She’s doing her best to attend to 10 customers plus filling prescriptions. I arrive at 02:45 and it is currently 04:00 and I still haven’t even received my paper for the vaccine.

Took off work early to drive to get covid tested and I drove all the way there and they said they were out of rapid tests so I said ok can I get the other one then since I have a appointment and he said Ill have to make another appointment very unprofessional and not taking care of there customers. I definitely will not give any business to this store.

Only posting about my experience with the pharmacy. Went in a few weeks ago to get my Pfizer shot, things went smooth enough despite some delays. Went back today to get the second shot, and it was the most unorganized, undelegated joke of a situation Ive ever seen. The guy doing the Covid appt check-ins didnt seem to understand the software for that at all, so another employee had to come do everything for him for every customer, causing massive delays and the line to add up. As soon as there was a line, every employee visibly looked angry and frustrated, despite the line only forming due to absolute inefficiency on the staffs part. There were four different employees plus the nurse that was administering shots, and none of them really seemed up to speed with any of their software, how to even fill a basic Rx, or any other basic situation that would happen there every day. There were no unusual cases or out-of-hand customers, just a lot of frustrated people standing in line watching a staff apparently not be able to perform some of the most basic functions of the job. As it was, even though I arrived a half hour early, my 12pm scheduled jab got pushed back until after the staff take their lunch break, sometime between 3-6. I left the store, went to a Walmart, did a walk-in, got my shot within 5 minutes and was out the door. Ill probably never go to a Walgreens pharmacy again.

This store has repeatedly wasted my time with prescriptions not being ready, splitting a prescription that caused MAJOR issues with getting the rest of it later on, and telling me that EVERYTHING is ready when I call a day ahead of time only to tell me it is NOT when I have made a specific trip to pick them up. Garbage customer service. Screw up upon screw up.

Today was one of the most terrible days Ive ever had and it wasnt due to the staff it was due to the rude customer that refused to give me six feet of space and not that he was even wearing a mask. I would like to thank the two ladies at this store on sunset and Carly. I did not get their names, but I am sure they know who they are. You guys did an awesome job with keeping your composure as well as handling the situation in a timely manner to get the rude man out of the store. Not only for my safety but for your safety as well. I love how you guys kept the grace of the line moving and also did not frown upon me for speaking my opinion about my personal space and him not wearing a mask. Our public looks upon essential workers at people that are in hospitals, schools, etc but sometimes we failed to realize as a community that you guys are essential workers too. You guys put your lives on the line everyday and give great customer service and make sure that things are stocked that we do need and I appreciate that. I am so sorry that I was not able to get your names before I left out of the door and I dont like to be racial in any way but I assure you I know wh xxo you are and I do appreciate your understanding and kindness. So the beautiful African American lady and the beautiful Caucasian long black hair lady I appreciate you.

We arrived 72 hours before our flight back to Maui and the pharmacist could only find one of our confirmed appointments and refused to swab us both. Was extremely rude and wouldn’t help accommodate us tho it was Walgreen’s mistake

Terrible manager on Christmas eve! Did not give the correct price and would not return or refund. Also was very sarcastic saying we couldnt buy it at Walmart tonight... Will not be back ever!

Absolutely awful waited 3 days for Prescription to be filled not enough pharmacy staff ? A Disgrace !!!

Sat on hold for 30 minutes to be hung up on. Too many times this has happened. Very poor customer service. Staff not friendly.

Some of their staff are sarcastic and bordering on rude (multiple occasions). One occasion their system was down and didn’t receive an electronic prescription. Rather than letting me know that they put it off on my pediatrician saying they didn’t get it so I continued to call the doctors office and question them on it. The staff never apologized for the confusion.

I Am always welcomed right when I step in the door. Employees always go out of theyre way to help me find what I need instead of me searching the whole store for one item. Love my rewards card❤️.The Walgreens app is amazing and very convenient. I easily fill my familys prescriptions with no problem. Thank you Shiloh and Megan for always going above and beyond to take care of us. Yall are the best pharmacists around. Such a caring staff at this Walgreens!!

Very very disappointed with this Walgreens. Went in 20 minutes until closing (Just had pierced my hand with a rusty screwdriver) and they would not give me the tetanus shot because they were about to close. UNBELIEVABLE!! Never coming here again and taking my prescriptions elsewhere!

Frequently stop here. The staff always welcomes me to Walgreens, theres usually what I need there, and theyre quick to check me out. Very good in and out shopping. Its usually empty of other shoppers though, so maybe thats why its so fast.

Someone told me to get my passport photos done here. I was told it was supposed to be more convenient than the Post Office. When I got there I was very surprised when the employee pulled out a little digital camera from his pocket and started to snap away. He did use a white background but I was not very impressed by the sharpness and quality of the photos. I was expecting a DSLR or similar camera to be used. My photos cost me less than $20.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is VERY quick. The store is clean.

Staff is generally friendly. However, there is a one young woman that works there that is extremely rude and her customer service need A LOT OF WORK!!!! The price of many items are also extremely overpriced.

Did work for them and they refused to pay.Will never do any work for Walgreens ever again.Also, their prices are a joke.

Most staff make an effort most of the time.
