was clear that the couples behavior was uncalled for. The team(at least three team members spoke to them at different times) was patient, kind, and handled the situation wonderfully and tried to turn the experience into a positive for the couple.I have worked in hospitality and customer service my entire life and I appreciate witnessing people have pride in their work and customer service.I will gladly go back for a 2.5, 5 hour, any hour wait for any and all future car needs that they offer and make sure to tell all my neighbors too.

Made a 10am appointment for a Saturday. I knew I needed tires and brakes but ask them to check over the whole truck. I couldn’t be more impressed. They called me after each part of the process was complete and even for a very busy Saturday my vehicle was finished quickly. New tires, brakes, tire pressure sensors, shocks, power steering fluid change and an alignment all finished in a few hours at a reasonable price! I’m so happy that’s choice Mavis Tire! Made an appointment online for a tire rotation appointment. When we showed up, there were several people on the repair floor smoking with vehicles close by with their doors or windows open. Lobby, and surrounding area were filthy, and trash was everywhere. I know this isnt a restaurant, or other facility that would warrant a spotless facade, however, some sort of cleaning protocol should be in place for common areas, at the very least. They informed me I had a tire with a nail in it, but with them being nitrogen filled, I would need to go to the dealer. We gladly did just that.

Loved working with mavis tires and breaks. Dejn took excellent care of me and my wife. I had gotten my breaks and rotors replaced by them, and on top of that they were finished sooner than expected. Dejn was very polite and had a great attitude the entire time, and even answered all my questions and concerns. The waiting room was very comfortable and they had a great selection of movies to choose from, I felt like I was at home in my own living room. They also had the most competitive pricing all around, highly recommend them!

Today was my first time going to Mavis, they where very professional and friendly. They had me in and out I was shocked with how fast the job was done. Placed a reservation online for a full alignment on a Sunday, which was awesome! John called me to confirm the appointment. Work was performed as intended and at market value! I took advantage of a $10 off coupon listed on their website. I had to request the alignment spec sheet as it was not voluntarily given. Overall a very efficient process was notified 45 minutes ahead of my car being available for pick-up. Very clean and friendly staff.

I took my car to shop in Spring Hill where I was told I needed 2 new tires and a battery totaling over $900.00. I left went to Ma vis on Mariner where Felix looked over my car and told me I did not need tires nor a battery. He even apologized for the other shop trying to rip me off. My Wife and I Visit the In-Laws from Ocala every weekend. Felix and the staff at this location took good care of our Black Ford Escape before we sold it. They were quick to diagnose what was going on with my “New to Me” Genesis Coupe that was bought from a dealer, which cut corners to maximize profits. They sold the sports car with Walmart no name discount tires. We pulled it in and they just looked at the tires and went “Well There’s Your Problem!”. On advice we bought the premium Mavis Hankook tires. The car drives like it’s on rails. Now currently today, we had an issue with our BMW 328i after having it repaired elsewhere. A low oil alert on our dash came on. We called and was told to bring it by and they’d see what they can do.This place is my go to place simply because the staff is always willing to help. No matter the issue. They’ve been accurate with our fixes and will continue to see repeate business because of it. Thanks for being an awesome shop!

I came in to the store because I needed my tire mounted and air applied. The gentleman that attended to me was prompt and delivered the service requested as I wanted. While providing service, he explained what could go wrong with my tire I recently plugged. He offered choices but never pushed me to buy. At the completion of my service, I was not charged and all staff was courteous. They went above and beyond! Not only did the serviceman mount my tire but placed my spare tire back in its place. This place is amazing. Felix and staff took care of my wife’s car for tires, brakes and alignment. Incredibly efficient, they found problems, let me know and offered solutions to get it fixed. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and then waited another hour and 15 minutes and they still hadnt even moved my car in from the parking lot. When I asked the gentleman behind the counter about it he told me to think of it like a doctors office.*update..the regional manager reached out to me and got me an appointment at the New Port Richey Mavis. The team at that store was extremely helpful. I do not recommend the Spring Hill location at all, but Mavis as a company has earned my future business.

Contacted Mavis in an urgent situation. Spoke with Nathan by phone who assisted in providing pricing options and told me that he could accommodate me right away. Upon reaching the shop, I was greeted by Nathan himself, along with manager Felix. They were not only friendly, but extremely thorough in ensuring that the correct and best products according to specs were utilized for the repair. I was completely satisfied with their professionalism as I witnessed their honesty and customer service with other patrons who came in. Unlike many other repair shops, they didnt seem interested selling unnecessary repairs, you felt confident that the knew what they were talking about and prices were the best I could find. I must share that when the shop first opened I went in twice to inquire about services needed, and both times I left without getting the repairs done. The management style was just awful and the process seemed carelessly rushed. I had a totally different opinion this time, and will be utilizing this shop in the future. Mavis is new to this area and I am hopeful of its success for years to come in the Spring Hill community. Thanks guys! :-)

Went to get an alignment. Waited 3 hours for it to be worse than when I brought it in. Also half of my dash lights were on after I left. Do not recommend. Terrible service.

Never bringing yall my cars again. First you dent my daughters car door, when I asked yall said I will check with our IT guys, so they look at the cameras. That never happened. Then the oil pan drain screw was so overtighted, that now needs to be removed by power tool. Thank you very much.
