Brought 1 phone in to get a button fixed after calling several places in Fayetteville and came across Mathew’s store and by far was the best priced, quickest turnaround, and customer service the best in the cell phone repair industry. I mentioned i had 3 other phones that needed to get repaired and Mathew was quick to give me a great deal. I highly recommend to bring your phones for any issues to this business. Mathew owns the shop and he’s the man to give you a great deal at a great price!

Absolute legend, bought an XR a year back that was locked to a certain carrier and recently I wanted to switch it over but couldnt bc of that. He helped me unlock my phone for a cheap price and only took like 8 minutes.

Always helpful and really nice

Excellent service. Replaced the battery in my smart phone in less than an hour. Allowed me to observe every step of the way. My phone has a glass back and can break when removing. Other places I called informed me I should be prepared to pay for that too. Matt at Rogers Cellular said if he broke it, he would replace it. All went well, phone works like new. Good job Matt.

I had a awesome experience at Rogers Cellular.Abdul, my sale rep. knew a lot about phone issues and was very helpful.He wanst pushy at all.I would definitely recommends this place .

Fixed my phone fast and cheap. Also managed to damaged other stuff by using to glue when putting screen back together and then not taking responsibility when i came back. Deff would not recommend and will not be going back.

I have come here 2 times to repair both my iphone screen and my battery and both times I have gotten nothing but great service from the employees. Abdul had showed me great costumer service and behaved very kind and generous with me while I was waiting for the repairs to happen.

Bad service they charge cheap for a reason they replaced screen but damaged other parts of phone. I would definitely not recommend them.

Took my laptop to get fixed, they reinstalled windows for me. Then went back the other day and got an iPhone 6s and samsung s7 to get screens. iPhone done same day but Samsung took 5 days since they had to order the part. Great service!

Bundled my three devices and gave me a sweet deal. iPhone 5, iPhone 6, and iPhone 7 Plus screens work great and haven’t had any problems.

They weren’t able to fix my phone but only charged me $15 for all the work they did. I didn’t think it would be fixable with how bad it was but the guy was very nice, could tell he tried his best.

I have Samsung so they order part. Went well and didn’t take too long but wish they could have fixed it the same day. Best price I find tho.
