I was In JC Penney Sephora today and asked about an item but there was no tester for it. Kara was the one who was taking care of me. She was very rude. She didn’t want to help me either with the product or helping me with directions. I definitely would not go back to that store. Their stock is very low. They are missing lots of testers - customer can’t see how the eye pencil looks like.

I was there on a Thursday morning and luckily the store was pretty slow. Christina did a wonderful job finding the perfect shade of foundation for me. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. I would definitely be returning to this location Sephora for all of my beauty products.

I had no idea this quiet Sephora was here! I had such a fun, personalized experience with Christina and May before I left on a trip. I still love and am using the products they recommended! I almost hate writing this review bc this location is like a hidden gem, especially with Christina and May helping you. Highly recommend here, vs the crowded, unhelpful and sometimes snooty assistance in the mall nextdoor.

A slightly smaller than usual Sephora right inside JC Penney. Staff was always offering their assistance and it was cool to look at all the makeup, even if there wasnt as much as usual. It seems like the products are so expensive, but I guess its the quality youre paying for.

I went there for the first time about two weeks ago and the girls there were very helpful. they actually taught me many tricks that they knew and took the time to help me buy the type of makeup i wanted. i think its honestly the best makeup ive bought yet.

Olivia was so helpful and wentout of her way to help me, even though she was the only one on the register at the time. She is veey knowledgeable about the products. Great product selection, for not being a full-sized store, and they are more than happy to call the big store in the mall to find anything that this store does not happen to have, either in general or out-of-stock. This is my favorite Sephora, and I will always be back.

Way better than the one in Woodbridge

I went there in november 2012 looking to get liquid eyeliner to try a new eye makeup style for the marine corp ball, they ending up doing all my make up, teaching me tricks, and introducing me to the best primer I have ever used! Im going back today so they can work their magic again!
