For the remainder of my years in NWA, I won’t choose another garage door company other than Royal Overhead Door.My wife and I were almost swindled out of thousand of dollars because of another local company. Thank God we called for a second opinion. The owner came out, fixed the door at zero cost, and left. We had to beg him to charge us something because he saved us thousands of dollars.Kudos to you guys for remaining honest and efficient during times when people are bending honesty for the almighty dollar.

We called becuase one of the tensioner springs jumped and caused the door to stay slanted. It bent the railing moved the door sensor a few rollers fell out. I honestly thought I was going to need a new door or rails. But nope the guy came out and he fixed it. He made it look too easy. It took him less than 15 mins if that. I will for sure be calling them for any garage needs later in the future.
