These people are a class act and the epitome of professionals. They embody the art of customer service. Cheyenne is quite the perfectionist. After installing my rims, she insisted I test drive then return with my personal assessment. Joe at the front desk is knowledgeable and bent over backwards while taking care of my concerns. Even with a full waiting lobby, he took time explaining everything in detail while providing suggestions and tips on wheel and tire performance. Highly, highly recommend using their services. While on a road trip had to stop in for a flat repair. We were attended to quickly and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.A week later at home town, an issue arosed for the same tire and repair, We contacted the Store Manager to see what could be done to help out. I was not expecting a pleasant exchange of conversation and after a short invesgation we came to an agreement. I will use again and even if not in the same store but Firestone while on the road elsewhere

Got my air fixed 3 months ago and it just randomly stopped working. Went in to have someone look at it and they cant get to me until Tuesday. Awesome, maybe you should have fixed it correctly the first time, since air is a bit of a necessity in FL in June. Paid $700 for nothing.

Ive only experienced the US 19 location and the staff there is great. They honor the warranties to the tee. One of my tires was getting low... fast. I swung by Firestone, no worries on their part. Squeezed me in, put car on the rack immediately and patched my tire in minutes.

Fast. Friendly. Honest work. I went for an oil change and was told about other concerns there were. I appreciated the info, which was something I already knew, so I didnt feel that trying to get you and your money feeling. They were Great

When we purchased our new tires at Firestone, we got their road hazard insurance. My daughter hit a curb while trying to avoid hitting an a possum. 2 blowouts and 2 damaged rims. We had to purchase rims from Kia but Firestone mounted 2-70,000 mile tires on the new rims for $45. We saved $350 because we had the road hazard insurance on the tires. Thank goodness Joe insisted I get the insurance. Thanks Joe.

I will be returning this sat for services paid and not recieved, crooks.....I brought my company vehicle in for fleet service, oil change, air filter, tire rotation, 2 nails in my ream tires, out headlight. Pretty basic fleet maintenance u would think,.....fortunately for me I have 3 tires one brand and my front right passenger is an different brand. Makes it very easy to spot that no rotation was done, both nails are still in my team tire, and hey my headlight is still out, my invoice clearly shows and describes these items where taken care of! Only to find out I was bamboozled...lovely service! after they fix this they will never see any of my business again

I was shopping oversized tires for my truck. Gary took his time explaining my many options. I left there decided that when I did make my purchase that I was buying my tires from Gary. I went back the following week to order my tires. My daughter and wife have taken their cars there and they received honest service. They are a great bunch of guys and gal.

Mark and Gary are two of the best automotive service providers I know. Gary is a phenomenal business manager and Mark is the most knowledgeable mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The facility is state of the art and the customer service is fantastic. Mark and Gary have a customer base that will travel through 2 counties just to have the pleasure of having them service their vehicle.

How refreshing it is too find an honest mechanic. Took in my Saturn Vue, needed to have the alternator replaced. Brought it in 3.30p got her back by 5.30p. Johnny is very honest, my husband told him to replace the belts if needed, he didnt!!! He said at this time they dont need to be replaced! He could of EASILY replaced them and charged us or not even replaced them and charged us. We used to bring our vehicles to Goodyear on Northcliffe in Springhill, never again!!! The guys at Goodyear are not only rude but dishonest and shifty. They only care about profit not their customers!!! Firestone has two new customers for life. Thank you all for caring about your customers.

Cooler line started leaking. Had them replace top and bottom lines and flushed the coolant. Completed the job same day with no issues!Took my vehicle there again on the 5th. Had a major repair that needed to be done. They were able to fix it the same day, quoted me the next. Great location with great people working for them!

We are on vacation and our rental car had a flat tire they went above and beyond to help us out.

Best customer service, ever! Bought four tires around 12/28. Within a few days of driving my car was shaking. Brought car back thinking weights fell off of tires making it unbalanced. However, manager let me know there were “flat” spots in the tire (a defect). Was going to replace all four. But, there wasn’t the same tire in stock. The manager without question upgraded me to a better tire. Just blown away by the customer service from this store. Highly recommend.

Had a nail in my tire and they were super nice, super professional and I was out of there 25 minutes after I handed over the keys! Definitely coming here the next time Ive got car issues!

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. The tail light bulbs on my Chrysler Sebring were replaced quickly by the competent staff and technician.

We had our brakes done here but it cost a lot of money. Just to have the front brakes replaced!! Never again.

Went in to have my tire plugged and couldnt ask for the most friendly professional and fast service they showed me the screw and even the process to patch my tire no more plugging lol. Definitely a great honest friendly shop.
