First off ordered $2200 tires that are run flats never got called they were in . Then after the almost 2 hours for them to be put on i look at my rims and they are scratched so I call the guy to come look at them. He said his worker said they were already scratched on a pristine bmw. Says there not at fault I just made it home and notice a scratch on the bottom of my door and it looks like he leaned the tire on my car door. This place is definitely a joke I will not be back for anything .

Took us in on a wheel swap on a Sat morning without appointment. Everyone was super nice! Love these guys. I would recommend people here!

Scratch your rims and will lie to you be careful take pictures of your vehicle before bringing your car here. ESPECIALLY YOUR RIMS

I wouldnt return to this place if it were free. The boss (Chad, I think) was unbelievably rude. After being given an appointment time, I show up to hear that will take more time than we will be open, so we wont help you That was with 7 open bays and 2 hrs and 15 minutes until closing time.

Very bad experience.. Very long story too long for details but in the end my car was not fixed. Actually started messing up on the way home the same day I got it out of the shop. Took my car to another mechanic and come to find out what I got charged for was not the issue.. It was something totally different.. Very disappointed..

Just wow...They somehow managed to put my brand new tires on someone elses car.I was waiting over an hour before they called the person with my tires,upon arrival I found out she had been driving them for 2 days to and from Missouri & it wasnt even the right tire size for her car !!.Did not offer any compensation,not even an apology these people are imbeciles.GARBAGE!!!

I ordered a CV axil on 11/12/2016 and scheduled an appointment to have it repaired 11/19/2016. I arrived there at 8:1 am and 30 minutes later they inform me that both axils need to be replaced. I told them just do the one I ordered for now. Thirty minutes later I was informed they shipped the part I ordered to Little Rock. We always used Goodyear in Bossier City, LA because they were honest and did great work. It is amazing how we were treated at this one. This business lost my business and will NEVER refer anybody to this place. Word of mouth travels a long way...sorry Goodyear of Springdale, AR you have terrible management!
