I came in today to look for some masks and and a young girl helped me I think her name was jennica but she was very nice and helpful

I went to my doctors office at 1130 and got a prescription called into the pharmacy at the end of my appointment. I know it can take up to an hour sometimes longer for them to get to prescriptions so I waited until 1:30 to come pick up. I got here and they told me it wasnt started yet, come back in half an hour. I waited TWO more hours and came back at 3:30 only to have them tell me it was never started and it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. This place sucks.

Friendly service, fair prices and usually nobody in the store so its not a mad house! Nice place to take your time and shop or even good for a quick visit!

This place is a bit cheaper compared to Walgreens, but the selection tends to be more limited, and aside from their health/beauty/pharmacy items, their other items tend to be expensive. Still, another option to get beauty products, and they have a rewards card as well.

Basically, a very good place to have prescriptions filled because the pharmacists will go out of their way to make sure that you receive your medications, including calling the doctor AGAIN but only at your request.Be aware that it is a small pharmacy which doesnt stock everything, especially drugs prescribed for conditions like Parkinsons disease which I do have. I find that it is wiser to call a week before my meds run out to order them and then to follow it up with calling them back after just 24 hours to make sure that my doctors office has responded to their requests for refills (which they are only allowed to place once in a two day period to your doctor). More times than not, it has been my doctors office which caused the delay by not responding back to the pharmacys calls or fax within the two day period.Otherwise, after dealing with that kind of trip-up, I have never had to wait in line for very long or wait for more than 10 minutes, if the drugs were there but not yet bottled up and labeled for me. And they have never been rude to me even when I deserved it after all.Be considerate - take some responsibility by using your own power to get things moving. Be patient - it is a retail store after all, go shopping while waiting, pick up some band-aids on sale that you keeping forgetting to buy elsewhere.

Weird atmosphere... but you get what you came for.

Very poor customer service. The older female cashier (short hair and glasses) is always so rude. Makes me very uncomfortable shopping here.
