Usually get my order in and get out in an appropriate time.

My experience at this Walmart pharmacy has consistently been very positive. I have spoke with a pharmacist multiple times regarding various matters and each has always been patient and helpful and the other staff members have always been pleasant, kind and professional.

Service usually ok with the number of staff, its the prime time hrs that it gets bogged down and wait times sky rocket.They need to plan there staff better.

This is an update since there’s been a change in management. Dr. Peter has turned this place around and the operation is much smoother since. There is always one or two people working the front counter. Even with long lines the wait is nothing like it used to be. Coming from 0-1 star when Rachel was managing.

Stay away from this pharmacy if you value your time and your health. Worst pharmacy that has ever existed. Don’t bother with the manager either, he’s a rude dictator. There is no excuse for the ineptitude or his behavior towards customers.

Use Goodrx, my medicine is a 3rd of the price. Pharmacy technicians r very nice, xcept if their really busy, u can see how stressed they are even with 3 registers. Wally World needs to figure out when 2 put more people on. They should b able 2.

The whole of Walmart should close. This would do the world a favor.

Always long wait in line to drop off and for pick-up. They call to say Prescription will be ready give you a day and time then after waiting you get told they do not have it ready. Then you are asked to wait again to see the Pharmacist only to be asked if you have any questions. My insurance plan preferred pharmacy so I do not have a choice. Terrible service.

First time ever going to Walmart pharmacy. Showed up to drop of a script in the middle of the work day. Guy behind the counter said he couldnt help me because it was lunch time. I can tell its gonna be a lot of fun dealing with WM pharmacy.

Is been smelling like poop since 3 days ago! Is unbelievable that people dare to grocery shop here, I have to come because is the only thing near me, is disgusting!!!! You should hire people like me willing to have a good atmosphere for shopping!!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

One has to Wait in long lines to leave or pick up scrips. When you are old or have back problems this is difficult. They tell you a time it will be ready...its not. Took three days for one scrip, wasnt notified of any difficulty. Recently was called for a pick up. We didnt know what it was for but when someone answered the phone there in the pharmacy, I asked what the medicine was and it wasnt anything we used but then find the first name was wrong but last name was same. How did they get my phone number to give me the alert it was ready? How would that get mixed up?

Most of the staff are not well manored . They send notice your prescription is ready..get there and not even processed !!! This happens way to much the wait time is horrible !!! Will let you stand there when they are talking..always always have to wait !!!! They gotten rid of the the very hateful person though. Sad when the lines are all the way to jewerly...:( Only one cashier most of the time...The pharmacist is very good though he does try to be helpful and very kind.Just poor service .

I would give no stars but in order to leave a comment it needs a star. My doctor faxed a script at around 10:30 am to this place (I wish I had read the reviews), I got to Walmart around 12:30 and was told it wont be ready until after 2pm, OK I can deal with that. I came back the next day at around 12:30 pm, again I was told it wasn’t ready and it will be done after 2 pm .....ugh...so I do some shopping and spend 2 hours wandering around walmart, I go back at 2:30 and its still not ready. I was told its in one of the four bins on the floor and it wont be ready for a while that maybe I should go do some shopping. Four people behind the counter and not one is checking in the stock, thank God this script wasnt something I desperately needed. I told them forget it, dont bother filling it, Ill call my doctor and have them send it somewhere else. This place is horrible, I will not do business with a bunch of incompetent thoughtless people.

They never have prescriptions ready when promised. Refills were quick now 3 days if lucky. Forced to use it or I would go elsewhere.

The pharmacy manager Rachel Modrow should lose her license. She is negligent and is denying patients access to legitimate doctor prescribed medications. She has no heart or compassion and seems EVIL. I have filed a complaint with the pharmacy board through the Florida Department of Health and I recommend anyone else she does this to also files a complaint. The other pharmacists especially Bill are not like her and seem to do their best to get people their medications. This is a very busy pharmacy and the wait is always long but as long as I’m given my meds I can deal. I have to call first to make sure she isn’t there ....sad and sick. Rachel you should be ashamed of yourself! Walmart you should fire that incompetent so called pharmacist!

Bad experiences ever since I had to switch to them. My insurance switched me to a company that only Walmart takes, or so Ive been told. Every time my doctor sends over an rx, I have to physically chase after it to make sure its filled. I was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes and they gave me the wrong lancets for my meter setup and then blamed me for not catching that they were the wrong lancets when the pharmacist gave them to me. Being my first time dealing with this, there is NO WAY I wouldve known they were the wrong ones. Not to mention everytime you go there to pick up theres only 1 line open and 5 other people in the back that Im sure can help speed up the process. Just today I called to follow up on a prescription my doctor sent over 5 days ago and the girl on the phone said they never received it. When I told her they tell me this everytime she LAUGHED AT ME. so unprofessional! Calling in to speak to someone is always a 15+ minute hold time....very dissatisfied. If I had the choice to switch I certainly would.

Omg !!! Do not go here period !!! They are terrible . They do not know what they are doing. They do not care about you. Where is walmart corporate at ? The district manager for this pharmacy should be fired !!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!

Ive always had a good experience here my meds were ready before the time they tell me and the staff is very friendly.... Ha added then the night before then I go in to get my script filled and they say 40-45 mins I end up waiting almost 2 hours then they didnt even fill my script right so had to wait even more. I guess everytime Ive went in I went in while the younger staff was there cause today on Sunday it was all older people that acted like they barely even knew what the hell they were doing...

The head pharmacist is amazing at this location but the staff are horrible 6 people and one person ringing up people. The lines are outrageous and the wait is long!!!
