I recently purchased a cue stick for their online store and I was shocked at some of the low prices on them. Some really nice cues and the cost depending on your skill level and budget were in my opinion more than fair priced.I did have a little hick up with the shipping of my order, but once I sent them an email inquiring about my purchase they were quick to reply and my cue was shipped the very next day.Overall I would give them a 9/10.Great service and amazing deals.Nice job Billiard Factory!

Really knowledgeable salesperson, was able to help me through many different options and styles of pool tables. No pressure sales here. They also have card tables and much more, definately worth checking out if your looking to furnish your game room or just want to upgrade your pool cue.

My friend needed a cue so I went with her to this place. The man was pleasant to work with, answering rookie questions and offering what we thought was genuine information which would help find the right one. It was actually awesome information and after doing more research online we found he was right on the money. Recommend this place for quality products and helpful knowledge.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Steve helped me first on March 28th gave me all the answers that he could. Returned today per his recommendation to speak with Jacob. I am definitely happy that I did so, and got to spend time with Mr. Steve again as well. The duo was great and amazing customer service. Jacob was able to help me choose a better cue replacement for my current and show me some drill techniques and quite knowledgeable through all the products. Will return to this location again.

Listen to this customer service. I placed a table on layaway with a small deposit and did not pay for it for 18 months, and got it for the best price! It was locked in at the best price. No questions asked! And it is incredible.

We purchased our pool table from The Woodlands location several years ago, and have moved a couple of times since. They are always courteous & helpful when coming to disassemble or reassemble our pool table. I have also purchased bar stools from them that I absolutely love. Always on time and professional!

You guys came out to resurface our pool table just two years ago, you gave us a fair price, we sold our pool table to friends of ours and recommended you to again resurface same pool table and you guys charged them almost two and half times more for doing the same job and driving the same distance, and on top of that you quoted a price then when came out you charged $200. more. I will never recommend you again to anyone I know.

Lack of selection and can find anything they carry for cheaper online. Can get some clearance items at a good value from time to time so if you have the time to swing by frequently you may get lucky.
