Professional service from beginning to end, I gave the wrong name for my oil change yet despite this and that they were loaded with cars, it was like it wasnt an issue. My car was in and out in such a perfect time frame. Ronnie up front is awesome and knows what hes talking about and seems like he knows how to treat every customers with the same level of care and concern. I would recommend this place for sure for any service. Crew works fast and Professional as well.

This place is a joke! They dont care to gain new business. Told them my oil light was on andthey complete blew me off on a oil change whilemind you the place was totally empty with a good hr. left on the clock.. All I needed was a 10 min oil change. Guess it wasnt going to be enough money to be made so screw it!

Took my classic 1996 Miata to have four tiresand the oil changed... got it back damaged on the left rear wheel well. I should have known something was wrong because the guy was standing in front of the damage with the excuse that he forgot to put the sticker on my windshield for the oil change. I didnt notice it until after I left that property and exited my car and of course when I went directly back, they denied everything. I contacted the main office but they denied it too.🥺 Ill never use tire Plus again

Bought the lifetime alignment. Asked for a specific set of alignment specs, the tech didnt know how to adjust camber bolts or lcas. Was told to bring it in at a later time. Called to book an appointment and I was told they were booked out for days. Felt like that was shady so had someone else call right after me and they were told they could get them in that day. Feel like I was scammed by getting the lifetime alignment. Wont be going back to this shady place🤙

The staff is rude and they dont want to have disabled customers.They said that they dont care about the Americans with disabilities act.I went from there to a tire store less than a mile away and was treated with respect and the service was prompt and professional.I would recommend any other tire store

Friendly, fair and professional! Had 4 tires replaced with new ones, synthetic oil change, alignment with enrollment into their lifetime alignment program for a grand total of $862. Of course tire prices will vary with rim size (we have 16 rims), but we definitely got a great deal and the work that was completed was flawless!!

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. As others have stated the customer service is extremely poor and staffing is rude. I understand it is an auto shop; however, they must not offer customer service training.Save yourself time and a headache by finding a different location or mechanic.

Long story short, needed new tires on my Expedition like yesterday. Tim and the crew saved the day on a Sunday afternoon mind you. Tim put me in the queue and got me back off to the races. Modern day super heroes. Their legit and knowledgeable. Appreciate it guys.

Went there to get a tire patched, because Walmart was too busy. Heard the counter guy talking to a woman on the phone telling her she needs a new battery and the price would be $329 for a battery only they can get. I work at Rural King and Im sure we have it in stock for much less. I asked how much too patch my tire ? $32 bucks, said they had to reset the low tire sensor. Which will reset when you put air in the tire. I got my keys and left .By the way, Walmart will patch a tire for $15. Definitely scamming people

Called Tires plus twice asking questions about tires for my fifth wheel camper. Spoke to Tim who was very rude to me over the phone and gut me off a couple times. The second time I called, I spoke to Derek, who was less rude, and told me I actually need trailer tires, not the light truck tires Tim quoted me.As I was pulling into the lot, I was on a call with another tire place who offered a better tire brand for less money. Tim guided me into the lot to unhook my 33’ fiver. After asking him to put his mask on, I told Tim about the deal I just got over the phone. Tim didn’t counter the offer or try to work with me for my business, or repeat business. Instead, he replied “I’ve been in the tire business for 40 years, we do lots of business here so it doesn’t matter to me whether you buy the tires here or not.” I told Tim I was told I need ST (trailer tires) not the LTs he quoted me, and he said, “it doesn’t matter.”Tim was rude, impatient, and dismissive. The competitor was friendly, patient, and kind. Not sure if Tim dismissed me because he was busy, having a bad day, or because I am a woman, have brown skin, and curly hair...or if it was because of something else (e.g., his personality). Regardless of his reason, there is no excuse to be rude or dismissive of any human being, especially a customer...and while being paid (by a reputable company) when doing it.

Way overcharged for an oil change as they decided to upcharge me without asking, I didn’t appreciate being surprised by the bill.

Its a good place, friendly and clean. Had to wait a little longer than I thought for only changing out a tire. They had some people in front of me though and only one tech. I would definitely go back again, nice honest place on my first impression!

Quoted a price that changed once service was complete. Was charged for tire recycling even though I brought old tires home with me. Ridiculous mask policy.

Thay are always helpful n thay let you know about how much it will cost. If you dont need to have something done, thay will let you know n not charge you. I just cant say enough good things about them. Not like most places, thay care n it shows.

Rude service. Dismissive and uninterested in you when you arent willing to get milked for extra services. Waited behind an elderly gentleman patiently. Very friendly and welcoming to him of course, when I am up, Im greeted with a yeah?.Apparently being young and capable is irritating. Was told I need to leave my car all day for an alignment (we have cars being towed in he said) and thats ridiculous. Went to tire kingdom instead. Was done in 30 minutes. Normally I would let this slide, but when I leave and say thank you for your time and get nothing in return but silence from some irritable manager I get annoyed too.Typical hole in the wall 3 bay milking dollars out of the elderly. I question if anybody there is currently certified.

I had my tire plugged at Tire Kingdom and got charged $36. Tire Plus patched mine up for only $22, and the workers were all really nice. They didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t need or try and get me to buy new tires. Highly recommend!

Many reasons to dislike this store over any other tire shop. My experience; called to price tires, oil change and battery. He quoted a MUCH higher price then the website listed for the same thing. Had to haggle him down. Made my appointment for two days later and had them order the tires. Decided I wanted the battery early, drove in a picked it up and confirmed my appointment. Show up for my appointment... sorry, no appointment here, and no tires. Had to buy more expensive tires or come back later. Long wait and they left oil drips all over and didnt even check the rest of the car.

Very rude. After dealing with the front counter guy, who was having his own problems with the tech being rude to him, I was quoted 2 hours for one tire being patched. I told them I would be back in 2 hours after finding a ride home. About 5 minutes down the road they call and say its ready. Should I be happy it was faster than expected or mad they couldnt have said anything when I was very clear what I was doing. Never going back.

I got new breaks. Went back at 500 miles to say they squeak. Drive it a few more miles. After over 1000 miles, still squeak. Never again.

I have always had good service and friendly managers, Tim is my favorite but Mark has always treated us great and upfront with prices and issues. Use them for oil changes and got new tires for my Lexus and new brakes. My daughter takes her vehicle there as well. Never an issue.

Called in to get a price on front brakes/rotors. Was told they are unable to give me a price on the phone, I had to come in so they could waste my time on an inspection, even though I know exactly what I need done and what parts need to be replaced. I get that things can be more complicated than they appear, but this is a simple brake and rotor job and some people know what they need and just want a price, not the run around so you can get me in the door and make a sale. Reminded me exactly why I stopped using Tires Plus.

So I go to tires plus on Lori dr to get my tire patched and when I pull in I see 1 truck in the garage and 4 workers standing around talking, so I asked the guy at the front if he can patch my tire real quick and he told me “can’t do it right now you will need to leave it all day” I laughed and said “all day for a 20min tire patch” and he told me “no one is here to do it right now” there’s only 1 truck and 4 guys standing around lol!!! So I drove down to pep boys on us19 and embassy and drove in and asked the same thing and they took me right in a fixed it in 15min, now this store had 3 cars in the garage and they still took me and and had me back off to work!!

Manager is awesome they diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle quickly and got the issue fixed in timely manner highly recommended this shop

Love this location. They can usually always get me in for an appointment. Or if not they say to drop the car off and it will be done before they close. I live in Hudson and will go to the Spring Hill location over the closer one anytime.

Brought a 2000 Camry for new tires and alignment. Tires were done in 1 1/2 hours and nobody called me I have to call them to find out if my car was ready, the alignment was nor performed, because he said that there were loose nuts under car, when I asked him to be specific he did not elaborate to specific, only the he can not do it. Also while changing the tires they stripped one nut and did not replace it just told me that someone put the nuts with the compressor to tight, I told him he was wrong because 3 months ago I personally replace all the wheel studs and nut on the vehicle and used the tire tool to tighten . Also he mentioned that someone had replace the inner /outer tie rod and left the nuts loose, I told him that I had done that job myself and every single nut and bolt was to spec., I told them to put the vehicle in the lift and show me the loose nuts and he refused to do that I told him I want you to proff to me what you are saying and if they did not feel like doing the job they should had told me ahead of time, there is lots of tire places around the area. I had mentioned to them that I will like to keep one of the tires that were on the vehicle for a spare, because my spare was in the trunk and it was damage. My mistake when I picked the car up I did not looked into it only when I got home 5 minutes later found out that they put 2 tires (off the rim) in the trunk of my car and never changed the spare, I then called them on the phone and they told me to bring it that they will take care of it no problem I did that and when I got to the place they told me they can not do it because he dont mount used tires. I explained again that I told them to leave me one of the tires on the vehicle to be used as a spare, because they were two good tires on the car at the moment.....well he told me to go some where else to have that done......WAAAOOOO....one star because I have to not because I wanted to.

Completely dissatisfied. Embarrassing, I was told by the high and mighty Manager Mark that he was giving me a great deal. $800.00 dollars later. I asked for my tires back and he told me he used two for a customer who wanted used tires. He is a conniving, cheat. He is going to be sorry for doing what he did. Best store place around allwas high end service

Tried to screw me over big time. Claimed I had some cracked belts and bad hoses. I will be the first to admit Im not mechanically minded, but I know enough to tell a belt is not cracked. Saved myself ~$800 and will not be returning. Also claimed I couldnt get my wiper blades for cheaper than their price, but I did so stop lying.
