They have two cash registers, usually just one cashier, the line is always super long, I am a farmer and usually dont have time to wait, Im not just here buying bird seed.

My daughter went to get propane for heating our RV it is 0 degrees outside and the manager had the nerve to tell her they didnt have anyone that could help her if your the mgr you should have taken care of it yourself I will never buy another thing from their com pool any again

They were so nice, informative and helpful ! I called before going and I tried keeping it short and simple to rush off the phone but whomever assisted me was not trying to rush me and did not mind looking for what I needed. Once I arrived to the store the cashier was so polite and informed me on how to use the instrument I bought correctly! I’ve never been to such a lovely tractor co! Keep up the great work!

Visited this store January 24, 20 right before closing. Prices pretty high, best to price match to get a descent price. The cashier named Hunter wouldnt greet me or thank me for the purchase, wouldnt hardly speak, not a good representative for Tractor supply. Good products, barely recommend.

This store is a dangerous place to shop during a pandemic. Avoid it if at all possible. I would give it zero stars if I could. There was no curbside service all day yesterday because the TSC website was down all day. I saw no employees in the store wearing masks or gloves or practicing social distancing. The store did not seem all that clean and the messy aisles were not conducive to social distancing. The only employee who I saw wearing a mask was outside the store. Aside from her, the service was terrible. Rude. Dangerous.I had to go inside the store because no employee would come to the door to take my order, no employee would take an order over the phone, and the website was down all day. The order was simple - five bags of horse feed. I’ll buy it some place else next time and recommend you do the same.

I want to say thank you to Amy, who I believe is the manager. I came today during a busy time to pick up my online order and had to wait awhile. As I watched all of the people going into the store without masks on I was grateful for the curbside pick up service so I could stay in my truck. Amy brought my feed out and loaded it, apologizing for my wait. She must have been tired, but was unfailingly courteous. Thank you so much for your hard work during this challenging time. I appreciate you!

Only complaint was employees need to stay off their phones when working the register

They Advertise 2 gas cans for 30 but only have one....good gimmick because they wont sell you the one for $15 even though they say they dont have 2. Went to purchase 2. Dont plan on purchasing the one for 20.

Dangerous place to shop. So many people with out masks. Employees had masks on below their noses.

I like the one in Bentonville better, honestly. I feel that the layout is better, staff are more friendly and helpful, & theres a better selection as well... I still give it 4 stars because I love having a local Tractor Supply Company, and they have a lot of great products with most being very realistic, financially.

I like the store but the long waits to check out get old. Two registers, one new checker, three other associates talking in the back.

Friendly service, items usually stocked well. But the cashiers dont know the inventory and like to over price the items your purchasing costing you more than expected. You as the customer should do what I usually do and use your cell phone to take a pic of the items price and upc tag. Then theres no mistaking the proper prices.

We love to go in there & look around. They have interesting things even home decor!Everyone is always helpful & very friendly.

Good place quailty items offered. My only issue is cashier is checking me out and a couple other female employees come to her interrupt my transaction to talk about dirty bathrooms. Evidently other customers putting sensors down the toilet. I understand but carry on that conversation without me Im going home youre getting paid

This place has went to hell. Ordered things online and when I went to pick them up no one would help and I had to return the next day. On that day I told the managers about it and they didnt even have a comment. The last 3 times I have been in there the girl at the register has been very unfriendly. Yesterday she even walked away from the checkout with me in line to go visit with a friend. Store needs and employee shake up

Wondering when Springdale Arkansas TSC started selling empty tote boxes for $1 apiece?? Per assistant manager Eric, they have always sold them ?? I Literally rescued them from compactor & have never had to pay for them ever before. If they are selling them how do they ring that up with no barcode & as the boxes are not on the sales floor available to buy? Is Johnathan McJunkins still the district manager?? Does Johnathan know they are making cash on empty boxes from recycle compactor ?? I also know TSC normally makes $12 per bale that weighs approx 900pounds!! I know Recycled cardboard sells for $30 a ton!! I plan on contacting other local stores to see if they are trying to sell them too!! I want TSC to clarify this new policy and if it is not the policy,, Eric needs investigated to see how much cash he is pocketing on this weekly! Please answer my concerns. Thank you.

I called ten minutes ago to inform them I am here for my curbside order and Im still sitting here waiting.Ive also seen about a half dozen people enter and exit without masks. We are currently under a state-wide mandate requiring masks in all stores.Not a safe place to shop during a pandemic.

Home town feel.TSC is also an animal friendly store. Our puppy accompanies us on each visit.They are so kind when she gets a little excited and tinkles. They smile and say,no problem, we will clean that up right away.Having moved to the area within the past year we are blown away by suchsuperior service and willingness to service their patrons.

I missed purchasing an item at my local TSC. It was a closeout and not available online, but I was able to find it at the Springdale, AR, store, 120 miles from home.We were going to be vacationing in the area so I called and asked them to hold it for me which is a common practice.I told them I could not pick it up for 3 days and was told that was acceptable.We went 20 miles out of our way on the way home only to find they did not hold my item.I am NOT happy with the Springdale Tractor Supply Co.

I used to shop at Tractor Supply on a weekly basis when I had my horses I always bought migraine there theyre always helpful and friendly. Yesterday I stopped by because I knew they had some rain boots on sale and thats just what I was looking for and I need some more mass so I dont get full of allergens when Im mowing.

Staff & management are great. They made our shopping experience fun plus, quality merchandise.

This store, in this location serves as not only the local farm store but also the local hardware store. The staff are very friendly and helpful, most have animals, stock and or farms.

Attempted to buy a kayak online for in store pick up. When trying to call to verify kayak was in stock I was placed on hold twice for over 10 minutes each time before phone disconnected. Upon arriving to the store I was told there was not one in stock.
