They tell you like it is, they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. They fix your car and bests of all they are extremely polite and professional. Couldn’t recommend more.

My heater was not working on my 2017 Trax. I was terrified of what the cost would be and how long it would take. I took it at 8:00 a.m and received back by 3:00 p.m on the same day. The price was well below what I had thought it would be from googling repair costs on the internet.Caleb was so pleasant and gives the best customer service. I will definitely be using them again when the need arises and will recommend to all my friends .I got much better service and cost than I could have taking it to the dealership.

I take my Chevrolet Volt there because they do such a great job! Kaleb is so nice and professional, and they have a comfy waiting room if youre there for a bit. They always get me in and out, and do a wonderful job on electric/hybrids!

Wow! I have to say I was extremely pleased with the service I received here. The mechanics explained everything to me, including cost, so there was never a surprise at checkout. They were friendly, fast, and affordable; all of the things I consider when taking my car to be repaired! I cant say enough about how happy I have been with my multiple experiences at this shop! I recently bought a 2007 Jeep Patriot. It was in pretty good shape. However, I started hearing some noises in the front part of the vehicle.I took it to A Meineke shop to figure out what the issue was. When I got the estimate to fix it, the price was almost $1300 to replace both Control Arm and Ball Joint Assemblies.I called a friend and he told me the only place he trusts with his car care was DODSON-WILLIAMS Automotive. He said they did quality work at much less the cost. He was right!!!I talked with the GM, Allen Holman. He knows his business and told me what NEEDED to be done now and what could wait. He saved me almost $500!I’m thrilled and comforted to know that when my vehicle needs repair or just standard maintenance, DODSON-WILLIAMS is the place for me!!THANK YOU ALLEN!!!Steve Parker

I have been going to this location for quite some time with 3 different vehicles. I have gotten both routine work (inspection, oil change, etc) and in depth mechanical work(AC repair, spark plugs, etc) on multiple cars. Each & EVERY single time I have paid an extremely reasonable, well earned price for them to service my vehicles. They never cease to amaze me with how simple they make the entire process.I am a single mom with no family in state, so its been a real challenge for me to be treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Some shops will either overprice work for women like me, and/or treat me with outright disrespect. Each and every time I get a thorough & detailed explanation of what needs done on my vehicle, what can be done, and they always call to ask for consent before performing anything. I have only spoke to Caleb and Allen, and they have the most commendable customer service I have ever seen.Recently my AC stopped working in my vehicle and I desperately needed to get it into the shop to replace it. This COVID-19 lockdown has made things extremely difficult for me to get things done as I cannot find a babysitter. Caleb offered for one of the guys to bring my son & I back home while they worked on my vehicle. The next morning I realized how absolutely drawn out that would be given I would have to uninstall/reinstall my sons car seat 3+ times. They offered to come pickup my vehicle for me, service it, take my payment over the phone, and bring my vehicle back to me. They even dived in deeper to see if they could salvage the issue & they absolutely did. By going the extra miles, they not only saved me alot of stress, but $600-700 on repairs. Not to mention having to mess with moving a car seat around nonstop 😆I will never take my vehicles to another mechanic shop as long as I am located here in Springfield. Anytime I even have a minor issue they offer to give me advice, and look at my vehicles. I have always picked up or received my vehicle that same day. You will not regret your decision bringing your vehicles here, especially if you are in a very vulnerable situation like I am! If you have to wait, the lobby area is ALWAYS clean, with comfortable sofas, a nice well managed bathroom, and complimentary drinks!Thank you guys for all the hard work you do & please dont ever change 💕

Good honest shop! Repaired a few of my older cars

I didnt know this place existed until a colleague sent me over. Allen is incredibly knowledgeable with GM vehicles and helped me with an AC problem in my Buick Enclave. The price I paid was around half of what the dealership had quoted me. They also warranty their work for twice as long as the dealer would. The only downside is that they (as far as Im aware) dont have a shuttle driver or loaner vehicles so you do have to plan to wait or arrange someone to give you a lift to and from. But for half the price of the dealer for major repairs I think thats a sacrifice I can live with.

I wouldnt go anywhere else! Allen always fits me in, even when I give him short notice. Most recently I needed new tires and an oil change. Ive always felt like prices were fair and the work done on my vehicle has always been top-notch.
