This is an amazing place to buy if u want to build your awesome outdoor kitchen, they have everything you might need and really good prices. Paradise Grill spring location was very clean and inviting. The showroom had a neat layout which made it easier to compare between the Units. Adam was very professional and easy to deal with. Absolutely unprofessional service from (Im assuming the manager) Eduardo, looked like he was strung out on drugs while on the sales floor. Basically tried to bully me into buying and then proceeded to bully me into giving a five star review. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a place of business and made to feel like the only thing that mattered was a five star review. I cannot believe the manager tried to coerce a good review out of a customer. I wouldnt recommend this place of business to anyone and I hope something is done about Eduardo promptly because his unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

No place like it for backyard kitchens and grills. My husband and I stopped into the Spring location and were very impressed with how knowledgeable Justin was. (He even offered our kids Capri Suns!) Love, love this place! My wife and I came in to just look around and get a feel for things. Johnathan greeted us right as we came in. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their various products and layouts. We decided right then and there to purchase our outdoor kitchen set, which has been a dream of mine. We have tried to contact Eduardo (he is the store manager and sold us our kitchen). He has ignored our texts inquiring about delivery date. This is unacceptable.Yes, the reviews with BBB and Yelp are true. We are currently dealing with the same issues (lack of communication, customer service, and we’re still without our outdoor kitchen).My husband and I had a great experience at the Spring, Tx location. Eduardo helped us figure out what we wanted by asking the right questions. He was very patient and accommodating as we kept changing our minds. We ended up purchasing the 10” Maui. It is scheduled for delivery in 6-8 weeks! We’re excited!!

My Husband and I were pricing out custom built outdoor kitchens options & had already received a couple of pricing quotes when I discovered Paradise Grills through a Google search. My Husband’s immediate reaction was, “sure, let’s check them out but it looks like it’ll cost a fortune”. We visited their showroom in Spring, TX where we were welcomed by Jonathan on arrival. One word best describes both Jonathan and the products available, FANTASTIC!! He asked us what we were looking for and showed us 3 options that fit both our price point and available patio space. After a quick drive home to verify a potential sizing bind, we returned and worked through the final details on the perfect plan with Jonathan and Eduardo. Trust me you won’t find a better custom option out there to match Paradise’s well thought out modules and high end appliances.

The showroom floor was immaculate and was definitely wanting to take home everything. All of the displays were amazingly well put together and Eduardo was extremely helpful with helping us to pick the right one that would fit our yard. When we finally decided on what I wanted he was extremely informative on all of the accessories and everything else that would go with my wonderful new outdoor kitchen.

I have been to a few showrooms in the last 12 months. The spring paradise grills is by far top notch. They are willing to negotiate but most of all they are patient and understanding and thoughtful. I day thoughtful because they listened to our needs, where we wanted to go with our backyard paradise. They talked about the specifications as if they were buying it for themselves. Then understood our budget. I really appreciate the time they spent with us. So excited for our backyard paradise!!

We are purchasing our second Paradisegrill/bar. We were so pleased with out first grill/bar 4 years ago that we are back. Paradise grills are very durable, no rust issues, no problems with the grill, lights or refrigerator.During both purchases, customer has been outstanding. Over the last few years that I’ve lived in Houston, I’ve driven past paradise grills over and over again. I had always told my husband that I wanted an outdoor kitchen. one day, while I was out shopping at the Home Depot, I decided to stop at paradise grills. Two great gentlemen greeted me. Troy and his other associate were terrific in helping me pick out the perfect grill for my backyard. I must say that I was not in the market to purchase anything, but they made my experience so pleasant that I decided to buy that day. Update- Yes, the salesman was great. HOWEVER, once we finally received our grill it arrived missing parts. The grill was also bent. The delivery process has been an absolute nightmare. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved soon. I will up date my post if we ever receive all of the missing parts to our grill. We are still waiting to enjoy our grill that we spent over $8,000.00 for.I went into the store just to look around I met Eduardo. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products. We had been to a few different places looking at our dream outdoor kitchen. As soon as we walked into Paradise Grills we were greeted very warmly by a young man named Eduardo who went above and beyond anything we had experienced at these other stores. It appeared to us that the quality, warranty and after sales service is second to none. Once again Paradise grill lets me down. After months of waiting my grill set to be delivered they reached out to me same day it was supposed to be delivery to reschedule. The grill set was then scheduled to be delivered today between 3 and 7pm. It’s is 7:45pm and no delivery & no courtesy phone call

I’m a “do it yourself guy”, so, went to Paradise Grills in Spring just to price stainless doors and drawers for a custom outdoor kitchen. The build quality, the configuration, and the atmosphere was so great, ended up just buying the completed assembly. After building the deck and boathouse, I’m ready to plug and play! No high pressure, the product sells itself. I highly recommend paradise grills and Troy. Grill and Chill time!

We popped into the store located at I-45 North Spring, Texas just to get ideas for our outdoor kitchen build.
