They left my door unlocked with the window rolled all the way down, right next to Main street. I made an appointment and showed up way early, and I ended up still waiting an hour and a half for a tire change. The staff are very friendly and professional and the prices are great, but Im just sort of upset about the window.

My husband took our car for an oil change. We made an appointment and had the work done in no time. We were happy to see that Point S is in Oregon. We moved here from Montana where we had our car serviced before. Good service and friendly staff.

I had to take our company vehicle in for tires. The pricing is great and the extra roadside that comes optional is great and very reasonably priced. The service was friendly and I got in and out in about the time they promised. Recommend for sure. I will be going there for personal tires next time we need them as well as returning with the company vehicles.

This business is amazing!Thought I had a tire balance problem (vibration at 45-60mph)... Took my vehicle to Point S... turns out my newer tires (from a different vendor...thats a totally different story) were 8 years old! The tread was starting to bubble and separate. They didnt even suggest I buy new tires from their business. They wisely advised city street driving and no freeway driving until tire replacement occurs, which is happening this coming Tuesday btw. To top it all off... They charged me nothing. Point S just wanted a safe vehicle on the road apparently. Thank you for caring Point S!

I loved this place until they hired some bad employees! I use to spend a lot of my money here between my family and friends, now i can’t even give them a good review, Saturday i saw one of the desk ladies hanging out a window of a black teuck screaming and throwing her point s hat around, then pulling back into point s. scary. That sure did finalize me taking my buisness somewhere else.

Talk about great service! Matt took my truck in at noon on Saturday and was able to get it back to me on Saturday after a full brake job on the rear brakes, new ball joint and new tires! Even after there was a miscommunication with my wife. Thanks Matt!

I initially went in bright and early on the morning of 02/06/18. The reason as to why I went is because I wanted to get a Free Brake Repair Lately my brakes have been sinking so I thought it was my master brake cylinder I just wanted to make sure it was that. So I arrived and was really opened minded as to what the problem could potentially be. After an hour of waiting the Manager walked up to me and told me the mechanic stripped my wheel lock. At first, I was understanding because my car is 21 years old and parts do break. However, he did not mention anything about the other 3 wheels. I was under the impression that they didnt even touch them, so after the brake check I went To Sheppard Motor Volkswagon with hope they would have a master key lock to remove the lock lug nut on each wheel. And what I found out was terrible. NOT only did they break my wheel lock they also completely DESTROYED MY OTHER WHEEL LOCK NUTS…. I have no idea what the thought process was behind that stupid decision. THE right thing would have been to do when the wheel lock broke is to stop entirely and tell the consumer other than continuing using an air hammer on all 4. Beyond disappointed I brought my car in tip top shape just for them to destroy it. Furthermore, today I went In was really to take legal action and they surprisingly went through and took them off with a plasma cutter. Moral of the story this place just wasted my time, damaged my property. I highly recommend NOT GOING to this place. CLEARLY THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND If you need anything tire, brake or alignment related DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO LES SCHWAB. (( if you read this and are still going the Point S... you will be in my prayers ))

I had initially taken my truck to a Les Schwab on Saturday morning. While there, I felt rushed, like I wasnt getting any information that I needed, and that I had to spend an awful lot on a set of tires that I wasnt even sure I needed. My husband called over to Springfield Tire, and I am SO glad he did. Tonya, Tim, and Kelly were all a dream to work with! While it was confirmed that we did need a whole new set of tires due to an irreparable tire, Tim gave us several pricing opens and walked through different packages depending on what would be best for us. Tonya helped with the payment/financing portion and she was simply wonderful to work with. Kelly initially helped us out by letting us know we should bring the truck by to look at what we can do with our truck, as I wasnt getting the information I needed at the other company. They were completely transparent about what I needed for my truck and answered all of my questions, happily elaborating further if I needed any additional explanation. My only regret is not having gone to Springfield Tire Factory first! I will return to and recommend Springfield Tire Factory time and time again! 10/10.

These guys are Rock Solid. Wouldnt even take my money. I showed up at closing time to have a nail pulled out of my tire. They stopped closing up the shop and helped me out fast. The lug nuts were so tight I broke two of their tools. Still no charge!

Unsafe Workmanship - My daughter took her vehicle to this place for a tire rotation before driving 1900 miles across country. After complaining about vibrations when she arrived,I took it to our local shop for a wheel balance and to check the alignment. This is what they discovered. I am so thankful she made it without having a blow out. The condition of this tire should have been pointed out to her before leaving this shop. Very disappointed.

Amazing service at point s! We waited 2 hours at Les Schwab. They were helping people that had showed up after we had arrived its like they completely forgot that we were there, and when we went back in to check the status they said it would be another hour and a half. we decided we had enough and left. We called point s and they got us in right away! Those guys are great!

Ive been bringing my cars into Point S for years and I wont go anywhere else. They serviced my 2002 vehicle for a road trip to Vermont. My old car made it there and back with no problems. I trust these guys and Ive learned quite a bit of terminology and the basics of car maintenance but more importantly, Ive never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They treat me and my fleet of old cars with care.

I called ahead and chose my tires and once I arrived at Point S Tires it only took 18 minutes to have them installed!

Its a tire store. Prices at all are in the same ball park. Service was fast. Counter guys.....ehhhh. asked one guy for a quote on wheels and tires and he didnt seem to care to help. Other guy gave quote. Overall both are courteous but was a Saturday and who wants to work Saturday of a holiday weekend and opening day for Oregon football. 🤷‍♂️

Got me in very quickly for a winter changeover. Price was just a little higher than what I have paid at other places, but not having to wait for hours was worth it. HOWEVER, I neglected to check my tires and wheels when I got my car back. These guys committed a pet peeve of mine and left me with only 1 of the 4 custom valve stem caps I came in with 🤯. Not cool

Had an alignment done on my Honda Accord and I drove it home and noticed it wasn’t done right and was still pulling to the right.....long story short three different people ended up driving my car and all had different opinions on what was wrong. They all had bad customer service except for the mechanic. I asked for a refund since the problem wasn’t fixed and they said no.... extremely unprofessional business do not come here

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not take your vehicle to this tire shop unless you want your rims destroyed....Took my truck in for new tires, to the tune of $1400, destroyed two of four rims citing that my type of rim was very difficult to change....I was never warned about this at the start (have had the truck for multiple tire changes and real tire guys never had a problem) and the best part, nobody ever copped to the damage....found it on my own. Bunch of stand up guys over there.

Sat there for a couple hours but thats because they found that the ride heighth needed adjusted before they could start what actually was scheduled. Nice people and honest people. Fair prices, I would definitely recommend.

Went in for an alignment and was told parts needed to be replaced. I do all that myself so no issues there except they missed 1 bad ball joint. Worst thing was I had them replace my front 5ire because of uneven wear. They replaced them with ones just as bad. When I went back(2 days in a row). They just told me they are good tires and if I didnt want any wear pattern I should have bought new. Service was not great at all. Maybe if you are buying a full set of new tires they might be different. I wont be back to that shop

Great service, low price, dog friendly: After our cars left front wheel hit a big chunk of road debris in east Springfield OR, Point S worked us in after only an hour. Alignment problem was so minor they advised that it may have existed before the impact. Realigned it for only $56! Owner Tanya was great to talk to and let us sit inside with our dog.

The people at Tire Factory in Springfield were super nice and really prompt. They even gave me a great deal on my tires, which all needed to be replaced desperately. I have to work this afternoon so I really needed my car right away. Everywhere else I called in town quoted me a much higher price and didnt even have the tires in stock. I will use this business again and recommend to my friends.

Went to get an alignment and switch out wheels/tires 1/25/19 and the guy at the counter said he didn’t have time and acted annoyed.... (hour left until close) I at least expected him to offer to take care of the wheel switch and have me to come back for the alignment. As we went to leave, we saw him and other employees laughing and talking about us, we then called and asked if that’s how they treat customers and he said it was because one of their employees was wanting to go home early! I work in customer service and thought this was a terrible way to treat a customer. I’ve been coming there for years (usually mornings on weekdays) and never dealt with that kind of rudeness. I went ahead and decided to schedule with Schmunks instead and will not be coming back or referring 👎

Wow!! All I can say. They took very good care of my pregnant wife and I. They treated us like family and gave us different options that best fit our budget. I highly recommend everyone to go here.

I woke up this morning to a flat tire and went in to either have it fixed or replaced, depending on what was wrong with it. They removed a small piece of metal and patched the hole for me. I got there at 7:50am, was out of there by 8:13am and it only cost me $15! They were very quick and very kind. I will definitely be visiting again if the need arises!

I should have went to Schwab. 2nd time I had a flat in Eastern Oregon.there warr6is worth zero. Had to go back to Schwabs in Lakeview for a repair. They did nothing to help with the repair cost. NEVER AGAIN!

The Springfield Tire Factory will willingly sell you UNSAFE Used tires. They will install tires up to 18 years old! Two weeks after my used tires were installed (absolutely no problems with my alignment mind you), I blew a tire driving down the interstate, causing damage to my vehicle, and risking my life. Dont even bother trying to get them to rectify the situation. They will just say you shoulda bought new tires in the most smug way possible.

Went to to have them put tubes in my front lawn mower tires, which should have been a simple task. Well, on one of them they put the tube in backwards...in other words the valve stem should have been pointed the other direction. this made it nearly impossible to put air in this tire and in no time would have pressed on the rim enough to wear it through! I was twenty miles out of town and wasnt about to take it back to get it fixed correctly so I had to do it MYSELF. On the other one I noticed that one of the bearings in the rim was damaged. Once again I will need to deal with it myself as I dont trust them to touch any of my equipment...let alone my vehicles anymore.Also as far as another review where a person couldnt get service because it was late in the day and an employee wanted to go home....really??? How many places do you know of where the employees tell management what to do?

One of the worst places never go. They broke 2 parts on my car.the adjustable camber stud an then the brake switch cause they had a brake compresser on the brake peddle as he did a alignment. Brake lights stick on even with car off. Then tryed to charge to fix it. Then didnt fix the camber stud he broke off .bad place this place needs shut down

After comparting to Les Schwab for new wheels and tires I went with Point S. Despite co-workers negative experience in Creswell/Cottage Grove I gave Springfield location benefit of the doubt. Very happy with tires and wheels. Followed up with an oil change thinking maybe on to something here....$50+ for a simple 10/30w oil change!!! OK, well lets just stick to having tire and wheel work done. Stopped in with 2 cars in the parking lot and 1 on the rack to see if they could fit me in for tire rotation, explaining I could come back if not a good time. Oh sure. Not a problem was the response. An hour later my rig hasnt moved and the place has filled with customers. I asked at the counter if they were done with it...no but its the next one up....well played. Dont expect to be a priority if you are in for free follow up tire rotation service, etc. Everyone else will be put in front of you as they come in.

Took my car in to get fixed. They replaced something that didnt even fix the problem and was nowhere near the issue i took it in for and when i took it back in they charged me again for the new work. Then my boyfriend took in rims to swapped. They already swapped them out then found out the rims didnt fit right. Starting drilling into rim. Then said they wouldnt work. And put tires back on old rims and still charged him full price. Lost

11:00 Oclock am Arrived .... Ordered tires....11:30 am left with brand new tires, balanced and mounted....great service!!!

When this was tire factory they were good. Now they are charging about twice any other shop. $150 to put on 4 of my own tires? The best place around, tire sport, is $80 and Big B can do it for $60. Response I got was rude You brought your own tires so we have to charge more. We have charge more than the local guys. Makes no sense being a big company. Alignments are $15 cheaper at Les Schwab and I dont even want to know how much they charge for anything else.These were a easy 225/50/16 BFG tire.Brooke, sorry to hear that, they are not a shop to deal with something like that. Ive been going to this place for years, but dont think I can give them my business any more. I usually buy used tires and pay them for the labor to swap the tires on and off, which was $75-ish depending on whether or not you wanted them to dispose of the old ones. This past week I went in and asked them to swap on some new tires I bought online on cyber Monday. When they were done and I went to pay I was pretty shocked when they said it was $150. When I asked why such a huge increase in price from the last 4-5 times I had had it done, they said that because they were NEW tires that it cost more, and that really it cost $200 but since I was a repeat customer it was only $150. My BS detector was going off bigtime but I paid it and left. About a year ago when they aligned my truck, they didnt set the toe properly or center the steering wheel and I had to take it back for a second go around. Sucks because they used to be a good shop with good prices.

What a great place! I had a blowout on I-5 and all I wanted was one used tire to get me by for the time being. I called in and talked with Tim who had one available. Once the tow truck dropped off my vehicle he mounted and balanced it right away. I am from Portland and I cant thank them enough for their fast service. If you are in the Springfield area and need tires or passing through while needing emergency help then I highly recommend the Springfield Tire Factory!Les Schwab would only sell me a set of four tires and even after I told them I was a car dealer and only wanted one used one of which they had they still refused to help me in an emergency! I refuse to do business with Les Schwab as they pull this same stunt with many of my customers.The Tire Factory is by far a superior business so count on them for all your tire needs!
