Andre the salesperson was excellent. He was the reason we got the car. The car was $60,000 for a brand new 2022 SUV. I believe the manager could have taken something else off the sale price other than $1000,plus rebate. Other than the experience was good. This is not our first time buying at Autoland. I am still looking for my discount!!.

It was last day of Oct. We never had an idea to buy a car right away but we did. 2 reasons one - we liked the car, it was not exactly what we looked for but had almost all of them - Highlander XLE. Two - with the chip shortage demand issue, we think we got a good deal.Should mention about Odalys of sales and another rep from finance (burden me I am not very good remembering names) did a wonderful job getting us close the deal. we ended up leasing the 2022 Highlander. Five star for courtesy/hospitality and patience. Have only one gripe though, I asked 12k yearly millage and as the talks progressed towards reducing monthly leasing amount, yearly millage was reduced to 10k without me being informed. at the time of signing it was a surprise to me. But it was too late in to night and all are almost tired and ready to run, so didnt want to press a lot on that.The car was handed over to us on the same night with temp Dealer insurance coverage. when everyone adding premium on top of MSRP, Auto land made that as 5k above for Auto Land advantage package thats 7 Year coverage with road side assist. Thats a nice touch. Highly recommend this show room and the crew. -Selvan-

A few weeks ago I financed my first vehicle. I initially went to Acura dealership next door and after a few hours there my wife and I went to Toyota Autoland. Mía, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing. My wife went ahead of me and I followed with our baby. So by the time I arrived she had everything ready for me. I have to say I wasn’t the best client as I was overwhelmed, tired, and hungry. I knew buying a car was going to take a while but I completely underestimated how long it really took. Mía noticed I was frazzled and was super patient and did everything to make me feel at ease. She went above and beyond her role and even ordered my wife and I food as we waited. Even after the paperwork was completed and we sealed the deal, she stayed with us and chatted while we waited for other departments. We went there because we saw an SUV on their website that we were comparing to the one available in the Acura dealership. Autoland were also great at honoring the price listed on the website as it was different at the dealership. Although we did not buy a Toyota, the service and attention to detail enhanced our experience. Needless to say you can get different makes/model there as well. I know it’s a salesperson job to be nice, but there was something incredibly authentic about Mia. This location has a nice setup. The showroom is beautiful; equipped with comfortable seating area, vending machines, coffee machine that makes hot chocolate with REAL milk, water dispenser, and restrooms. They clean the car and put gas in it so you are also set.Lastly, they arrange to have the license plate and registration come to their dealership and call you when it’s available. Once you go pick it up they offer to put it on. Unfortunately I was on the go and didn’t take them up in their offer. I am so happy with my car and the service I received from Autoland. Highly recommended!Mía: thank you for your patience with me and for being so kind even when I was not initially pleasant. You are great at what you do and God will bless you with many more sales to come!

My husband and I came here a week ago to buy a car and we were very upfront with the salesman expecting him to do the same with us. Unfortunately that was not the case. First off, all the brakes on the car were in terrible condition and needed immediate replacement. We are furious that they let us leave the dealership with a car in that position, effectively putting our lives in danger. Second, we found huge gashes that could’ve only been caused by a recent fender bender, also something HIDDEN from us under the dealership plates. And third, we were told that two of the tires were new and when we took the car to be inspected we were told that was not the case as well as the fact that all FOUR tires are of different brands at different stages of their life. It’s very unfortunate I have to give such a bad review because we really did leave the dealership thinking we were completely informed about the ins and outs of the car we purchased and that was not the case. We will not be recommending this place or coming back here again.

My car was damaged by the flood almost 2 months ago here in NJ. I towed my car to this location (AUTOLAND TOYOTA 170 US-22 SPRINGFIELD NJ 07081). It took me a while to get a tow truck and when I did I took it here. Since that time I have not heard from anyone regarding the status of my vehicle. I called and my insurance company called on numerous occasions and still no response. This is very unprofessional and bad customer service. I jus need to know the status of my car so we can move forward. And they are charging storage fee for a car they havent worked on yet. Makes no sense.

Terrible and way overpriced for an issue not even addressing the problem. Told it had to be done...but not true because I sorted the issue out and saved myself 900+ bucks. This is why women dont enjoy going to car dealerships. Arm yourself ladies...you can learn a lot on your own so you are taken for a different kind of ride.

Good sized lot with a nice selection of new and pre-owned cars and trucks. Very friendly and professional staff, no high pressure sales. Everyone wore masks and sanitizer stations are plentiful. Coffee and hot chocolate available for customers. We worked with John who was excellent; friendly, attentive and hard working.

I could never recommend this place to anyone. In fact, people should avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a used car here. It was a terrible experience. Within days of purchasing the car, I noticed it had an oil leak. I made an appointment for the service department to look at it. They said it wasnt covered under the 1 month, 1000 mile warranty that came with the car. I paid over $500 for a new crankshaft valve seal and serpentine belt. My car was in the service department for just under a week. I had problems with the car on the way home immediately after it was supposedly fixed. The check engine light started flashing and the car was running rough. I get home and open the hood to find oil sprayed all over the engine compartment and the new serpentine belt. I tried calling and emailing the sales person and the sales manager multiple times but no one got back to me. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Someone called and left messages regarding my complaint, but no one ever contacted me regarding my calls and emails about the problems with the car Ive had since the day I purchased it. Ive left a message for the lady who called about my complaint and Im trying to work with the service department (the service writer who originally handled my car is suddenly no longer employed there). The issue hasnt been resolved yet, but I felt it important to leave a review in the interim so other people dont get taken like I was. If the issue is resolved in a satisfactory manner then I will obviously update my review.

I called to make an appointment and after that I drove to that place. As soon as I arrived a person told me that I didn’t had a appointment for that time so I called again and made a appointment for the same day 30 minutes after.I wait for my correct time and a guy gave me a paper with a number. I went through the customer lounge and wait 30 minutes but no one came to me or called me.All advisors were inside their offices.I asked for my car and left after waiting more than 30 minutes without doing the maintenance in my car.I believe they don’t care about their customers. First and last time on that place.

The initial experience wasnt bad but Beware. The money they charge you for reg/title apparently not enough. Never mentioned anything of levy tax or luxery tax, or whatever you want to call it. Not even mentioned verbally or on the contract. Specifically asked at signing if there would be any surprise fees and of course they said no. Go to pick up plates and they refuse to give them to me unless I pay additional charges ($189) they conveniently left out. They tell me they dont know what additional charges will be added until weeks later. Is this the 1st time theyve ever sold a truck?! If there are going to be additional charges close to $200 Id like to know ahead of time. Typical car dealer shenanigans.

We recently purchase a car from them last week and I can say the experience wasn’t bad at all. Stanley was my sales guy and he did a great job, very friendly and worked with us. One bad thing I can say is, the process took forever. I had an appointment at 11- an didn’t leave till almost 5. I personally don’t care, but I had my father and for him to sit in a mask for that long wasn’t the best thing and I just feel like if they had more sales people working than the process could have been a little quicker.

Autoland sold me a used car two months ago, waiting until the day before my temp tags expired to even file my paperwork for title transfer, two months later I still dont have the title,and cant legally drive my car because my temp tags have been expired for a month.Ive called at least once a week for the last month, the receptionist keeps putting me through to various voicemails, nobody calls me back, my requests for new temp tags have been ignored. They are taking advantage of the fact that I live too far away from the dealership to easily show up at their door.Despite my initial positive transaction with them, after this headache I cant recommend them to anyone.

Just don’t go. I’m now out of the car I bought from here and really realize just how wrong the whole process was here. Extremely unprofessional and when it came time for my plates I had to call them 15 or so times to figure out where they were and they let my temp plate expire then asked me to drive with said expired plate. Shady sales department tried to sell me a car through text messages. Nobody answers phone calls, call backs or honors phone appointments. Due to their negligence they had to run my credit multiple times lowering my credit. Managers cover their associates’ and don’t care about my complaints. After going to a different dealership to purchase the same car, I got a better buying price for the exact same vehicle. Will never do any business with these crooks again

In March we came to buy a new vehicle. While we ended with the car we wanted- the service was absolutely horrible.We found a vehicle we liked and came in with an aggressive offer. We knew there would likely be some back and forth which we absolutely anticipated The sales representative brings a manager in to discuss the agreement. We come to a bit of a settlement and he walks away to then bring back a second manager.We were confused considering we were already speaking to one manager and a sales representative.For what reason this manager was brought in as well- I’m not sure. But he completely belittled us and spoke down to us the entire time we were speaking. While we may be a young couple- that is no excuse to how we were treated. The manager proceeded to tell us that the bank would never approve us, we had no equity and therefore had no idea what we were doing and we would absolutely need a co-signer because there’s no way our credit score would be good enough for this deal. Proceeded to go in depth about how we should contact our parents to come sign for this deal.Mind you, neither the sales representative nor the manager took my information to see what the bank offered in terms of a loan.At this point I’m upset but after sinking hours into this place, I allowed them to take my information. Low and behold my credit score comes back and the bank offered lower than our offer.It is completely disheartening to have a sales staff treat us as if we did not know what we were doing and that just because we were young- we would be incapable.I am pleased with the vehicle I received here but not the service and for that reason I will absolutely not return.

I visited the dealer on 7/16/20 to service my 2014 Corolla for the second time because the issue was not addressed on the first visit. During the first visit, Steven told us that the repair cost will be $1,100 and that it was not covered under the extended warranty. I called another Toyota dealer where they advised me that the work that needed was covered with my extended warranty. When we called him back he said oh, we will have to call the warranty for that, I will see what I can do. I made arrangements to try to find $1,100 to fix my vehicle for no reason. The final invoice paid by the warranty was not event $1, 100 was $800!!. During the second visit, when I was picking up the vehicle, I was trying to show them the click sound that they didn’t addressed on the first visit and he kept saying well… is not doing it now insinuating that I was lying. He told us that that the sound was normal! I was very upset already because he was rushing us, he needed to leave early and he called the lyft/uber without telling us and didnt even update me at all. His attitude speaking to us was unacceptable, thats not the way to handle a customer issue. He has 0 professionalism, tolerance or empathy for his customers. I was very happy that we had found a nearby dealer where they were nice until we met Steven. We asked for another advisor and they denied our request stating that the person we worked with when I brought my highlander 2019, was only assign to newer vehicles. I will not bring either vehicle back and make sure I do my lease elsewhere.

I enjoyed my experience here Andre is truly awesome and Mr.Parrish was exceptional. They took the time to explain my options and helped me during this huge purchase. I made my purchase on the 19th. I came in at around 1030 and I finished the process around 2pm. I already had my paperwork together and a good credit score no time was wasted during this process. Thanks so much.

Just picked up my truck..Just had the worst experience ever.i will never go to this place again. The sales rep were nasty, they gave no explanation didnt care I brought my vehicle in for recall sales rep had no idea when it was going to be able to get to it he has nothing to tell me he didnt explain nothing.and on top of that I made appointment. I guess if I was the same color as him I would of gotten some explanation..any body of color please dont go there Autoland on rt. 22.

I have never written a Google review, but I felt compelled after the amazing service I received today. I drove in today just browsing and met Jack Kowaleski. He was professional and very relatable. He showed us the different cars on the lot. There was no high pressure and I felt very comfortable that he had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. After about 15 minutes, Jack, Randall (financial manager), and I came to a deal we all felt good about. 45 minutes later I drove away in a new 2019 ocean blue Jeep Wrangler. My daughter loves it. I will be back, a pleasure doing business with them. A+ sales service, do not go anywhere else!

Crazy place. Not sure how anyone buys cars here. Went to look at a couple of trucks and go through the whole test drive numbers thing. Sales manager comes over and got mad at me and literally stormed off after I mentioned other dealerships are discounting toyota trucks and he offered nothing off. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the salesman was really nice and I feel bad that he has to work under someone like that.

Every bad review has the same response from them which means they dont take each individual complaint seriously. Being in customer service I know this is not the professional way to handle it. No Auto Land for me.

If you plan to buy a used car from Autoland - whatever you do, do NOT forget to say Show me the CARFAX. When we arrived, the salesman was all too eager to show us the CARFAX for ONE vehicle. Then after showing us that car, he suddenly remembered there was another model on the back lot. In all the hype and excitement of this find, we neglected to ask to see the CARFAX for THAT car. We bought the car and once we got home, we realized our oversight. We tried to email and call the salesman and got NO response. So we paid $40 to get the CARFAX report, and the car we were sold did not have a clean CARFAX report. Far from it. This car was involved in an accident - with damages. Very clever selling strategy on the part of Autoland. We also bought a service package but will take our business to another Jeep dealership. So - just remember, if you are going to buy a used car from Autoland… SHOW ME THE CARFAX.
