It could upgrade a lot. The place is dirty and smelly. Not to mention kids play there while parents get robbed. By that I mean the machines arent all fair when it comes to my coins for minutes.

Unbelievably clean, spotless facilities. The manager, Brandi, was incredibly hard working and meticulous. Excellent play area for the kids.

Its always kept clean but if you go after when the employees arent there. Of course you are going to come across some mess. _(Hey but there are some pretty messy individuals as well that do not know how to clean after themselves.) The playground area for the kids is nice. The kids have something to do when you are washing. Other than that, most tidiest laundromat here in the Dale.

Even on a Sunday I was able to get a washing machine then a dryer without waiting. They have a play area that is actually open and free wifi. The best laundromat Ive ever been to.

Outta all the laundry mats this one has always seem to be the cleanest always had the nicest people there, even when they had homeless hanging out there it was a blessing and very helpful.

Best laundromat Ive been to within this particular Northwest Arkansas region so far. Their dryers are slightly pricey, but at $2.00 for 24 minutes of super-fast maximum-heat drying time, theyre absolutely WORTH it! Definitely recommend going here if you have a lot of laundry that needs to be taken care of in a big hurry.

The bathroom is disgusting!!! I wouldnt have used it if i didnt have to go so bad!! But everything else is nice! Please clean the bathroom!! Also theirs not ANY hand soap!!

We do our laundry early in the morning, used to feel safe, but not so much anymore. You have men and women going in the same bathroom together doing who knows what, we have found syringes in the parking lot, there is always people sleeping up there. Someone needs to be there early in the morning around 6am to see exactly what goes on. We spend $50 to $60 a week here doing laundry, dont like having to watch over your shoulder the whole time. Also, if an attendant was there early, they would catch the lady from the laundry on Backus coming to get quarters, like $100 worth.

I like the place. Its convenient and clean to wash clothes! The owners did raise the prices on the washing machines and the large dryers and yes I did notice the increase of youre prices! Its getting expensive to wash clothes there!

Clean washers and dryers play area for kids is awesome.

This is a newer location so all the equipment is still in good condition. We go here for the great large washers and dryers and of course the very large indoor play area. We bring our grandchild so that she can run off that excess energy. Shes usually pretty tuckered by the time we leave. They keep it pretty clean and temperatures inside are pretty decent anytime of year. They also have a couple of TVs dedicated to a live feed of the play area so you can keep an eye on your kid while laundering.

Its a clean place to go to do your own laundry, but I will not try the cleaning service that is offered. We thought we would try it since we both work and life is just a little too busy. Thought it would be a nice little reprieve. So, I dropped off 3 loads of laundry in the afternoon. The young lady said they would get to it the next day and have it done at that time the next day. I thought that would be great!!I go to pick the laundry up the next day, same time I went the day before, 4:30pm. The door was locked to the service room.. I seen my empty basket, my laundry detergent and drier sheets, but no clothes. I call the number on the door and no answering service. ( Strange?)So I think, well, maybe there was an emergency and they had to leave, so I went to Harps and did some shopping and came back. When I got back, door still locked, number still just rings, but this time I notice my clothes in a drier. it looks like all 3 loads in one drier. I try to call the number again to no avail.... finally I see a couple over taking my clothes out of the drier. I walk over and ask if the girl worked there and she said yes. I told her that these clothes were mine and I had been by once already and couldnt reach anyone. She was very apologetic and offered to just charge for the wash since I told her I would fold them before they got wrinkled. I could tell just by the feel of my clothes that they were not washed by my detergent or my drier sheets. Lint from my towels were on all my black clothes and I dont even know if I got them all. She obviously didnt know anything either, she was too busy talking w the young man that was w her.... I paid the 7 dollars for the wash. AND I will not use that service again. If you work for a living and would just like a break from laundry, this is not the place for that peace of mind. They just put it all together, they do not use your supplies and no telling when you will get your laundry or if you will get all of it. No professionalism. Too bad too, it could be a profitable service. I mean, who wouldnt want that service available. Disapointed and tired

I love this place because me and you can clean your clothes and clean like other things that you really need like it if you dont really have a laundry at your house or apartment then you can go there and then you can clean your clothes or something that you had to clean thats good and thats what I really like quick and and clean laundry

If I could give 0 stars I would... Staff is rude had no change when I asked what to do she said I dont know what to tell you I dont have any she was more interested in talking to friends than helping paying customers. Bathrooms nasty poop on toilet paper all over floor. Very disappointed.
