We replaced a 25 year old furnace and air unit with a new high efficiency Lennox unit. The hole that was left from my old unit was too big for the new one. Most companies would have put metal flange around the old unit to seal the gap, they built an airtight base to fit my new furnace perfectly. They built a custom box for my filters with foam insulation. Everyone especially David, was professional, knowledgeable, and did one of the most complete jobs I have seen. The next day they called me to get some information - they were filing my Utility rebates for me, getting me back $800!! Would recommend this company to anyone!

I highly recommend this company.  I had a furnace problem and received their name from a friend. Same day service, accurately diagnosed the problem, found the part, and repaired it same day at a fair price.  Best part not one time did they try to upsell me on a furnace or a service plan (common practice with other companies).  I will use/recommend again.

Wow! Very impressive! Elfonzo, Jeremy and on the last day Justin were fantastic! It was already a very reasonable bid but by the time they were done it turned out to be in amazing value due to the quality of work done. There was even a large part of my trunk that was rotted and they did the right thing by replacing it. I will recommend this company to everyone I speak to.

Our air conditioner stopped working and a friend recommended Signature Called them Tuesday they arrived on Wednesday. The technician was very professional, good Covid19 safety and just as nice as can be. He fixed the problem quickly. We will definitely used Signature again.

This is the best place . I am so lucky I decided to use them I almost made the wrong decision that would have cost me double the price would have been a small fortune. Short story I was all in with another company. I was straight forward with them explained to them that I was in the same line of work but in the automotive industry I know all the sales tactics and didnt mind them at all I get it. I may have made the mistake of saying Im all in right away I knew I was paying way more than what I was supposed to but what I wanted to buy was the peice of mind and the fact that I have no time whatsoever because of my job and family. I did not want to have to utilize my time to research everything. That if I was going to utilize any time that I didnt have to begin with I may as well call a few other places and do my research on the equipment. No problem the deal was done the price was agreed upon. The next morning while getting ready for work I figured Id stumble on the ole trusty inter web for a few seconds and check the manufacturers website. To my surprise everything I was getting seemed to me like it was 5 years old and maybe it wasnt but the technology of the items on the HVAC manufacturers website didnt appear to be what I was getting. So I asked a simple question a favor you could say. I was fine with whatever I was getting fine with the small fortune I was playing but didnt seem to grasp the concept of spending almost 12k on old technology. I only want to do this once. I do not want to be replacing everything again in 3 years like Ive seen people do. So I then was a bit upset and took it upon myself to do a little more research and didnt really like getting almost the lowest grade equipment for the price I would have paid for the luxury equipment it didnt make any sense. I wanted to stay with the manufacturer and on their website they show another dealer in our area so I decided to contact them and see what they had to say and WOW I am so happy I did because Justin was instantly trustworthy by being a human. I guess the other guys didnt realize its 2020 and anyone can get on the internet and look anything up within seconds or maybe they thought I was stupid and wouldnt notice the lowest grade equipment because when they showed it to me on their laptop it had a green background and looked like the mid grade stuff while the other had yellow and red background well guess what Im not a toddler I explained to then Im in the same line of work if you want to use sales tactics go for it I dont use them at my job I am straight forward to the point honest and in the customers best interest at all times weather it makes me money or cost me money because I want people to come back the other guys Im sure wanted us to come back but the guy sitting in front of me could care less as long as he was chuck chinggging up his pockets. Sorry for the long reviews or to even rant but telk me how Justin and his guys got me the best of the best the Cadillac even of equipment for half the price ? I am willing to pay good money for what I get you get what you pay for right? Well I paid for trust honesty piece of mind and I paid for someone who cares. Justin and the entire team explained to me how everything works so I could understand what I was buying. Justin is very trustworthy straight forward honest and actually cares. These guys actually do care! And I could never Thank them enough for what they have done for myself my wife and my two little girls my HVAC was 48 years old and could have cracked a heat exchanger at any time and leaked and killed my family. My HVAC was working great but to have the piece of mind that my family is safe you can bet that Signature will be watching over them if Im not around. Thank you to each and every person working for Signature. You can not go wrong I promise out of everyone these are the guys you want. Thanks again!

They did not charge us for an estimate, we got a new heating and cooling system from him about five years ago, there was a couple of issues that he had to come back and address no big things just things that were not in his control, did not charge us and was super nice. We highly recommend this company. One evening after hours our heater stopped working and my husband was out of town I called them up and he was at my house within an hour and had the problem fixed it was just a wire. No charge.

Cant say enough positive stuff about the whole Signature team, the in office staff, the estimator, and the install team. They are all amazing, patient and knowledgeable! They just installed a whole new system in my house, and wow what a difference its made on day one. It has been a very easy go with scheduling and install, couldnt be happier. Im always nervous making big purchases but Im glad i went with Signature

Justin must have the patience of a saint. He graciously answered a thousand questions while we were deciding which company to use for a whole new system. He even honored a quote hed given us years before! His crew was polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. When we werent happy with the cosmetic appearance of a new return, they fixed it. Heck, Andrew actually fixed it....wasnt happy with his own fix....and fixed it again! Professional, patient men whom I would recommend and use again. Thank you!

This company is the best in town when it comes to heat and air. They went above and beyond to find the problem with my central air quickly and gave me the best quote I could find on a full coil replacement. This will be the first place I call on any future heat and air needs that I have. I just wish they did roofs and as well! :)

I have used Signature before when we have had issues with our heating or air. Today. I called at 2:20 in the afternoon and the lady who answered the phone couldnt have been nicer. She went above and beyond checking with a technician to see if he could come out today. She called back with a yes and from the time I called and the time the technician left my house after fixing my air, it was less than 1.5 hours! The technician, David, was very nice and professional and fixed the problem easily and efficiently. I am always pleased with the company! Definitely recommend!

The best HVAC experience we have ever had! Justin came to our home almost two years ago and gave us an estimate to replace our furnace and AC. We decided to wait until we had a catastrophic failure with our current system before we replaced it. Last week our furnace finally quit for good. Justin came back out to give us a new estimate and honored the quote from two years ago which was nearly $400 less. They were outstanding from start to finish and had our new high efficiency Lennox furnace and AC system installed in a day and a half. Alfonzo, the installer was professional, respectful and attentive to detail. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough great things about this company. We will absolutely do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Does not do free estimates as advertised. Asked them to come give us an estimate and then they charged us for a service call. Beware.
