As far as liquor stores go. This one is nice. But Id rather talk about the employees. Everyone here is friendly, professional and efficient and treats the customers well. But! If you take the time to be friendly and interact with the employees on a human level they will happily remember you and treat you like family. As much as I am not happy about being a regular at a liquor store. This place makes me feel welcomed every time I visit.

I strictly buy my beer here. They have a great local and regional selection. They also have a drive-through if you are in a hurry. It is never too busy and there is always someone to help you get what you need if you can’t find it. Sometimes they have tastings hear from local breweries. I’m always impressed. I bought the Sierra Nevada “Hazy Little Thing” IPA, and it is absolutely delicious.

Always has a very big selection of products with new products weekly. Employees are always happy and helpful.

The staff here is always very helpful. There is a wide selection of most beverages. The drive-through is usually packed, but they move very quickly, in my experience. In store shopping right now feels pretty safe as well. Everyone is wearing a mask.

Never go to this horribly unprofessional establishment. They confiscated my ID after they said they were “98% sure that it was fake.” I had to wait 30 minutes for them to call the cops and have them check my ID. I’m never going back here and I hope no one else does either.

Never going back to this store. Within one minute of being in the store I asked a worker to show me to a section. She pointed towards the section, then told me to give her the bottle in my pocket. She made me turn out my pockets to her show her that I did not have the bottle... I felt very uncomfortable after and felt pressured to leave. I asked another worker about it and they blew me off. When I left I asked her why she felt the need to do that to me, She said I was just asking a question then completely ignored and stopped talking to me after.

Highly recommend if you are in the area. One of the cleaner, more organized stores in Springdale and one of the closest to the Fayetteville/ Springdale border line. Drive through also moves quickly. I was able to get in and out with my Margarita supplies. Cheers is a great stop with great selection and helpful staff.

Finally get up to her, thinking that she would at least be somewhat nice and hospitable, but was not greeted or treated with respect. Terrible customer service. I will be driving the extra couple miles to Pandoras bottle rather than coming here again. I would fire her in an instant if she was my employee.

Phenomenal beer selection! If you dont want to go to a giant megastore, Cheers has the best craft beer selection in the area. It isnt always stocked with every single variety, but you can almost guarantee the beers are fresh. They do a great job of walking the fine line between having too much expired beer, and having every new variety. Easy access off of Thompson with a traffic light as well. DO NOT COME ON SUNDAY IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP. SUNDAY IS FOR THE UNPREPARED CROWD WHO COULD HAVE BOUGHT BEER ON ANY OTHER DAY OF THE WEEK.

Fast service in the drive through so I dont have to get out of the car on my way home from work. The prices are good as well. My favorite part of cheers is if youre looking for a suggestion for a new beer or wine, theres always an employee near by to help answer your questions and make suggestions.

The place to go if you are in Fayetteville on a Sunday. Its the first location my friends think of to go on a run. Good selection of local beers and all the major players in terms of liquor. A little on the small side, but trust me, on a Sunday this will not be a factor!

A man that works there, I think his name was Koltin? Was blowing vape clouds in my face the entire time I was trying to check out, and kept asking me if I have tried CBD. They were also playing Mambo #5 over the store speaker so loudly it had to just put down my Mikes Hard Lemonade and leave the store. I would not recommend this store.

This place is always been really good after County Line stop selling my favorite brand of moonshine cheers is the only place that had it in stock.
