When I came home from work this past Friday I noticed immediately that the heat had not been coming on. I checked the thermostat and it was reading 60 while it was set at 67. I called Cloverleaf Mechanical immediately and they were able to come out right away. The technician arrived within ten minutes, was wearing a mask, and had shoe covers on as not to track the elements into our house. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within a half hour. He was professional, respectful of our property, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cloverleaf Mechanical to anyone, whether youre looking for a new heating or air conditioning unit or just in need of some maintenance/repair work. Cloverleaf installed a tankless water heater. They installed new AC last year and they service my furnace for me. They did an excellent job on both installations. They are always prompt & courteous. There was a delay in shipping some of the parts and kept me informed of the status at all times

I was very pleased with Cloverleafs service and timeliness. We were without A/C during a hot period and had young children at home. Cloverleaf worked quickly to help find a solution and did a great job with the install. Cloverleaf has always been our go-to-service for maintaining our old system. Well the old system died this year and Cloverleaf had to replace it. They gave us tons of options, explained the benefits and downsides of all the options. Options ranged from just replacing the bad outside unit to a complete replacement of the outside and inside unit. Additionally, they gave us all the analysis for energy saving for a new system versus trying to keep the old one going.They did an excellent job! Excellent Service -- I have used Cloverleaf Mechanical since the business started. At the present time I use them for both Residential and commercial service work. I have always been very happy with their service and their response times.With regard to some of the other comments, Cloverleaf has worked to try and make and tweak adjustments to our controls verses just installing a new control with would run close to $2,000.00. They just come in and replace parts and hope that fixes the problem. They analyze all the possible sources and then make the repairs as needed.

Whether dealing with the office, or field personnel, Cloverleaf Mechanical is the best I have encountered in the field.

I filed a Better Business Claim with this Company. Horrible Horrible customer service. Calls never returned. I kept following up with them and never got a refund of any kind. After paying for a regular yearly cleaning service their Tech did something that caused a freeze up and our lower level family room and bedroom flooring was destroyed by water damage.Then on our bill I said I was over charged and she said I was charged for a repair on top of services?? I didn’t have anything broke to be fixed? They didn’t care to come look at the damage . Didn’t even give me a refund for services the tech charged falsely on. The Tech and a guy Wes or Les no longer work for them upon my last complaint to them. I was going to take them to court but had to much going on.

Ron Jr was put to do a clean and inspect on our air conditioning. He was very curtious friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions looked system over thoroughly and gave us a great service for a great price. Worth every penny to have these folks out again for all our heating and air needs.

I called this company on December 11th to come over to repair my furnace. The scheduled the appointment for 3pm. I asked them to call me to give a window time and the lady acted like she didn’t know what window time meant, she later said she could do that during the conversation. I waited for the call around 2pm waited until 2:45pm for a call no call came through. Then I called them around 3:15pm when no call no show happened. I didn’t get a answer but a busy signal. I waited and waited by 4:30pm still no call or no show and the office number still rang busy. I called Kelly’s Heating and Air out of Dayton, OH and I explained to the guy on the phone my experience with this company and he said he could come right away. He did come which was shocking considering the fact they are in Dayton. His service call was cheaper and very understanding and his cost was way cheaper than what I expected this company to probably charge. I will never recommend this company at all to anyone who needs air or heat service.😡 plus I will report this same information to the BBB.

They came out to fix our AC at our house. Very honest people and great to deal with. They know what they are doing and had us up and running in less than an hour.

The technicians did a phenomenal job of diagnosing and repairing my Aprilaire model 1850 dehumidifier that was damaged in shipment. I will use Cloverleaf Mechanical for HVAC services in the future and highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY. Gave me a bill for a service call and repair. No problem until they charged the landlord almost three times the original bill. They modified the original bill to compensate for their second visit to fix an issue that was missed by the service technician servicing the unit.

Never hired them, but had a somewhat of a mixed encounter. Called on a Sat to find out if they serviced water softeners, the call center didnt know. Got a call on Monday and someone came out on Thursday, the truck he was in said nothing about plumbing, only HVAC. Quoted me a price for the repair that was hiring than the cost of the existing unit and never quoted me a replacment as i had requested. Although any emails on my part were quickly responded to

Will never refer or call them for another repair on my heat or a/c issues again. Blower motor went out tech came out charged me 125 because was a weekend which is more than most charge and was quoted a price for part that was higher than most. Was told dont have part til Monday will call early morning to come and install. Wife withh heart issues sat and waited until 2 in the afternoon with no call or show. I called to see what was going on now mind you the manufacturers warranty is 5 years my furnace is 7 years old. The lady tells me and they know the unit is 7 years old that she has 2 notes one saying call manufacturer it may still be under warranty and another saying cant locate part. There are 2 places in town that sell the parts for my furnace. Anyway they didnt have the balls to call me and say that they couldnt find the part. Will be sending this information to BBB also.
