This company has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. They didnt call us to update us on the status of our door, even after having to wait 5 months for it to come in. We were originally told 7-10 weeks. I had to call them numerous times to get updates and then once it was in, they didnt let me know. They just told me to keep checking back until eventually I called and it was ready. After installation, the door was solid but the grids inside jiggle around. It looks ridiculous when we open/ close the door because they shake inside. They said theyd order us a new one (which we had to call numerous times to find out when it was in) and it was worse than the first one. The installation guys were rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them to have to be here. I was told by my sister that they had bad customer service but good products so I decided to go ahead and go with them. Big mistake. I think its sad when a company of this size is known for how awful they treat their customers. A good product is all they have going for them but customer service goes a long way. They really should figure this out!

We have been researching window replacement for our 30 year old home for several months. Reached out to Window World of the Ozarks and was put in contact with Jeff Hannah. Jeff came out and demonstrated their window product and after comparing with several other companies that we had inquired about decided to go with Jeff to replace our older drafty builders grade windows. Joe & his crew called when the windows arrived and were ready to be installed. They replaced 16 windows in less than 8 hours. Very impressed with their skill and the installed product. We could tell the difference immediately. Much less heat was entering the residence. Can hardly wait to see what savings we might see on our cooling and heating bills later this winter. Thanks Jeff and the staff of Window World of the Ozarks.P.S. On a side note, we were so impressed with their service & product that we decided to use them to replace our old faded & damaged vinyl siding with the newer insulated brand that they sell and install. That should really help on the heating & cooling costs. Can hardly wait for the installation date.

Ok well this is a long story. First of all we have given this business over 8,000 dollars in April and NO work has been done yet. They will be doing siding, gutters, and shutters which I no they will be contracting out. But here comes the problem, since April we havent heard from them at all. My husband has had to call them and see what the issue is, and actually took off a day of work to go to the business. All we keep getting is that they havent or cant get the product in. But instead of just asking us to pick different colors they say nothing. I understand that all this is due because if covid but I did expect some kind of professionalism when it came to communicating with us. This has been a horrible experience for us and it doesnt help that its our first time ever doing such a big project with such alot of money . And we still owe them another large amount when or if we have it done. At this point I would like my money back because I just dont trust them anymore with doing the work but if u read the contract u are pretty much locked in. But if they were a good company they would let us out of this mess.. please make sure u are using a company that will communicate things with you before you sign a darn contract. This is ridiculous. This is the second time I have used Window World on older residences. I cant begin to describe the quality of the workmanship, professional appearance, and courtesy of the repairmen when my windows were replaced . Outstanding work and very pleasing upgrade to both an older home and a used trailer. l highly recommend Window World for all your needs. The entire staff, in and out of the office, is very customer oriented and accommodating.

Had a back door installed and water leaked the first time it rained and several other times until we installed a storm door ourselves. We did not want the new door or our new floor to be ruined by the water leak and they were not resolving the issue. We called and they came out and adjusted threshold but continued to leak. Came out a second time, and could not get to the door on time to open it and when I did, they were gone. Third time they came and the guy took some pictures of water damage to the door and also took a part of our storm door. He did not know where the water was coming from but said he would show the pictures and try to figure it out. He did not have to take the part of the storm door since it was not installed by them, but said he would replace it anyway. That was nice of him, only we never heard back from him. We have called a few times since then trying to get a manager involved and the people said they would call us back but we still have not had this issue resolved. It has been about 9 months since we have tried to get this resolved. We have been very patient but I am not so sure we will ever get this resolved.

This company Window World of the Ozarks in Springdale, AR is beyond Horrible. The WORST customer service we have Ever experienced with any company. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, anytime!!We ordered a patio door, and paid half down in September 2020. We just now, April 2021 got our door installed. They NEVER CALLED us to update the order situation, we always had to call them to ask about our door installation! They always blamed the delay onCOVID. Eight months after ordering a door is excessive. If they would have informed us beforehand that there was going to be an eight month delay, we would have NEVER placed an order. I’m sure they knew there was a delay when we ordered, they just never let us know. My husband and others we know work in the construction and service industry, and have not had materialsdelayed for over eight months, so blaming it on COVID is inaccurate and false.When our door finally did come in, the installer found that all the hard wear was not with the door!!!The Entire experience with Window World of the Ozarks in Springdale, AR was a nightmare. They didn’t even reduce the price after the horrible customer service, having to wait over 8 months for installation, and inadequate product!!!We will NEVER BUY FROM THEM, and NEVER recommend them!!!PLEASE be forewarned, DO NOT USE them for any purchase!0 stars

Very unimpressed/annoyed. Was told to recieve a call when they were on the way to install the windows. Woke up at 830 to them work on our windows with even noticing. Very unprofessional/chaotic/unorganzed operation. I dont know how organized anything is with this company.

Awful customer service. The old man who they sent out to give me an estimate was super nice, but he tried his hardest to upsell me on renovations and products I didn’t need. He promised to get me the estimate by mid week, but after a month I still have heard from him. I called him and he apologized and said he’ll get it to me by the next day. It’s been about three weeks now and I haven’t heard from him. Well, I will call someone else.

I have had a terrible experience with Window World from the beginning. The man they sent over to give me an estimate was grumpy and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I mentioned I was interested in getting another door besides the one I was getting the estimate on and he blew me off so I went to Lowe’s and bought two doors from them. The salesman from window world said it would come in in two weeks. After a month, I called Them and Tamara said my door had come in last week, but they had been “ busy busy”. I’m thinking, I don’t care how busy you are I paid for the door and I want it installed. I had to call 3 times to get someone out to install door. When I got home from work the 800$ door I paid for didn’t lock! It’s been over a week now, several technicians have been out and my door is still not locking. I would not recommend window world to anyone and I will never use them again. It’s been a total nightmare

As of yesterday, they have replaced every window in our older home. Mike was wonderful and the installers all worked quick and efficiently. Would highly recommend and will use in the future if ever needed.

Do not use Window World on your project! Another night last night of being up late because all my windows are leaking, and I am covering my new wood window casings with towels to soak up the large amounts of water coming through the windows. We went with Window World because they have a great sales pitch and lifetime warranty. We had them install 29 windows for $18K on our new build addition project. Since we had installation on April 23rd these windows have leaked. We have pleaded with the company to either re-install or replace the windows and they have refused without reason and asked that we move forward with siding and project completion. We even paid $350 for an inspector to come out and document the poor window installation on May25th prior to siding being installed. Window World acknowledged the leaking and instead of standing by their “lifetime warranty” they told us (in e-mail) that the windows are not water proof. They also acknowledged the faulty product by replacing the window sashes but not the entire window. Here we are today, months later with no resolution and water everywhere. The last conversation with the owner of this company he tried to blame the siding, instead of just standing by the warranty. I have already verified siding was installed properly. I am now filing a lawsuit against this company as I have been documenting every step of this issue but just hope no one else has to go through this mess in the future!

Prompt service, quality installation, overall very courteous people at Window World. Installers were professional and great to work with! They even pointed out some wet wood under the siding in order for us to get this issue taken care of before more damage occurs. Very happy with our new windows; simply beautiful!

I cant say enough about the quality of the windows and blinds and the expertise of Richard, the installers Jose & Luis, and Ken Brown who installed the blinds. The ladies at the store were great too! These folks went above & beyond to be sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Window World!

The previous owner of our home purchased the windows in 2003. When we bought the home, we paid $50.00 to have the warranty transferred to us. One window had moisture and mold inbetween the glass. I called Window World and had a new window ordered and installed without any cost to us. The employees were so nice. It was easy and quick to get our new window.

Very friendly staff and AWESOME service . I purchased 7 WINDOWS from them and my Wife loves them especially when we can have either top or bottom open for air you can switch the screen to top or bottom. We have the ones in the back on top keeping dogs jumping on them

This is an amazing company to work for and I miss my Window World family very very much.

Window world has failed to install functioning windows in our home for over six months now. When they first installed our windows they leaked they tried on seven different occasions to get them to stop leaking and when they couldnt they told me to have my siding contractor to go ahead an install the siding and that should fix it. Also at some point during that conversation he told me your window are supposed to leak. So I documented everything hired an inspector on my dime to document everything and then had the siding installed. Window world had their factory field rep out to inspect the windows and they drafted a wonderful letter blaming everyone but their windows, once I pointed out that one of the windows didnt even have a locking mechanism and two were missing weather stripping they finally attempted to address the window issues and replace a couple parts. Guess what there are still at least 5 windows leaking on my house and Anton now blames the siding and roofing. Ive worked with them for over six months, Ive paid for inspections, Ive pointed out what I would consider rather obvious issues that window world overlooked and still they fail to take ownership and give any type of effort in resolving the issue. Save yourself the trouble, go anywhere else they will sell you on quality and warranty but it isnt true, everyone makes about the same quality of window these days there is nothing proprietary about their windows and they wont stand behind their product anyways. Weve started down the path of legal action against Window world Ill update the review as it progresses.Edit #1Window world has had every opportunity to do the right thing thier response below is only a front for the internet. They have made no effort to do thier due diligence and understand the issue the only thing theyve fixed are blatant issues I discovered on my own. No attempt to fully inspect and understand the problem. They also have not contacted me with a plan for how to understand and fix the problem. No more patch jobs monkeying around with my windows. I paid for brand new installed windows that function and serve the purpose of keeping the weather outside. Stop patching these defective windows and replace them. If you want to keep pretending like you are trying so hard to take care of your customers I can post all the emails, texts, phone calls, inspections, pictures and videos from the last six months and let the internet decide.

Their prices on windows are good but they have been very slow at quoting our siding.

After our house fire on Christmas Eve 2017, Window World was kind enough to donate 6 windows to replace the ones that had been destroyed in the fire. Thank you so much Window World! We love the new windows!
