I apologize for not remembering the gentlemans name, but I spoke to a mechsnic at northeast shop and he had one of the most professional suggestions to mess with my fuel pumps and sump pumps and everything he suggested went right together and my diesle that sat for 2 weeks is now up and running smooth and she was before and save me a massive tow bill and shop bill. These guys know exactly what theyre doing when it comes to diesel. I would never take our truck anywhere else. Always lets us know exactly what theyre doing and what the price will be before work is done. Always fair priced, never over charged or told extra work is needed for additional money. Came in to get my truck checked out because I thought I was hearing something off. One of the staff members took the time to do a thorough inspection at no charge. Great customer service and great way to do business, I’ll be back if I ever need to.

Its obvious they dont want to be bothered by phone calls. I recommend just going over there. Do not act like you know whats wrong with your diesel, they will tell you, thats why you go to them! Right?

Only reputable diesel shop in tbe area in my opinion. Had them do multiple things to several truck over the years. Had a break down recently and called for advice. Super helpful and I got up and running. They didnt make a dime but still happy to help. Thats service. Give them a try!

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel and was having a problem when I would press on the accelerater, took the truck into Northeast Diesel and they diagnosed a bad injector pump. I had them not only replace the pump but had bought new injectors that I was going to try and replace myself but after seeing where #5 and 6 were decided to see if they would replace them as well.They did a great job and helped to save my camping trip on Memorial day weekend, I would highly recommend them to any diesel owner.Note: I am a former Chevrolet/Oldsmobile service manager and used this shop when needing warranty work on the 5.7 and 6.2 diesel injector pumps.

Great team to deal with. I operate my own diesel shop and have frequent dealings with Northeast with parts and testing injectors. Even though we both work in the same market Northeast has always lent a hand when needed. If it’s parts or getting injectors tested it’s always fast. Glad to be able to work with a shop that is considered “Competition” If they treat another shop this well in the same area, imagine how well they treat their customers? Great team.

Awesome place great staff / good quality work

I can’t rate the mechanic ability but I can say that they were booked up for two weeks and recommended me to another shop that was able to get my truck in and out and back to work so in part we’re still helpful

I was very disappointed, but also proud of them.As a business owner myself, I try and extend as much grace to businesses as possible, because I understand the pressure and things that we face in trying to stay on top of everything.Let me explain: I had my 2006 F250 truck there for a hot no start condition, and they said they would get to it within 2 weeks, and then after that I called them every 2 weeks and Rick always said it would be the next week. Took 5 months before I got the truck back with a new HPOP and oil cooler.I drove it for 1) month and it left me stranded with a hot no start condition, just like it was when I first brought it to them.Brought it back, and they said they would get to it within 2 weeks. Same story all over again, only this time it was more like 8 months, and every time I called he said next week.I was very disappointed in how long it took them, and that they didnt keep their word on timing, but I know how it goes sometimes.So after over a year of sitting in their shop in total, they finally got it finished and it ran great (it was the injectors this time).They did not charge me any more then the going rate, even though I know they took a significant loss trying to diagnose it.So I am proud of them for not charging all that time, because I know that stinks because I do the same in my business and sometimes take a significant loss.This was the second truck I had there, and they did great on the first one, but I was just very disappointed with how long it took them, as I know they were putting it off. Trust me, i know how that goes.Anyway, I would go back to them again, and would recommend them, but it would come with a warning.They do great work, and I appreciate them doing the right thing in not charging more just because it took them so long.

These guys do amazing work. I wont reccomend anywhere else to anyone. Honest guys, honest work, and honest price.

They are rude and apparently too busy for new customers. I am not sure why anyone would go here. The people at Bailey Diesel are far better, faster and the people are actually nice. I am sure diesel repair can be a tough business but this place does not need, want or appreciate your business. If you go there, you will find out what I mean. There are far better choices in the Springfield market.

Truck broke down in Nixa and I told tow truck driver that I would gladly pay a higher tow bill than to take it to the diesel shop in Nixa (the big one). He recommended Northeast Diesel and Im glad he did! Turned out to only be a loose wiring harness and they did not charge me a penny to fix it. Rick was super nice took the time to show me what happened. I will gladly drive the extra distance to take my truck here in the future.
