I went shopping for a birthday gift. Cute shop in Springfield Town Centre. Owners are delightful. I had shopped at Agape a couple of times and built up some loyalty reward points so I got $10 off. They were also having a sale on books. I was able to get a couple of great things and support a small business. Love this place!

Great to see that Christian bookstores are still around after the recent closing of Lifeway Christian Book stores.The staff is friendly and helpful.They will order products for you that you dont see on the shelves.I bought a set of Adventures in Odyssey CD from this store. The owners Michael & Jen are so great, kind and super helpful here at Agape. They had a great selection of Bibles, & I found exactly the one I had been wanting. I special-ordered a Bible imprinting of my name, but there was a machine snafu. No worries. Jen quickly fixed the problem and kept me up to date with the progress of my order the entire time. Her husband Michael was so friendly and personable with my husband and me. The store is veteran-owned, which shows in their caring, organization and attentiveness to others. It’s difficult to find good Christian bookstores still open nowadays, and Agape definitely fits the bill here. They serve coffee & some bakery items as well, so if you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to enjoy some coffee, have a few serene, quiet moments and to peruse a great selection of Christian books and other goods be sure to check out Agape Books & Cafe.

True local store! Owners are always there and eager to help. There are things for all ages: babies, toddlers, young teens, and adults. This business supports local artist and authors, serving a double purpose: local development with God in mind. Give them a visit, highly recommended.

Everyone was friendly and welcomed all questions. The Cafe is a nice addition and there are places to sit down. However those places are socially distanced. Nice selection of Christian books and items for sale from local artisans. Well worth a visit.

This is a small shop in Springfield Town Centre. They are well stocked with Christian books, cards and gift ideas. Owners are very personable and friendly. I like to support small businesses and this is one of my new favorites.

I happened to go to Springfield mall and I was curious to see what was inside. I loved that they had an array of Christian books and gifts. It felt very peaceful and management was very kind. Look forward to coming again!

I was very interested to come in. I saw quite a few things that I wanted to purchase. My excitement diminished when I recognized no one greeted us or engaged in any communication with us at all - however spoke to every other person that came into the store. They walked past us multiple times so they had opportunities to speak to us. It was just unfortunate. I put all the items back as I didnt feel good providing revenue for them. We were the only people of color in the store throughout my experience.

Agape Books and Café is far more than just a great place to find a good book, a delicious snack and a hot cup of coffee/tea. Its a place to meet new friends and get to know neighbors in our communities. Stop by and experience the warm, friendly atmosphere. Get to know local authors, learn about organizations and movements impacting our communities, and meet Jennifer and her awesome team (oh, and please do shop the array of great products provided by the establishment. They need to keep the doors open, the lights on and the shelves stocked). Just a great place and awesome people!

Lovely collection of items with lots of spiritual depth as well as being aesthetically beautiful. The people in the store are also super nice and friendly.

Super-friendly staff and a place where you can feel at home. Agape is a locally owned Christian bookstore located right outside the kid’s play area at Springfield Town Center mall. Because they’re new and growing every week, if you don’t see what you’re looking for - ask for it! The Agape team is extremely helpful and can source whatever you’re looking for. I know you can order online elsewhere, but let’s face it, the experience won’t be the same and you’ll miss an opportunity to support your local business! Welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Great selection of Christian books and Bibles as well as unique gifts for every occasion. A great place to shop, have a coffee/tea and freshly baked goodies in an atmosphere that is very inviting.

If you are looking for a bible or a classic Christian work, this is your place. And if you don’t find what you are looking for, just ask. The staff is phenomenal and always ready to help. I can’t wait to see what this store will have to offer in the future. They seem to be on a mission.

Very friendly, family owned business. A wide selection of bibles, books and accessories. If you cant find what youre looking for, they will try their hardest to find it for you.

They hosted an open house yesterday with music and refreshments. Great time for all- a warm and friendly place. It is a great place to go and chat with friends and have coffee or chai tea/ baked items as well as a place to buy wonderful books, cards and gifts. They even feature local artisans and authors.

I was glad to find out this bookstore was opening at the mall, after Lifeway closed last year. The owner, Jenn, is kind and friendly. Sell many Christian books plus decorItems from local artists and sellers. Coffee and cupcakes while reading and shopping for books!

When I found out my favorite bookstore (LifeWay) was closing, I was really upset. Fortunately, Agape was in the works and I now have a place to go. Its nice to have what I consider a safe place to go again.

Wonderful and friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere and top notch products.

Small, friendly space to relax and gather for coffee and conversation. They have free WiFi, a table in the back for games or Bible Study, and even a piano for live music! Good assortment of books (licensed Lifeway distributor and former Lifeway manager). Christian music plays in the background. Great variety of LOCAL crafters, authors, and coffee/pastry makers.

Feels like a sanctuary, comforting and friendly environment
