I was able to get exactly what I needed at the east springfield store. Very helpful customer service. I am not from the area but I am willing to go the 25 miles to a store so well organized and clean with helpful workers. Thank you.

I came in looking to tone my hair from bright orange to copper. The labels weren’t under the right colors, so we grabbed whatever was on the shelf and proceeded to dye my hair. Turns out instead of a chestnut we had grabbed black. The manager, Roberto, was EXTREMELY helpful. He was super sweet and made sure I got all the help I needed to fix the situation. He personally paid for everything I needed to fix my hair and the right color dye. Definitely the best costumer service I have ever received in any store. He went above and beyond what needed to be done to fix the problem, to make sure I was content and ready to come back for any beauty supplies in the future.

I have been going to Sally for years. Differant locations living in differant areas of Massachusetts. Never disappointed. They carry quality products plus extras like mud masks, hand masks, etc. Love this place.

Sallys didnt have the brushes for applying color that I wanted and didnt have the developer I wanted, I bought two different brushes and neither one of them worked, my daughter had to use the old one she had at her house

Friendly staff but bad hair products I got a bleach and the reccomnded developer and it barley bleached my hair and I choose a purple color my hair when I opened the box you can see it there was a small cut and some of the dye was pouring out
