We had a wonderful stay at Rayford Crossing RV resort. the part was in great shape. The only thing we were a bit disappointed in the pool.. the area around the pool was awesome with chairs and covering but the pool water itself was very cloudy. We have never had this issue any other time weve been here.the staff was very nice and friendly but didnt appear to know why the pool was cloudy and didnt do much to resolve it.Overall it was a wonderful visit.

This was a nice middle scale park. Fairly quiet for the middle of Houston area. Might be a little noisy with a new expansion going in. I would recommend more restrooms and showers. Those were too few for that many travelers. But Ill stay again to see the new parts.

This park is clean and nicely appointed. The grounds were manicured - management clearly cares! Terrific club house and pool area. Knowledgeable, friendly staff - always ready to help. A little tight for big rigs, but abide by the 5 1/2 (!) mph speed limit and things will work out fine. TIP: Unhook your toad before entering the park because a couple of the corners are impossible to make with the toad attached. Overall a good experience! I will visit again!!

Ever since my daughter moved to Texas we camp here at Rayford Crossing RV Resort. It’s very clean, friendly people, and a great place to spend some time at, plus close to our daughter’s home. Really nice rv park for quiet nights. Great amenities with pleasant staff and some shade to minimize the heat of the Houston area. Conveniently located in Spring, TX near the woodlands. Easy access to I-45 with great restaurants and businesses. Slightly pricey but has pretty much everything that an rver needs. Full hookups and mostly level sites. Check it out.

We stayed in cabin 5 for 4 nights. This cabin is perfect for families. One main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a bunk bed, and a full size or queen size bed in the loft. The kitchen had just enough of what we needed to cook our own meals and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. The Staff was friendly. Great location.

Very nice RV Resort we called this place home for a weekPros;•The park backdrop will have you thinking your out in the country but yet your only 10 minutes from everything.•The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is well taking care of.•The bath houses are very cleaned and they actually have cleaning staff that clean them daily.•The pool area was nice great for cooling off. •WiFi service was strong.•Trash pick service daily.•All concrete pads with wide entrances.•Picnic tables at your spot.•Hook ups located midway(great for not having to string out every hose you own)• catch and release stock pond for the kids• very friendly staff• quiet and peaceful no highway noise• pull through spot- we had 40’ camper 3/4 ton truck and suv all parked in the spot.Cons; And if I’m trying to even find a con and this is being super nit picky and honestly wasn’t even a con but the general store was limited.Long term or short term I’d highly recommend this Park. I know for my family when ever we are back in the area this is where we will call home.

I Love this RV park because the staff there are extraordinary. We have said there multiply times but this last time showed their character. My husband and I were coming back there for emergency medical and Allison the manager and her entire staff were amazing. They accommodated us for 3 months and left it open just in case. That alone was wonderful because it was one less thing I had to stress about. My husband received the wrong dosage of anti rejection meds that he has been on for a long time. It caused him to have severe health problems and Allison and the entire staff was amazing.

Very nice, clean well run park. We would definately stay here again. We have a 45 motor coach with towed vehicle. The sites size are about average with concrete pads. The pull through sites were long enough for our big rig and towed. There is a sign as you enter that warns you to unhook before entering park. That is good advice. The streets are very tight for a big rig. It is doable, but tight. There is no way I could have made the corners with a tow. There are lots of trees in the park which makes it even more challenging to get in an out of the sites without scratching your rig. The trees were trimmed better than some parks I have been too, but definately need more trimming. I had issues with trees in my site when extending my slides. To me, a big rig friendly park is a park that I can easily pull in and out of with out having to unhook my towed vehicle and not have to worry about scratching my paint on tree limbs.

We stayed at Rayford Crossing RV park for a bit over two months while waiting for our new home to be finished. Weve been all over the country in our RV so we know the ins and outs. Wed not stayed in a single place for more than 10 days before, so this was a good experience: This was a great RV park... it really does warrant the moniker of resort though because it has a pool, game room, etc., yet because of the pandemic, we regretfully avoided all of it. Not only is the park quiet from the outside -- little external noise -- but it was a very quiet park from the inside -- the guests were all well behaved and very sensitive to others. The place is immaculately clean and they even pick up your trash twice a day! (You can also walk it to the dumpsters.) The office people are helpful and friendly and will call or text if you get a package/mail. We found all their policies to be fair and clearly stated. While no RV park is perfect, this is very close to that. Their WiFi is fair (still, thats better than most!), and we could easily get strong cell service. They have a cable hookup and it was okay but other than testing it out, we didnt use it. We dont have pets but many people do and they seemed happy with the dog park and pet policies... most did their duty and picked up after their dogs. While the park is a bit off the Interstate -- thats one of the reasons its so quiet -- it isnt difficult to find or get into. There are many services, stores, restaurants, grocery, hardware, etc. around the area. Overall, weve very much enjoyed staying here and can highly recommend it!

We stayed here for three weeks while I recovered from surgery. The camp is set back in a very nice area with some good shade on a lot of sites. The people were extremely nice. The only reason for a 4 rating is they advertise fast internet and it was horrible. The other downside is there are tons of roaches living in and around the trees and it took us a few weeks to kill all of them they found a way into our coach.

I had them coming from my kitchen cupboards. When we pulled out this morning we saw they were all over outside. Upon moving the chalks they scattered. Lots of them. I called management and they admitted a problem and said an exterminator would be coming soo. So sorry. Ok, now I have to fumigate the entire unit.

The staff and management are very kind and incredibly accommodating. When we needed to change our reservation to arrive earlier this year Melissa made it happen. One person wrote about full dog poop bins and poop on the ground . That is simply untrue. The bins are always ckean and I have never seen flies. We full time and this is one of the nicest parks we stay at anywhere around the US. Clean, well managed, great amenities, nice clientele, and super friendly staff.I find it crazy that there are 1 star reviews for this place. To address a few of those:- yeah, they don’t allow truck campers. For the rest of the world that means you won’t have to look at a truck camper! If you have a truck camper there are plenty of other places to stay. Doesn’t mean you should give a place that doesn’t allow them 1 star.- internet is very good. If you complain about the internet here then you’ve pretty much not used it at any other campground. It has its moments, but I can actually stream video here. I’ve been able to do this at 2 or 3 of the 50 or so places I stay at each year.- anyone who thinks the staff is rude here must not be very nice themselves. Again, I’ve camped all over and had my share of testy campground staff. The staff here is consistently nice and helpful. They will go the extra mile to work with you if you have a problem.Definitely stay here if you’re in the area!

Dont waste your time or money here! The sites are very over priced! The Wi-Fi is very slow and was down more than it was up! My husband had to have Wi-Fi to do his paperwork for his job. When it floods be prepared and have a back up generator! There are creeks all around the park and it does flood! Dog walk waste basket was always stinking and full with many flies! Many grassy areas in the park had piles of dog poop that has not been picked up! But yet they state that they enforce dog waste clean up and are a 4 star quality park! There is a clan of permanent residents who need to worry about themselves and not everybody else. They create a very unhappy environment. However, there are some permanent residents who were very friendly and helpful to the new residents. The management tends to have favoritismtowards certain residents which seemed very wrong! We stayed 3 months and pulled our RV out.
