Today I went in the cricket store to purchase a phone and it was a consumer in there causing all types of hell... the cricket people was so nice and understanding... plus they really helped me out ....
Waited over 2 hours to switch services. I asked questions about the phones and they could not answer my questions. They did not ask me what phones numbers i wanted with what phone. I told them and then ended up with the wrong phone number and phone. They switched the phone for me but not the number and wanted to charge me extra when it was there mistake. I would not recommend this place. I have nothing against the company just wish the staff would be more knowledgeable and the manager would be more on top of things instead of drawing on the wall.
Went in Sunday with the family to switch 4 phone lines over from sprint. Family are all cool with the free phones but I let the guy know Im coming back Tuesday to get the S10 for myself. He says thats fine I can still get it for the bring your number price of 549.00. I get there today and they say they dont have any in stock, then called all the stores in the area. No one has it. I ask how long it would take them to order one so I can still get the discount price. She says maybe Friday but if not that Ill have to pay almost 800 for the same phone. So the guy Sunday lied to us just to get us to fork over 340 dollars. Not happy at all! Would not recommend to my worst enemy at this point.

I sat up auto pay and my bill was due the next day. Cricket charged me a $25 activation fee because they said in the fine print I should have seen auto pay would not be used. If I were a new customer they’d give me a phone and waive my activation fee but who cares about an existing customer right.
Years ago, we had a cricket phones and service. Not sure why we stopped and tried other services (from walmart to tmobile) cause each different phone service came with their own different problems (either with the phone or the service. Anyways, my wife and I came full circle right back to cricket. Should have never left.
Such a wonderful, patient, and extraordinary staff.I spent two hours at this store in an attempt to port my boyfriends phone from Straight Talk to Cricket.I was steaming mad at Straight Talk who deactivated the account as soon as they heard we were trying to switch out. Then told me I needed to put minutes on the phone when we already had minutes before They Deactivated the phone!!You can imagine how frustrating this became and Im so happy to have my boyfriend on my family share plan instead ofBoth Sam and Edith were super patient and in the end Edith saved the day. She was totally cool about things and got on the phone with straight talk for me.
I was told the LG Fortune 3 has 32 memory. It doesnt. I explained i needed 32 in order to use it. He told me it waa higher price but waa 32 so i could use it. I get to work. Start setting it up and find only a few of my apps can download ...its 16. Im furiois. They lied

Edith is amazing! Little did we know the struggle that we were gonna endure with switching plans. But Edith stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to help. She is a rockstar in customer service! I hope that Cricket recognizes her as an asset to their company. People like her are hard to come by. Id do what it takes to keep Ms. Edith around if I were you, Cricket.
Are you on the fence about switching to Cricket? Take my word: Do it! Dont go to just any Cricket location, go to this specific retailer at 901 S Thompson Street in Springdale. All of the employees I worked with there were great but Edith was above and beyond helpful. I was a mess of a customer - I had to come in about 3 different times (all through issues on my end, nothing at all negative about Cricket or the staff) and Edith was a customer service all-star every single time. She took time to help me understand the answer to all 47 questions I had and in the end, stayed well past closing time to help me iron out my complicated phone situation and be fully switched and up and running. She had a great attitude and was genuinely helpful. Shes a great asset to the Cricket team and I will not only continue to go there myself, but suggest that everyone I know go see Edith and make the switch as well.

I just wanted to add a line. The associate pointed out a deal they had that would save me money vs. keeping what I already had.Great service and way cheaper than the major carriers.
Horrible the guy was selling phones that’s we’re old with high prices and my phone that I have is more newer and it’s cheaper than the old one OMG

I paid my bill but they couldnt fix the problem with my phone. She tried really hard but failed.
This is absolutely impossible they are mean rude and where laughing at my English we guess who can text English this cricket it just a horrible mess and the guy that was laughing at me should get fired
