Its hard to find good honest mechanics OTR. They not only did great work on my truck but they also came in to work on there off day to do it. Much appreciated!

Inexpensive, great value, quality service, professional, and speed!I called with quite the emergency after Freightliner let me down. They told me bring it on in and they would look at it (and issue on my Motorhome with my air suspension system). I pulled it in and immediately two guys came out and got down and crawled under the bus to check the issue. I needed a new leveling valve. They asked a few questions, quoted me an unbeatable rate and we took our kids to the park. We came back, picked up the bus (now working great!) and were on our way. Our experience with the management and the mechanic found everyone professional, courteous, and thorough. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. I appreciated the speed too. One of the mechanics noticed that my drive line or something needed some grease and said he serviced it for me ... at no additional cost! This type of service is unheard of. I felt taken care of and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work on their truck, bus, or motorhome.

By far one of the best shops Ive ever been to. Got my truck in found the issue with no problem. The owner and her crew are great people, wish I could schedule all my breakdowns to happen near their shop.

Came in for service my truck was smoking real bad and had no idea what was going, Harlow got me in right away and starting diagnosing what the problem could be. Found that my injector camshaft was the issue and the only reason it didn’t get done the same day was because of parts availability. In short these guys get you in and out as fast as they can while providing a quality and professional service, not to mention how thorough they are. They keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly what’s going on at all times! They even drove me to and from the hotel where I stayed at for the night! And to say that the price is unbeatable is an understatement! Thanks for getting me back on the road and I’m happy to know if I ever run into trouble in these parts I know exactly who to call!

Very helpful. Had alternator problems i showed up at closing time. They stopped what they were doing and made my repairs. Would recommend their friedly services to everyone.

Harlow truck repair was very great to work with. The owner Latrisha was super friendly and the staff where very welcoming. They did a DOT inspection and had it out in minutes. I would definitely recommend Harlow truck repair for any repair needs and Dot inspections.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Harlow does a great job of keeping you informed about your vehicle repairs. It was very nice to only be sold necessary repairs. They have worked on 2 vehicles for me and both were repaired as requested in a timely manner with a fair price.

Charged us over $400 for nothing. We told them we had no a start issue - any mechanic would figure its fuel or electrical. They brought no fuel/filters and no batteries. Nothing. Couldn’t even pull start it. I had to call another road service after paying them. Total rip off

I took one of my Diesel trucks to a know mechanic, and I had to tell him how to fix part of it (Terrible). I had a friend refer me to Gabe, and so far this bus has been out with no problems. I hate to give him this 5 star only because now he will get too busy. Great and honest shop !!!!!!!

Was there to have my Truck fixed for an oil lick. The mechanic who was assigned to do the job didnt seem to know what he was doing, funny enough he identified where the lick was coming from but he didnt know that part and what it was for. So I didnt want him to continue and cause further damage I told them I will take my truck to my mechanic in CA, since it had warranty.They are not expensive though, but cheap is expensive

We were dealing with break issue on our trip. Coach-Net referred us to them. They took care of us right away. Very professional and friendly. They fixed an issue another location did not do right and did not let us go intil we were completely satisfied.

Just finished a large 10 month project in NWA and the folks at Harlow were incredible to us! LaTrisha and Gabe are great people and they kept our entire fleet up and running. Well this pains me to have to write my first negative review but I think it would be best for everyone to know what happened to me before you go here and you decide if this is the kind of service youre looking for.Ive seen stuff like this on and TV but never thought it could happen here in Springdale.My first initial call to Mr. Gabe Harlow was that I have picked up a entire axle from a salvage yard and received a price from him to install it, but I found rust in it and thought it should be returned for a different one but he told me its no problem he has a cleaner that takes rust right off the gears and cover.I was a bit skeptical with seeing rust in it but he made it sound very simple and that if it was going to be a bad axle that he would let me know before installing it, that was our deal and a little too cheap of a price which was another warning.After clearing what all will need to be done we agreed on a higher price, sounds crazy but I dont like surprises and I want it fixed right.Might I add here, Gabe can just make you feel so comfortable.What happened next was amazing it took an extra day to get the work done, no problem take your time as I said I want it done right. But when I got the bill it was about $1000 over our agreed price. gulpNow, I completely understand if things go wrong and you need to adjust the price but 1k with no explanation?? His secretary called him on the phone and we settled for a about $100 extra.Then the same day my next appointment with another shop was for an alignment and they discovered that some of the work was not completed.After confronting Gabe he was smooth, he said that work did not need to be done and then later changed his story and said he can do it but it will be extra.This was nothing compared to what happened next.I did not trust him after that ordeal and decided to finish the work myself that I paid for.After pulling the rear axle cover is when I discovered that absolutely nothing was done to clean any rust off the cover, axel gears or remove the sludge that was on the bottom of the axle housing itself.They literally poured fresh lubricant into a rusty sludged axle and let me drive away!He has had many months now to make this right but has not.Shame on you Gabe!
