HF used to have really good deals IF you realized that everything there has at least one flaw. It you can get around that its worth it. As of late they have been pricing themselves out of the deal category. I get tools from here that I dont care if they get broke or lost.... My reliable stuff comes from other sources. Ill give 4 stars only cause Ive dealt with them since their first store in Cali before they expanded.

As always, cheap tools and limited supply. However, the prices continue to increase gradually. Chain binders for equipment used to be worth the trip. This time, same price as TSC.

Awesome selection of so many DIY tools, parts, and oddball stuff you didnt think to buy before but would be very useful to use. Clean restrooms. Friendly, knowledgeable employees you dont have to hunt for for anything. Theyre all constantly moving around on the salesfloor...happy to help you even when you catch them busy stocking or straightening. Great store, Harbor Freight!!!

Really like Harbor Freight. They have always treated me well. I picked up a new basic 301 Piece Tool Kit saving $140, so I am really happy about that.

Its always clean. Great place for deals! They can send you coupons and then scan them from your phone when you get there :) I saved $21 out of $43 on my last visit! Do recommend 🙂

Crowded tool store with lots of basic tools. Nothing high quality enough to be considered heavy duty, but it could fill a hobbyists garage with a decent assortment. Reasonably priced. The store does appear to have some randomness, for example: ooga horns. I dont know when Ill ever need an ooga horn, but if I need one I know to come here.

This place has awesome deals everything is so affordable I come here for my day-to-day tools and anything else I may find while Im shopping around :-).

The best service ever

We bought a few items. Supervisor checked us out. We bought a really heavy safe. Tried putting in the little cart, cart tipped over. We asked for help when we were checking out and supervisor just ignored us. There were tons of stuff in the isles, it was hard to navigate a shopping cart. We enjoy shopping here but will return to a different location with better customer service.

I do a lot of business with HF stores. As a general rule I love doing business with HF. But this store in Springdale has constantly over the last year failed in customer service. I have tried multiple times now to pick up things at this store only to find out they are out of stock even after checking on line for in store availability. Then have spoke with store associates and even a manager today that could care less. Apparently they make enough money here that they dont need mine.

They have air much and very good prices.If you buy something and it stop working just take it back and if your within 90 days or have bought the warranty then problem solved.the people that work there are very helpful and friendly, they really take care of the customers. Great Place to get what you need and save big money

Love Harbor Freight. Yes some items are cheaply made, but many are quality materials at a great price. I take advantage of coupons as much as possible. The staff are usually pretty helpful and try to take care of any issues you may have and some of them have been there a while, so they know what they are doing.

I really enjoy Harbor Freight. People tend to no like it because its often cheap Chinese tools, but people dont realize that many of their other tools may have also been made in China and assembled here, or assembled there. So far, Harbor Freight has not done me wrong, and has allowed me to save money on fixing my truck. I always enjoy coming here and seeing what I could get. American made is not synonymous with quality!

Cheap tools and things at very low prices. Careful what you pick up, as you get what you pay for. Most tools they sell are single use or light duty, but a clamp is a clamp, if it holds. An aluminum straight edge is pretty much the same if you buy it for 10 bucks or 50. Great place to fill out your tool kit. I needed shop gloves and sandpaper. Cannot beat $1 for a pack of sand paper. Just dont expect to last long

Low cost supplies always available

This place is really bad about prices, on the shelf the price says 5.99 but when you go to pay for it it rings up 8.99. Shelf price says 99 cent but rings up for 1.99. Theres nothing on the shelf about needing a card or anything just a white tag. When you call them on it they act like youre trying to pull something. They dont even go back to check the price. Theres lots of other places around here that sell tools and for the listed price I just go there now.

You really cant beat this place for tools, and work supplies. You can watch tool tests on YouTube and watch the results for yourself. A lot of the time, tools from here out perform the big, very expensive, names. Some hand tools have a lifetime warranty on top of that. You will most definitely get more bang for your buck here than anywhere else.

Habor freight home of cheap tools.me and the wife went there for specific items.a shop broom, standup air compressor,shop work bench.staff was friendly and helped as much as they could had no problem with broom,now for the down side they were out of stock on work bench would not sale me the display model would not order me 1 for in store pick up the air compressor ended up buying 1 but it was not the 1 I had picked out the sign said close out special well they didnt have any in stock close out to me means your not getting anymore again they wouldnt sale me the floor display well I say take the signs down if you dont have it or cant get it

People with wheelchairs would like to shop there too. Mom couldnt find any electric carts for me.

They have quality tools at really good prices they also have homeowners tools that the home owner may only use once in awhile there a blower quality but the homeowner could spend $20 on a Sawzall instead of $100 on a Sawzall show it all depends on what you want from there and the people are very helpful and theres always a little free discount giveaways every week
